Listen I am not an expert when it comes to drains, clogs or pipes. What I do know is expert and excellent service. Justin knows what he's doing in addition to his timely response and service. His prices are the best but his workmanship was even better.

As we prepared to host Christmas, our kitchen sink backed up. The clog was all the way down in the trap in our basement level. We called Justin the morning of the 23rd. He was at our house within hours. He worked fast and efficient. The drain was cleared within an hour. While he was there, he also cleared up a slow draining bathroom sink. He was very clean and followed all Covid precautions. The cost for his work was very reasonable. We would definitely call him again.

Totally pleased with the quick result received. Kitchen drain went from draining slow to completely stopped up. Tried to clear myself, but no result. Justin showed up quickly & took no time diagnosing the issue. Turns out the clog was deep in the stack, actually under the house. How he knew this, I don't know. But he was correct. I was amazed at how he could listen to water moving and decide at exactly what moment the clog was moving out. Would highly recommend. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable & timely. All you could ask for.

I cannot thank Justin enough for his help on my sewer line. He spent over 3 hours obliterating tree roots that were causing backups in my basement. I’d asked to use the camera when I booked the appointment because this was the THIRD time in 5 months I was dealing with this issue (the two times prior I called a company that did nothing but drain my bank account. Needless to say, they will never hear from me again).

By the end of my appointment with Justin, my sewer was clear, shiny and flowing like a river. Years of roots were gone. Prices were amazingly fair. I will recommend CCDC to anyone and everyone I can!! Thank you, Justin!!

A few days before hosting the BIG family Christmas party our basement drain started to back up while doing some laundry. Out of desperation I called Cream City Drain Cleaning. What a stroke of luck. Justin Mossman saved the day and the Christmas party. He deserves all the stars and then some. Prompt polite professional and clean. I would tell anyone, this is the GUY you want to call. Highly recommend!! We couldn't do laundry, take showers, flush our toilet because it was all coming up through my basement! He came same day and took about 20 minutes. I am so happy it is taken care of and will be using him again. Efficient, explained helpful tips, and very professional.

I Had a issue with drain and he went out of his way to make it over quick. I have owned this house for 20 years and had drains cleaned before, but not with the professionalism he had, and the care he took. ( ex.. used tarps to protect my things.). He made sure, that I was totally satisfied with the job before he left.

Excellent service.

Cream City came out to clear multiple drain lines at my location. Service was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and accurate. They were well-equipped, and the peace of mind knowing the lines are clean and clear is very helpful. It is hard to find such a great embodiment of a small business.

I've had issues with clogs since I've moved in to my place. The tub wouldn't drain all the time leaving me with standing water.
