Oak Creek Plumbing Kitchen and Bath

I contacted Oak Creek plumbing to find out if they worked with the tool to use on expandable plumbing so I can hire them.
The woman that answered the phone did not know what I was talking about; so I asked her if she could connect me with someone that could answer my question; but her reply was everything has to go through me.
Please Oak Creek, have someone that can answer and know their plumbing answers so you can have future clients.
Also, they charge $59 to come out to do an estimate; many other plumbing companies that do free estimates.
You lost my business to Karlsen Plumbing; and they do free estimates and know they’re stuff when you contact them!

I will certainly be calling Oak Creek Plumbing again! First , the lady who answers the phone and makes the appointments and then does a follow-up call the day before the appointment is super nice. The plumber that was sent out was also so nice and he answered all of my questions. I like getting the quote right on the spot so I can make decisions as how to proceed! Great experience! Update: Just had Ed here to fix my water heater. He is such a nice man and, once again, I couldn't be happier with Oak Creek Plumbing. Sorry to find out I was wrong about this company. Had a faucet replaced a few months back and was told the drain need to be cleaned. It would have been another $100 even though the sink already apart. I said no. Months later, I figured out the drain stopper was set too low. It wasn't the drain. Took me awhile to figure out how to adjust it, but I did and the drain now runs very fast. I hope this wasn't done on purpose, but I won't be using them again. Very disappointed!

Our water tank died unexpectedly. Oak Creek Plumbing came out the day we called and installed a new tank the same day! Service was outstanding!!!

The good: The technician was clean, very courteous, and looks to have done the job right.

The bad: The price, price, price. Consumers beware that this company is very expensive to hire. Attached you'll see a repair that was done. This repair required one part called a water meter horn. This part looks to be around $100-$200 after pricing it out online. My repair took 2 hours to complete which included a wait period for the city to come turn the water back on. Total charge: $946. If you call the part $200 that means they are charging $375/hr for work. I'd like to ask the technician if he's being paid anything close to that. The icing on the cake is that if you are paying with a credit card, that's an additional 3% on top. Seriously? If I wasn't in a pinch to get this repair done I would have shopped around.

Note - I did contact Oak Creek Plumbing prior to writing this review to allow them to explain, justify, or re-evaluate the price of the work and all I heard was 'flat rate job' with no detail provided.

Ed was on-time, pleasant, polite and professional. He walked me through the process of replacing our double-sink kitchen drain to repair multiple leaks, and cleaned up after he completed the job. I was very pleased with his work.

Our bathroom flooring had concerns for water damage as well as some updating of the collar on our toilet drain. They removed the old flooring, sub floor, and repaired some water damage to the decking underneath as well as placed a new sub floor and installed new flooring. The quality of the new flooring is amazing. Evan, the gentleman who did most of the labor was punctual, communicative, and had a great attention to detail. There were hiccups with some of the steps of installation when it came to timing with the plumbers and Evan installing the trim, but all of our questions and concerns were addressed and taken care of.

Oak Creek Plumbing installed our new dishwasher and refrigerator. They arrived on time and did a great job!

Mike was polite and explained all options. He did a good job and left the affected areas cleaner than he found them. Great experience.

Service was great and the technician was upfront and easy to work with!

I had a gas pipe replaced by Nick at Oak Creek plumbing today, and I have to say that I am truly impressed. Nick was professional and honest, and fixed a problem that two other plumbers from other area companies couldn’t. Flo from the office was also pleasure to deal with, and kept the project organized and moving. I’m so happy I decided to go with Oak Creek plumbing. I highly recommend them for gas leak repairs.

Despite my 1 star rating, I will not lie, they do excellent work. However, they hire bizarre people and do not care about customer complaints. One plumber, AJ, is a big tall half-baked guy. Wasted 45 mins AFTER he was done doing his job a few months back to tell me my politics was wrong IN MY HOME. I never brought up politics BTW. Wouldn't take my credit card forever. Why? Turns out he was playing beat the clock because he didn't want to go to another job. Yes, AJ admitted it before he left. This POS went on and on about Trump, his brother's college degree and office, gays, gay marriage, the Confederate flag, slavery (AJ is seriously pro-slavery), how AJ owns 2000 guns and some bizarre rant about Jews and George Soros. I called to complain but whoever I talked to said he Stands by his employees. Well, your rude employees enter MY home and forget they are plumbers not TV personalities or talk show hosts. Never will use this business again. Neither will my mother, my uncle or any other member of my family that was a former-customer. Congrats Oak Creek Plumbing, you lost four generations of customers in one shot.

Thanks to everyone at OCP for coordinating the replacement of two water heaters for us. The ladies in the office, the project manager and the plumber who came out were all very helpful and professional. I had found the leaker two days before a scheduled vacation. They were able to coordinate the permitting process and the necessary electrical work, getting it all done the next day with minimal disruption of our schedule. We've been gone for two weeks so I don't remember any one's names Sorry but thanks to you all and we will be calling back next time we need a plumber

Awesome experience from making the appointment to fixing my plumbing issue. Being in a condo was a bit more of a difficult task, but we were able to work with the building and plumber to coordinate everything seamlessly. Will definitely call them again when I have another job.

Tech was professional and accomplished the work quickly and efficiently. I would use them again if need be.

