This is a father-son operation with very nice & responsive plumbing team. Have hired them for several plumbing jobs, including replacement of residential gas hot water heater, shower mixer valve problems, etc. They are great!

Was leaking water from 2nd floor shower down into 1st floor ceiling. Service was quick a very professional. Was able to opens things up, assess issues and got everything back to original within days. Jay was super helpful with keeping me informed with every step of the process and answered all questions. Pricing was fairly reasonable, I will highly recommend for anyone who looking for first class services all the way.

Diamond plumbing connected with us late on a Sunday evening when we were having a plumbing disaster and did a three-way call to connect us to the city and have our water shut off when we were at a loss of what to do. Super ethical and helpful, not knowing if they would even get the business! They are getting my business in the future!
They came out to hook up a water line to a new fridge, something a different plumber (plus the Colder's delivery team) had said they were unable to do since old house, old plumbing. They had my fridge up and running ASAP, no new lines needed, no problem, and they only charged me for the cost of the visit.
An hour or so later I noticed the fridge leaking and they came right back to check it out - turns out it was nothing they'd done, it was my own fault for not installing the filter plug correctly, but they fixed it and helped me figure out what filter I needed to get even though the 2nd visit was through no fault of their own whatsoever. I can't recommend them highly enough.
There is always anxiety $$ when you need to call a plumber a stressful time of moving this father and son team were prompt, patient with me the customer, very thorough in explanation of work done and when I said I needed to clean a part of fixture that was taken apart they cleaned it for me. Great service is always worth the $. Thanks again guys

I reached out to Diamond Plumbing on a Saturday morning because of busted drain pipe in my basement. As a landlord I'm fairly handy, but this pipe was old and rusted through, so it was time for a professional to take over. I called Diamond Plumbing Services and they were assessing my issue within the hour. I really love their flat rate pricing on the various options and I felt comfortable asking questions along the way. The total fix took less than two hours and I'd definitely call them again!

Impressive! Impressive! The kitchen sink in our new house was clogged. Standing water! After several attempts, we called it quits and called Diamond Plumbing. They were at our house, on a weekend (Sunday), within the hour.
The father and son team were extremely professional. Reviewed pricing and initial assessment throughly. Also, made us feel good about having to call about a clogged sink! The clog needed professional equipment!
Fantastic experience. Scheduling was easy. Plumbers are friendly and know their stuff. You can tell that Diamond Plumbing puts an emphasis on customer service. I've worked with 3 different plumbers in the past and Diamond Plumbing is hands down the best experience I've had with a plumber.

I called re two clogged toilets around 5:30 pm. The process was seamless with very clear instructions and the level of services provided. I appreciated the service agreement that was promptly sent to me prior to the technician coming. Technician was scheduled for 9:30 pm but arrived early at 7:55 pm. Julian was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Thoroughly assessed our situations and gave tips to ensure it would be less likely to happen again. He was in and out in less than an hour. Diamond Plumbing gave me top tier service. I would def recommend them to anyone.
For a 24 hour service they don’t get back to their customers. Really disappointed. Hit them up last night with zero response. Used their weird texting service that clearly doesn’t work.

We had Diamond Plumbing Heating and Cooling assess our pipes for a water filtration system. Mr. Coleman gave us a very reasonable assessment and proposed several possibilities to help us save money on the project. He also took all reasonable health precautions, which we greatly appreciated. We had a bit of a communication blip when I first reached out. I called and spoke to someone who sorted it out quickly. Nice, family-run business that moves quickly. They offer different levels of service to work with your budget. I love that I could do everything online and when they came they took the time to examine everything thoroughly.
I appreciate professionalism and great customer service. Diamond Plumbing was on-time, professional, had a quick analysis & variety of quote options to select from BUT most importantly got the job done & done quickly. I was working from home and they completed the entire job and left before I even knew it (& that was 2 sinks & a shower). All other transactions were completed electronically in the days to follow. They even brought in my package delivered to my house the morning of. I highly recommend their business to our community.