Tom did a great job of repairing a broken drain pipe for us that was inside of a wall. He is experienced and easy to talk to. So when we needed a stack pipe repair,ed, we asked for Tom again.
We thought the cost of repairs was fair and reasonable.

Do not use these people. My 83 year old mother called because she had a leak under the sink. They replaced the faucet and charger her $586 for a $122 part, this was before the service charge and other overpriced parts need to complete the job. We do not know if she even needed a new faucet, as old part not left behind. They won't return my call. They claim to have an A+ rating with the better business bureau, but BBB never heard of them. Scamming the elderly is the lowest of the low.

Work was done well but I fell the price was a bit high. I had bought the garbage disposal and it was close to a direct swap. Time for install of new garbage disposal was less than 1 hour but cost was $229. I feel this is high for less than 1 hours work and no parts.

When we chose Oak Creek Plumbing to do a complete remodel of our bathroom, little did we know how it would turn out. From beginning to end the experience was very satisfactory with no complaints on our part. They did an excellent job of delivering everything as promised. Mike M of Oak Creek Plumbing did an excellent job installing a new water heater at our home. Very professional, pleasant and efficient. Mike went the extra mile to assure that the project was completed correctly, asked if there was anything else that may have needed attention (there was) and took the time to answer all questions asked.
This is the second time we have utilized Oak Creek Plumbing services. In both cases, a job well done.

My five year old frost proof outdoor faucet started leaking inside my house. Oak Creek’s employee, Nick, discovered that the inside connection had split and replaced it, ensuring that it was properly installed and protected from any damage.

The technician was very nice. His work was very good. The only reason i am giving such a low rating is that the price I was quoted was way too expensive. I had another plumber install a tub and all the plumbing in the lower bath room for $600. He caught covid and is no longer working. The quote given was $1850. This was for replacing the plumbing from the valves on the same floor, diverter, shower head. He also opened the wall further than the current opening for $155. I could have said no to the quote but I had to wait a week to get them out and I took off work and I had the tenants ready for this. It's not easy to get everyone on the same page. Because of this I will not recommend them to anyone and I do see a lot of people because of the work I do. I guess if your rich it would not matter.

Excellent work and a company that can be trusted. I had them update my bathroom first. Seeing the quality of work I decided to have them update my kitchen. Totally blessed by the work!

The entire Oak Creek Plumbing team delivered some of the most amazing service we’ve ever received. From Roxanne to Bob to Phil, our experience was extraordinary and we couldn’t be more pleased. We woke in the morning to no hot water and a wet basement from a failed water heater. I called Roxanne at 8:30am and Phil was gone by 2:15pm, sparkling new water heater in place and working better than ever. It’s rare and appreciated to receive the attention, kindness and overall grace that was shown to our family by OCP. Roxanne took the time to walk me through the process, Bob provided patient counsel and direction, and Phil was understanding, professional and attentive.

Bob did a great job of explaining the options. Amazingly he was able to replace the hot water heater in less than 4 hours!

I must say this company was extremely responsive when we thought we had a broken pipe , as it turned out it was an air conditioner back up. So grateful for their help in a very scary situation

In a nut shell, I would NOT recommend Oak Creek Plumbing Kitchen and Bath for a small job. I called them only because they have taken over the TOP MAKER who has done work for me in the past. My project was a small one: to custom make a bathroom counter top and install the sink and faucet. Communication with Oak Creek plumbing is a real problem. Trying to get an confirmed installation date is a real challenge. We were never informed that a small job is not put on schedule but they will call periodically to see if you are available with in a 24-48 hour notice. But once the contract was signed and payed in full we were stuck. In addition I was asked to measure the project and send pictures, then the salesman came to measure, weeks later the top maker came to get more detailed measurements. When the job was finally completed (after several phone calls) and the plumber and carpenter left the house, I entered the room to do a final cleaning and return items to the counter top only to find a hole in the wall at the end of the new countertop. Neither of the technicians mentioned it when they left. The company as a whole did not leave a good impression.

They are not the cheapest plumbers nor are they the most expensive. BUT, the job gets done and it gets done right. In the world of plumbing, cheap can be the most expensive thing ever---those of you who tried to do your own plumbing will agree with me! Getting the work done the right way the first time will be work that lasts for decades. Remember, when you live in a large city like Milwaukee, you need to be careful about who you let into your house. The people at Oak Creek are professional, friendly, and trustworthy.

I have worked with Ed David Jr. Senior Service Tech for Oak Creek Plumbing for the past 2 years. Ed does an outstanding job of bringing the best quality products and service for his customers. He is a personable guy who makes sure the job is done correctly to the highest standards. Oak Creek Plumbing customer service does an excellent job of following up on your calls related to your plumbing problems. I would highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

I paid them promptly for a couple of fixes. Then the 3rd call, they, not Flo, threw me under the bus, missing 2 appointments that they made, inventing a story about waiting for a quote.

Expensive services - for a simple job, replacing fridge water supply, they charged me $425 + $13 (credit card surcharges!), it does not seem fair.

Tech was on time, actually before the scheduled time, completed the work as expected and the results looked fine.

Bob was great! He explains everything in detail before doing it.

We had a very specific plan for our bathroom remodel. We wanted to keep some things (vanity base, toilet, baseboards) and wanted the rest removed and replaced (shower enclosure, vanity top, floor). Oak Creek plumbing was the only company that could do everything we wanted. They were very responsive and professional. They showed up everyday until the job was completed. Our new bathroom looks awesome

I was told today 4/14/23 that they no longer want my business. Over the past 20+ years I have spent close to $30,000 dollars with them. I called in mid March for them to come out and look at a clogged toilet. They said they had staffing issues and would call when they could come out. No one called. I called again 4/11 they said they will check. No call backs. Today 4/14 they told me they wanted to not service me any longer. We parted ways. Why could they have told me that when initially called in March.

Our subdivision uses Oak Creek Plumbing when our pond drains get clogged due to beaver activity and other debris. They are responsive and do good work.

I bought a faucet from them on line and no where was the cost for RESTOCKING mentioned. I didn't like the faucet after it arrived and I sent it back. Not only did I pay the cost to send the faucet back to them, they charged me 25% restocking fee which was not mentioned anywhere. Together with postage the cost to look at a faucet was 1/3 of the total cost of the faucet. Don't buy from these people if you are unsure if it is the product for you.

Oak Creek Plumbing has done a couple small repairs for us. They always do great work and clean up after. I would recommend them for any plumbing project big or small.

I called for emergency service and gave them ALL my info. They had an on-call get to me and quoted me a high price but I accepted. He said he would be here in an hour. While I waited I turned down 2 other plumbers. Instead of coming he called and said his manager told him not to come as he was outside my service area. WOW. I asked to talk to the manager but was told that would not happen. BTW I had gotten a service appointment several months ago for another similar matter so I know I am in their service area. I had to cancel that earlier appointment because they called to say they couldn’t make the appointment scheduled as they were too busy and wanted to push it out a week. Bottom line - they are too expensive and unethical as to keeping scheduled appointments. DO NOT USE them.

5 star service. First of all they have 2 of the nicest sweetest receptionists ever. The have top notch plumbers who will listen to you and help you diagnose/ fix your problem. They stand behind their work and if there is a problem they will come back and solve it. I recently had the same plumber come out 3 times to help me with a sump pump problem that I had. I will always use OC plumbing..

My flapper needed to be replaced and it was 11.06 at Lowes. They were here 15 minutes and charged me $220.00

Very disappointed. Had a water spicket replaced 1.5 yrs ago by them, and the 1st time using it was this year, the pipe burst at the solder joint, flooding my basement. Technician claimed pipe was faulty from manufacturer, pipe was supposedly under warranty and although they replaced pipe, acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me labor. Original bill was over $300 for less than a 1/2 hour of work, original solder joint looked weak at best, (compared to it's current state) and the replacement bill, they waived a $59 service call. Still waiting on a response through an email about the damaged items in my basement, but would definitely not recommend using.

Oak Creek Plumbing is exceptional. From my first call to the office, the customer service representative was enthusiastic and helpful. She was able to schedule an appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. I received a courtesy call about an hour before the plumber arrived. Ed and his assistant Ryan were wonderful. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. They were about to replace my water heater the same day and did a great job. I will definitely be using Oak Creek Plumbing in the future.

Customer service personal Roxanne top notch; found work to be pricey even after I bought my own replacement fixture and access panel ahead of time; exchange of shower fixture and adding a couple shut off valves for 3.5 hour job was over 1 large; plumber was professional and explained work that needed to be done and the projected cost upfront.

What a shame. I live on the same block and charging me $1900 (not including the waste of a visit of $59 + plus tax) to replace a water heater when the unit itself costs $909. So basically, charging me over $1,000 to for a labor job that only takes 1-2 hrs to replace. I’m sure they do a fantastic job but cost wayyyy overpriced. You can find someone from home depot ,Lowe’s, Menards to come do the job for $250-350. Luckily I found someone to do the job for only $200

Being a relatively newer home owner, only in my 30s, it’s a shame that your own plumber down the block would take advantage of my inexperience of being a homeowner. Particularly Tom C, more like a car salesman than your local plumber ....

Flo was very helpful in getting my appointment when I needed it. AJ was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done. He did it in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned everything up before leaving.
I always use Oak Creek Plumbing.

Mike was great! Our water heater pressure significantly decreased overnight. He explained the problem, showed me the problem with the old water heater, and answered my questions. He estimated the work to take 3.5 hours and he was accurate. He was pleasant and friendly.

They were very helpful with my dishwasher repair needs. As recent homeowners, we discovered the previous owners incorrectly installed the dishwasher which caused damaged to our floor. OCP came to uninstall it & then reinstall it correctly after our floor was redone the next day. They were very quick & explained what they had to do & how they would do it. I would highly recommend, very happy with the whole process of working with them.

I have an older home always with a problem. I needed some updates to my bathroom but not a full remodel. As a result not all plumbers were interested. I worked with Oak Creek. The job was completed early and on budget. The staff communicated with me during the work. Cleaned up every day to reduce any inconvenience to my family. I was treated like a million dollar client! Highly recommended hiring Oak Creek Plumbers.

We selected the Ultimate Savings Agreement with Oak Creek Plumbing and it has been an outstanding value for us. We are able to get preferred scheduling; priority emergency service and standard home service calls. We weren’t sure how this was going to work for us because other service agreements have not lived up to what we were told- this one has been well worth it! Very nice, honest. Could have done a more expensive repair, we wouldn't have known it could be fixed for less, but told us there was a less expensive fix.