Had a serious problem with our sewer drain. I called and the automated message said they'd call back within 2 business days. They did and then the job was finished quickly over two days. Definitely would recommend.
I was looking for a plumber to fix some leaking gas pipes. Diamond Plumbing Services (DPS) aka Diamond Plumbing Heating and Cooling has Very friendly customer service, but that's it. Instead of doing the repairs a plumber came out, charged me an assessment fee to look at exposed pipes in a basement that had already been assessed and marked by WE energies. When making the appointment, I had clearly stated on the phone that I wanted the repairs done. Instead the plumber left within a few minutes and later emailed me a proposal which ranged from doing the repairs up to a gold level maintenance package, which i had not asked for. The price quoted for doing the repairs was 300% higher than the next plumbing Co. who came in and did all the repairs in a couple of hours including some upgrades. The maintenance package quoted was extremely much higher. I did receive at least 4 emails saying they appreciated me, which I understand since I paid them to look at my pipes. They also have a very slick invoicing system for sending out proposals, invoices and payment reminders.

I've used Julian and his team several times and I have always been extremely satisfied. Miles away from everyone else in customer service and attentiveness and very easy to get in touch with. They double and triple check everything and don't leave until you're satisfied. I've really only scratched the surface of their positive qualities.
Easy to schedule, prompt service, affordable prices, and kind people. I highly recommend Diamond’s Plumbing.
They came out to the Village of Jackson on short notice, during afternoon rush hour, and completed the job. Communication was on point from start to finish! These guys will make it happen for you!!

Julian and Leo were incredible. c were responsive, safe, accommodating, respectful, funny, and diagnosed a leak that I've had for 6 months (and two plumbers prior) in under an hour. You should use diamond. Julian and his team were efficient, knowledgeable, and provided me several options of service to fix the issue I had going on. The communication via text is so impersonal. As if talking to me was a burden.
I paid $150 for a inspection.
Only for him to just shove the prices through a text message.
He never answered my questions.
He just continued to ask me what plan I wanted. We all have bad days but, he was cold and rushed through the process.
I decided to go with a more accommodating company.
FYI ..sometimes being good isn't good enough.. Work on yor customer service.

This is by far the best experience with a contractor that I have had since purchasing my home in 2019. I didn't have the cash right away and the owner worked with me to get my new installation ASAP. I had been having issues with a basement toilet leaking. Julian came out within 24 hours of me contacting the company. He quickly found where the leak was coming from. Was hired by the people I bought my home from. Did the work but started having problems once I owned the home. When I called to complain as the new home owner, they came to look agreed to fix the job but then never showed up even after calling and calling. Had to contract another person and they told me the person that did my job did it wrong. Will not recommend this company. Later to find out it was a subcontractor but guess what still has this company’s name on the paperwork.
Diamond plumbing then you should deal with whoever phone number that is because definitely giving you a bad name. Please report to the city because to find out that the work was done incorrectly was not fair for what I paid for.

Absolutely impressed and satisfied with their service. We had a basement drain clogged and water was coming in and a flood was forming. I called late at night they responded quickly, were calm, and not rude. Other places couldn't come out until days later and had no concern of our issue. They arrived on time, were very informative, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I love that there's packages! There was no push for upgrades, they were there to solve the issue and that made me feel comfortable and trusted them. Call them! I guarantee you'll be satisfied.

What better way to spend Father’s Day than with a super clogged garbage disposal? After several failed attempts and unclogging the garbage disposal myself, I called Diamond Plumbing. ON FATHERS DAY! The father and son duo were here in just a few hours. It was 95 degrees outside and again… FATHERS DAY and they were so diligent and friendly. Pricing was very reasonable considering the circumstances and after about an hour, my sink and drain were working great.
Whether you simply put something down the garbage disposal that you shouldn’t (who does that?!) or you have any other sort of plumbing emergency I would recommend Diamond Plumbing. Julian and his son were very professional!