Would not recommend this organization. Called to have them provide me with a quote to replace and install a new toilet we had purchased separately. Dispatcher was not able to give a range for the cost of the repair, which I suppose I can understand a bit due to each bathroom being different, but a general ballpark was all I was looking for. Last week I had received a few quotes from other plumbers in the area however the others did not have availability until later in the week. Dispatcher advised of the $60 fee for plumber to show up and look at our job. Also advised that the 60 cost did not go towards the job if we went forward with them. The plumber proceeded to quote us $800 for a labor alone as we had all the parts. This was 300 to 400 more than the quotes I had collected previously and I immediately advised the plumber that their quote was way to high and that we were done here. So we were charged 60 + credit card processing fee and tax for them to come into our home and give us an overpriced quote and then leave.
While Im not in a position to advise on how to run a plumbing business, at least being able to provide your prospective customers with a ballpark over the phone could possibly help avoid bad experiences and maybe offer a little wiggle room on that fee if the on site employee's time spent is less than 10 minutes and no work is done. We found another local plumber to do this for half the price.

I'd highly recommend Oak Creek Plumbing for many reasons. They responded to an emergency call due to a sump pump issue promptly. The plumber was kind and professional, he fixed the problem and recommended an upgrade to the system that was long overdue. The new sump pump system install had some issues, but Oak Creek Plumbing stood by their estimate. I'd recommend without hesitation.

I had never needed or hired a plumber before and these guys made it incredibly simple and easy when my kitchen sink clogged. Excellent customer service! They emailed me back quick and were on top of everything. Flo who called me when my plumber was coming was incredibly friendly and was fantastic. My plumber who came in knew exactly what he was doing and finished the job within a half hour, and was very nice! My only reason for 4 stars is after doing research after they came is most people only charge $150-$300 to unclog a kitchen sink, I was charged $433. I thought it was going to be $400 to begin with, so I'm not mad, I should have just done better research on the cost. I do appreciate them coming out during a virus pandemic and coming exactly when I needed them! Although I feel I paid way too much for the service, they were still excellent to work with and would definitely reccomend them.

Technician did great work and customer service was awesome... Price was way too high though...

I have a flush mate toilet and had a drip. I took pictures of the inside of toilet tank which gave them information on my toilet. Through trial and error we got the problem fixed. I am very glad that it’s been fixed and so far knock on wood the drip is gone. Thank you for suggesting the one year maintenance contract it helped me to save some money. Thank you to Bob and his young apprentice for fixing my toilet issue.

The plumber that came out was very knowledgeable and provided excellent service. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Oak Creek Plumbing seems extremely overpriced compared to other plumbing businesses.

Had two valves replaced including the main shut-off. The new valves were sweated in - very high quality job.

The bathroom remodel we had done was over priced for the work they did and there was no transparency in what was charged. They refused to give us an itemized statement and said that’s what we agree to when we signed the contract. They did not measure correctly and sold us items that did not work well together. For example: They installed faucets and the water hits the back of the sinks, barely gets to the middle. There was nothing they would do to correct It unless we agreed to change to a different style faucet. We did not want them to drill into the vanity top or change from one handle to two handles to turn on the water. So now we have to live with the poor installation. In addition, they were not able to install the “New Age” material properly. There are large gaps that all they would do is fill in with caulking and raised surfaces because it didn’t lay correctly. It took several tries to get the cabinets and sink to fit. The sales person didn’t listen and always talking saying he could do certain, but came through. I would not recommend them to do a remodel job. We waited 10 years and spent a lot of money and are very unhappy and disappointed with this company. If you want pictures I would be happy to provide them.

Seeing thatI can’t reply to your response: Here is my response to yours. The options you gave us were not a good options. Your opinions meant drilling in the sink top that you already had a difficult time measuring and we were afraid this would cause more damage seeing you don’t understand the materials. If you are NOT an engineer or a manufacturer of the products you sell and you don’t understand how the Items work together then you should not be selling them or use products when you don’t understand how they work. You should stick to plumbing and not do remodels. You are supposed to know what to do that is why people go to you. We could have done what you did for a lot less and gone to the places ourselves. Just like the solar lights. We would have had them come on our own, but Jamie’s told us you would take care of it. You didn’t tell us it would cost $600.00 more for you to do it. The 5 year warranty doesn’t fix a problems that you sold us at the started that don’t work well now and we have to live with. Once the stuff didn’t fit or work you conveniently say it’s not your fault were very condescending, tried to push our feelings under the rug, and blamed the suppliers so you look good. SHAME ON YOU for taking advantage of people like us. I sure don’t know how you can sleep at night.

The employees are very curteous, helpful and they are quick to respond! I use them for all my plumbing needs.

My installer was fast and efficient performing exactly what I had asked for.

Oak Creek Plumbing recently completed a total remodel of my kitchen - I mean gutted down to the lathe! I couldn't be more pleased! Sure, there were usual things like construction mess, contractors in and out of the house and me cooking on a hot plate and microwave, but all of these are to be expected. You better expect it - that is how it is no matter who does the work.

There were a hiccups in the project, but they were met with ingenuity and creativity beyond compare - better than the original concept (in my mind)! The craftsmanship, choice and quality of the cabinetry and the tile work were especially outstanding!

Special thanks and kudos to Randy Lewis - his creativity and we can do attitude truly exceeded my expectations (and I have high expectations when I spend money - I make Lincoln cry before I spend a penny).

I have been a customer of Oak Creek Plumbing for 8-10 years. I have used them for both my business and residential. I recently had a faulty interior seal on a toliet. To change the seal I was quoted $172 which did not including labor. To replace 'all that was wrong' with the toliet would have run me close to $700.....a new toliet costs half. Another plumber in the area charged me $121 all in. Part was $39 and trip/labor was $82.

Either the service tech didn't want to do the work or Oak Creel Plumbing is out of their minds.

Excellent service and real friendly staff from the initial phone call until completion of the work.

The only reason it's not a 5 star is because they're a little expensive.

I've used Oak Creek twice. The first time I didn't really have any comparison of what to expect for price. It took three separate visits, but the shower was fixed and I was satisfied, even though I thought it was pricey. The second time they tried charging over $500 to install a faucet. I provided the new faucet, so that was labor only, and didn't even include a warranty for the work. And that was using their discounted, flexible scheduling option. Prices are outrageous. From talking with other people, I also believe they specifically gouge single females.

I was helped with a bathroom remodel 10+ years ago and needed a part and they made it so easy to got the part- I just sent them a picture and they were able to get the part ordered for me and send it to me. This is so helpful in today's busy world!

Affordable and great service. Replumbed my whole house from galvanized to copper and couldn't be more happy. It was way overdo. Courteous, professional and great work. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I was referred to Oak Creek Plumbing many years ago. I had them remodel my upstairs bathroom in 2003 or 2004. They repaired the bath plumbing, installed a jacuzzi, tub surround, new toilet, large sink and replaced the floor. They were very easy to work with, very professional, very competent and did an excellent job. I still love the new bath even though it's been years.

I recently needed repair of my toilet which (somehow) started leaking. The employee replaced a valve or seal and it works perfectly now. I don't have a standard residential toilet. I have what is generally referred to as a Commercial toilet - like you'd find in a school or a store. It's not something that I could fix myself or that a guy down the street would know how to fix. Special parts are necessary. Apparently, this style was all the rage for fancier homes in 1929.

There is one thing that didn't really work for me: a service person would give me a call when in my area & the initial service cost would be $39. For two weeks (about) I waited for a call. When the toilet was no longer functional, I called to schedule a more firm appointment. That cost was $59. The plumber came & repaired the toilet. The cost was quite a bit higher than I had expected. I really had not budgeted that much for repairs. The repair person was very competent & very chatty. I hope I wasn't paying by the hour.

Oak Creek Plumbing is not the least expensive plumber/contractor. But there are situations where it is definitely worth the cost. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. On the whole, I would rate them a 9 out of 10 and would recommend them.

The service guy charged me $185 for just coming in and taking one photo with his ipad and saying that I need to replace my whole water heater for no reason and gave me pricing of $1450. So he did not even touch anything and just laughed at me and said $185 basically for nothing. So I called another plumbing company and they found just little wiring problem which was fixed and now running like new. And they charged me $50. So basically this oak creek plumbing is so unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to anybody. Please stay away from them and save your money!!!!!

The service was very professional and the plumber showed up on time. However, the pricing I received was outrageous. The scope of work included less than $20 worth of parts and about an hour worth of work and they quoted me $550 with a trip charge of $65. I appreciate the customer service but I am definitely not going to go with this company.

Don't call these guys. Made a mess, didn't clean up and overcharged for a stopped up pipe that he fixed just by snaking it.

Repair /Replace outdoor shutoff valve. I was unable to shut off the outside hose. Tried to fix it myself but it wouldn't budge. Darrell cut out the old throttling valve and installed the new shutoff. He took about 20 minutes, cleaned up and was very professional. I will definitely use Oak Creek Plumbing in the future. Well done.

He resolved the problems quickly and professionally and as he went from one issue to the next he explained what he was doing.
When it came to selecting a faucet for my kitchen, I would liked to have had more options or to have actually seen the samples he carried on his truck before coming to a decision. I think Koehler products are tops, but would like to see the actual product rather than choosing from a picture. If I had actually seen the stainless version, I may have chosen it over the nickel. Also, were there any other goose neck styles that were less than 16” high?
I was satisfied with the bathtub drain change to avoid loss of water while bathing and the toilet shut off repair and installation of an interior tank replacement for which I had the part. Glad all was accomplished… even though I dint expect the final cost.

Absolutely would use them again, excellant service and fast. Tom was great.

I woke up Saturday morning hearing our sump pump running and wouldn't stop. I tried calling another plumber for help but didn't get a call back. I called Oak Creek Plumbing and they were able to get to our house in the afternoon. The original quote was for a new sump pump. However the plumber discovered it was only the float. They probably could have put in the new pump but they saved me lots of money. They tested it before they left and all is well.

Excellent service and even got a personalized follow up message from company owner. They probably were not the cheapest, but they were thorough and responsive even without us scheduling an appointment in advance.

It has been a great experience. Ed has taken care of my plumbing needs and he is very courteous and helpful. Jaimie is currently working on my bathroom remodel. He has been great to work with and very helpful.

Great service. I joined membership for future care and maintenance. But while here my problems were diagnosed and fixed. They also worked with me when I had my bathroom floors replaced in replacing my toilets on the same day. This was a great convenience for me. Would highly recommend them and will use them exclusively in the future.