Good use of technology for scheduling. Replaced all my galvanized pipes with copper. It was a difficult job, but he had no issues and got the job done. It was a messy job as expected, but he cleaned up at the end of the day.

Highly recommend! Had two plumbers out to fix a back up issue prior to contacting Diamond and they both put bandaids on the problem. Julian took the time to figure out the CAUSE of the issue and provided an actual long term solution. They are quick to respond and very professional.

Diamond Plumbing was really reliable during my emergency. My pipe busted in my laundry room, water everywhere. I was in a mess! I called, the staff kept me calm, while talking to the guys in the field....staff walke me through what to do until someone arrives, which was under a hour .....

Julian is a terrific resource!! I have not once felt as if his business was trying to take advantage of me for not knowing what they know as professionals. They always take their time to explain the issue and exactly how they are going to attempt to make the repair. He has been honest when there are things that I could do myself to save a few bucks. DPS has always been upfront with their pricing (everything was in writing, detailed and specific) and I believe that they're priced well within the market.

My experience with Diamond was great. I appreciated how coordination happened via text, which was convenient for our family. Though our original appointment was delayed, Julian kept me updated so I knew what was happening, and came to complete the job himself so we didn’t have any further delays. He found the source of an odor coming from our bathroom sink pipes, took care of it, and checked in a few days later to make sure the issue didn’t return. Price was totally reasonably for the job. I’d definitely recommend his services.

I don’t know if I just have bad luck at this point or what. I contacted this company for an estimate on a project I wanted done and never received a call. Fast forward about 5 days later and I have a plumbing emergency- so I called to ask if they would come out. I get a call about an hour after the initial call and no one is on the other end of the phone line. I keep saying hello hello and then eventually they hang up. I call back and I have to go through all the automatic voice messaging again. Don’t waste your time when you have a real problem.
We had a great experience! Our shower had been leaking for quite some time; Diamond Plumbing was great to work with. Our plumber was on time and very diligent with his work, and the repair was completed relatively quickly. No issues using the shower now, I highly recommend this business!
They were very efficient and friendly. Came in and got the work completed in a timely manner. Also, the prices are very good, won’t break the bank!

I was charged with a crime a few years ago and was released on bail which upset quite a lot of people including Ms. Melody Eiland with the Milwaukee probation and parole office who attempted to place me back into custody right away despite the judges ruling. Immediately, after leaving the courthouse and after my attorney Jed Stone and Ms. Eiland spoke where she voiced her displeasure with the Judges ruling stating she was going to put out a warrant for my arrest I began receiving telephone calls from the owner of this company, Julius Coleman. I had met Mr. Coleman previously through Alderman Michael McGee as I had placed some of my vending machines in some of Alderman Mcgee's establishments in the City of Milwaukee, who was doing his very best to locate me so that I could be placed under arrest by the Milwaukee Police Department while acting as an informant. We have attempted to speak with Mr. Coleman on a number of occasions as to who encouraged him to do this and why. Unfortunately, we have always been told by Mr. Coleman when asking him these questions to speak with his attorney about this matter, Stacey Toran, who maintains knowing nothing of what Mr. Coleman is speaking of or anything about the matter. Mr. Coleman, has refused to take any of our telephone calls, further.

This was an absolutely great experience. The plumber, Mr. Julian, went above and beyond to repair my kitchen faucet leak. He needed a part and returned the next business day to ensure the problem was solved. He even tighten and straightened out the faucet which was not a part of the original service call. Superior service and great attention to detail. I could not have asked for better service, Julian and his apprentice listened attentively and addressed all of my concerns while explaining everything to me every step of the way, making sure that I understood what was needed and why. I was amazed at the level of detail they discussed with my counter top installers, making sure they knew what to expect when updating my plumbing and installing my new faucet. When I use my new kitchen faucet, I know without a doubt that it was installed by the best and the plumbing work is superb. I can’t thank you enough for EVERYTHING throughout this project.