We had the smaller bathroom in our condo remodeled in our condo this summer and are very pleased with the results. New shower enclosure, floor toilet and vanity. When we noticed something not quite right with the materials that were ordered, the problem was corrected as soon as possible.

Way over priced. $2300 for a electric tank replacement. Wanted to replace the lower element. They only do total replacement of the both elements and thermostats for $850.00. Purchased new AO Smith tank and installation for $1300.00

Although there was a small issue with the installation. Oak Creek responded quickly and resolved the problem.
Issues happen but it is the response to any issue that determines quality and positive outcome.

Replaced hot water heater and outdoor house water spigot.

It was a disappointing experience. We were quoted almost $2,000 to install two new toilets, one of which we had already purchased. We are moving and felt we did not have time to install, but with that cost, we just fixed the two toilets and are done with your company.

Unfortunately, we did not read the reviews before calling. I'm noticing that many are stating the prices are far too high. All I'm seeing is a response being that your service is so good. I understand somewhat higher prices, but these prices are just gouging!!!!

Mike M. came out during the night for an emergency sump pump replacement. He was very professional and did a great job for installing it at 2am in the morning! He also installed our hot water heater and he also did a great job installing that as well.

I have found Oak Creek Plumbing very reliable and never had a single problem with there work. I even chose them to remodel our bathroom.

The plumber was friendly, accommodating and completed the work in an efficient manner.

We had a custom shower installed as well as new flooring, bathroom counters, and a custom cabinet. All of the workers who came over were professional and good at what they did as well as very respectful of our home. The project was run efficiently and we were kept up to date via email and the coconstruct app. We had a couple issues come up but solutions to the problems were timely and didn't delay our project. The end result is wonderful and better than we expected. Everyone we worked with was very helpful, polite and professional. They were also very accommodating when we had questions or wanted to change or add things to the project.

AJ did a super job for us again. He is thorough, patient, and knows his stuff. AJ is effieicent, friendly, and thoughtful. I recommend him highly.

I had two water pipe breaks in one day causing major flooding and damage. I called Oak Creek Plumbing and Bob was quick to access where they broke and fix it, causing less damage and inconvenience.

Entire bathroom was updated - Once the work was started the two workers were consistently on time and worked until everything was completed to our satisfaction and theirs.

Very disappointed with Oak Creek Plumbing manager who decided that South Milwaukee duplex was not in the scope of their work. My late husband and I used them many times in the past when we owned rental properties so I am not a new customer. I set up an appointment and the scheduler was very helpful and courteous and scheduled my appointment and even took my payment information. Two hours later I get a call that they are cancelling my appointment because it is not in the scope of their work.
I called their manager and explain my frustration of the cancellation and his explanation is that due to some of the issues with other properties in that area, they didn't want to do the work.
When did companies start discriminating against certain areas where the work was to be performed. I am a member of the South Suburban Chamber of Commerce, South Milwaukee Chamber of Commerce and the Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce. I would never use Oak Creek Plumbing again or recommend them to anyone. Either the manager isn't in the right scope of his job capabilities or the company has changed their work ethics.

I had an old tub/shower converted to a walk in shower. The work is very professionally done. Other than some touch-ups, it was completed in 2 days. Dealing with Oak Creek Plumbing was wonderful. Very professional and responsive.

Very impressed with their service. One of a few plumbers that have 24/7 emergency service and they were there when I needed them Saturday night at 9:00PM when my hot water heater blew and was flooding my laundry room. They came out at 10:00 PM and got me set up with water until Monday when they showed up at 9:00 AM and replaced it. I am so grateful to have their service. I am extremely disappointed with Oak Creek Plumbing, both times that I have called them have been absolute failures on their part. On the first occasion after scheduling with the owner (at least that’s who I was told he was) Oak Creek Plumbing never showed up. When I called to address this, they did not know who I was or that I had an appointment. On the second occasion I was called the morning of my appointment saying that my job was not in their scope of work when it directly relates to multiple aspects of their business. When I called back to complain I was told that they technically were not open even though I called 15 minutes after their advertised business opening hours.

They are a waste of time!

I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

In addition to being able to fix my drain problem, they we're able to come to my home on one of the biggest snow days of the winter. The plumber that arrived at my home was courteous and friendly. I will use this business in the future .

Service guy was talking more then he was working fixed the wrong toliet in the house. You would think a licensed plumber would fix a problem not make one. Costed me $640.00 and job was not complete had to get someone else to do the job right.

Very disappointed. They came highly recommended by my parents who even gave me their referral discount.' Called and scheduled an appointment.... only to be called back 10 minutes later to be told I was 'outside their service area.' Since I live in the City of Milwaukee and they claim to service the Milwaukee Metro Area and Southeastern Wisconsin I find this dubious. They simply will not venture into the city. Beware. Unfortunately for them, they not only don't have me as a customer, they lost my parents too.

There was not a hose bib on the backside of our home, so I called to have it estimated. Todd came out, told me he could do it that day and 2 hours later it was done. Great service, explanation of work and overall experience. No need to call anyone else, they are who you need.

They were great. Used them 23 years ago to install a bubble tub that’s still like new and they installed a commercial coffee maker and faucets. Kevin was great.

ED DID GREAT JOB

We did have some initial scheduling issues set up the appointment a month in advance in order to get a Monday morning first appointment only to have them call and tell me the tech they had scheduled was their on call person and he wouldn’t be out that day. Could be five stars had they not caused me to wake up early and wait around at the house. It would have been smarter to not assign the on call plumber to someone who planned that far out saying that they needed a first appointment of the day. Also, I was originally told they could do the work same day but then they had to come back a week later to actually do it. Planning and knowing what to tell people didn't seem to be something the office staff was really good at. Also, when I got the call that morning the lady who called was kind of rude to me as if I was the one cancelling. And she just didn't seem to care that they kind of messed up big time when it came to who was set to come out.

I've had places cancel on me before, but I directly told her when I set it up (knowing they were 24 hour place) that I would like to make sure it was a first appointment even if I had to wait a little while into the future. And other companies who have canceled have been really super nice about it but this was just rude.

I will give them the four stars however but only because the Plumber who came out was really really good, he spent a lot of time talking with us and was very honest about what would be best for us (even though it ended up being a smaller job for them). He did a great job and even did a little extra when he was done. Very polite and great customer service. Also liked that it was charged by the job and not by the hour.

We needed emergency services for water in our basement. They were quick, very kind, thorough and we felt very honest and upfront with costs. We definitely plan to use them again.

Plumber was professional and informative. He explained everything including how to obtain a free part from the manufacturer.

Super friendly staff, great service, always very helpful and have helped us with several projects. They do a great job. they did an amazing job with our two bathroom remodels. The master is great, and so is the main/guest bath. So with the investment.

All the employees were very helpful and friendly. Tyler was the shower/bathtub remodeler. He did an excellent job. Jamie was the salesman and was wonderful. We were disappointed in that fact we had to wait an additional day just to get a plumber to finish the 1 hour of work that was needed to complete the job. Bad planning on your part. Tyler was done early afternoon so it’s very disturbing that someone could not have come over to complete the job as we were told it would be done!

I don't know how to find enough kind words to describe how helpful AJ was on his most recent service call. He was able to explain the problem and what he needed to do in language I could understand. Not only did AJ do and incredible job, but he also cleaned up better than I could have! He was so sweet and nice to me and treated me like his own mother.

A.J. Has helped us twice now. Once for the Water Heater and again today with a toilet fix. Both times he has saved us money by recommending fixes that didn't require us to replace the Items. I've used Oak Creek Plumbing to renovate my bathroom, to install a gas line, and in emergency situations. The plumbers always get the job done and the dispatch person (Flo) accommodates my schedule so there's no waiting around all day.

Water Heater failed over night during the weekend. Their plumber, Tom, came Monday morning and confirmed that we needed a replacement. We also asked him to install water arrestors on the feed lines to our washing machine. A few hours later and all the work was completed. Price is definitely not the lowest you can find in the area but the professionalism and quality of service were superb. Tom was willing to answer all our questions and explain to our satisfaction. Highly experienced and knowledgeable plumber! Worth the price to us.

I forgot the service men name, but he did a great job of identifying the issue and fixing the problem. My only concern is the high price for such a little repair.

Our sump pump went out and our basement was filling with water. The technician arrived quickly and when he did was quick to get the new pump installed. He was very professional, dud not leave a mess and very nice to work with. We have had a similar experience with Oak Creek Plumbing in the past but this visit stands out from the rest. They recognized the urgency of our situation and responded with that in mind. We are very happy we called them.

Even with the COVID situation Oak Creek Plumbing and their Sub-contractors were very responsive to keeping us informed. Their professional team made sure that all surfaces were protected before demo and cleaned everything up as soon as they were completed. We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking to remodel their homes.

We had Mike M. of Oak Creek Plumbing come out to fix what we thought (and were told by other plumbers) was going to be a horrible repair job on our kitchen sink pipe running underground. It would not drain and we knew the pipe had a hole in it and was most likely in rough shape. We were expecting our entire kitchen floor to be busted up and new pipe run to correct the issue. Mike came in not knowing how bad the issue was going to be until he got to the pipe. He worked very cleanly and was able to only bust up a 12x12 section of floor, replace and re-pipe the elbow that had the hole (lucky for us the old pipe was still in great shape) so he flushed out that pipe until it flowed like new! He took his time and explained everything he did, left little to no mess and even put the counter he had to remove back so well you would never know it was removed! Our sink works AMAZING! he did a few other fixes while the floor patch set, made great use of time, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg like we thought!!! We couldn't be happier! This was the 2nd time we had Mike M come out to save our plumbing and BOTH times he went above and beyond. We would recommend him to everyone!

If their services are anything like their workers driving then I would highly recommend finding a different company to use. This morning on my commute to work a worker in an Oak Creek plumbing truck was getting on the interstate and got stuck behind a semi. I was nice enough to let them over in front of me, they passed the semi returned to the left lane and then almost immediately pulled back out in front of me and slammed on their brakes, slowing us to 65mph. Definitely not professional at all. I hope they make it to work safely and don't end up causing an accident.

I am satisfied with the response time to my leaking garbage disposal as I called on Monday and it was replaced on Tuesday. Everything was done efficiently and well by the plumber. I am disappointed in the garbage disposal that was installed. This GrindSmart MLGS12 disposal is very noisy and just seems to be cheap. The last time I had Oak Creek plumbing replace a garbage disposal in my main kitchen they installed an Insinkerator and it is a much better unit. We installed the current one in our basement apartment so it doesn't get as much use but still i'm disappointed in the quality.

The team at Oak Creek Plumbing were great to work with and in general very responsive. The only issue is that due to scheduling challenges, they were not always able to work on our remodel project on certain days even though we were expecting someone to show up. It was never an issue with us but it would have been nice to get a phone call telling us that no one would be at our house the day of.
Otherwise. great team to work with and we will be having Oak Creek Plumbing bid on our kitchen remodel soon.

They arrived on time,7:30 AM, to remove and cap off an unused gas line.The 2 plumbers did a good job and would recommend Oak Creek to anyone in need of expert plumbing.

I have had oak creek do work at my house 3 times now! First call was for an extremely clogged kitchen sink drain. Daryl came out right away and got everything working again. It was pricey for a clogged drain, but he was very nice and offered options. He also really went the extra mile and took a look at our toilets that needed replacement, our very oddly installed sump pumps and 20 year old tankless water heater. We hired him to come back and do all the work, and it was wonderful! I am so happy with my new sump pumps with battery backup which came in handy when we lost electricity in cudahy due to the bad storms! Talk about peace of mind! I also love my new large tank water heater. It works so much better than the old tankless one did. And Daryl was very accommodating while working, considering we had an electrician there at the same time during the toilet and bathroom faucet installs. Poor guy had to work in the dark for a little while! We will absolutely be calling back to have Daryl come out again! The office schedulers were also fantastic at setting up all of our appointments. Ed was able to get our water heater working within 10 minutes after arriving & without to replace it. He showed us what to do if the problem came back. He also sold us a service package which will save us service calls later, eliminated the trip charge & give us twice yearly inspections. I

Did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem, explaining the cost of the fix and then completing the job. He was neat and clean. Provided his own drop cloth and cleaned up after the job was finished. I felt that the price quoted was fair .

Daryl was my service technician from Oak Creek Plumbing on 9/12. He was professional from the start and quickly diagnosed the problem with my toilet, replaced the parts and repaired it correctly. Works like a charm now. Highly recommend!

I have used Oak Creek plumbing for my business and rental property units, always with great results. You might find cheaper, but not better work elsewhere. On time, prices quoted up front and work guaranteed. That is the way it should be and is at Oak Creek plumbing. I highly recommend.

Called because of a leak in the shower. Service person available that same day. He looked at the problem and saw the leak. He said that it looked like a Sioux Chief shower drain. I asked what it would cost to replace the drain. After consulting his tablet he said $862.00!!!. (The most expensive Sioux Chief replacement part cost $13.95 online, it is a four or five piece assembly I checked later.) I asked to remove the top assembly, replace the gasket (part of the assembly) if necessary, and then seal and replace the top part of the assembly it would cost $862.00 and he said yes. I was dumbfounded!!!! I’ve had Oak Creek plumbing do some work for me and my father and have recommended you before but will not do so in the future. While I’m know the work will be done well the pricing is outrageous and I will leave a similar comment with the Home Advisers web site. Very disappointed.

Our plumber arrived on time and completed the work very quickly. He was incredibly nice to work with (as was Flo when we were scheduling the appointment). They're a bit on the pricier side, but I'd pay this much again for the piece of mind that comes with quality work! Will definitely use Oak Creek Plumbing again!

OCP has always been great. This most recent visit my bathtub drain spring a leak and water was trickling from the light fixture in the kitchen. When I looked at the access panel to find the leak, it was located in a really tight spot. I was certain that the plumber would have to cut through the kitchen ceiling to s the drain pipe and do the repair. Thankfully the plumber, Cory, was able to complete the repair without having to cut through the wall! We now have a new, better drain and pipe and I don’t have to worry about finding a person to repair a wall.

I put our name on standby because we needed a faucet repair for our tub/shower faucet. Two days later we get the call that a serviceman is available and with our consent they send him our. He seemed knowledgeable and skilled and fixed the faucet quickly. He cleaned up the area and billed us what he had estimated. The only hitch was that they give the servicemen laptops to use for credit card payments among other things and those never work in our home. I wrote a check instead but would appreciate having the option of credit card payment. Oak Creek Plumbing has done work for us in the past an we have always been satisfied.

From the office person (Roxanne?) to the plumber (Bob) and his apprentice (Gabby), we were extremely impressed with the professionalism and experience. From the first call to the office, it was clear that this firm was capable of solving our plumbing problem. In addition, since we live out of town, but needed to be at the home (my 98 year old mother) when the work would be performed, the office worked closely with us to schedule the work as early as possible and when we would be available. The plumber and assistant arrived on-time, quickly understood what the problem was, and started getting right to the solution. The work was done very professionally and cleanly. Although we had to get into a wall to get to the problem, the plumber worked diligently to minimize the damage and ensure that we could put the area under the cabinets back together with minimal effort. The solution that was selected turned out to be spot on, as it utilized what existing piping was still in good condition, including the vent, and put in new piping for the area. They cleaned up before leaving and were extremely courteous, friendly, and straight forward in explaining each step in the process. We would highly recommend them (and Oak Creek Plumbing in general).

Because of past unprofessional remodeling and improper plumbing without proper electrical work the job would have cost around $2000.
