I've owned my house for 17 years. Over that time, whenever I've needed plumbing services, I've called Tosa Plumbing. They always respond quickly to calls and complete the work quickly as well.

I had water leaking from my basement shut off valve and my Waterhouse hook up outside needed to be replaced. I called Saturday and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. John and August were friendly, fast, knowledgeable and answered my questions. The prices were fair and reasonable. I also asked him at the last minute to replace a wax ring on one of my toilets and he obliged. I will definitely use Tosa Plumbing again in the future for some other areas I want to upgrade in my home.

I’ve had several jobs handled by Tosa plumbing and have been more than satisfied each time. Replacing leaking valves, installing a new water heater to a new garbage disposal in the kitchen sink. Very responsive, timely and professional. My go to plumber!

My experience with Tosa Plumbing was positive from the beginning with my initial phone call. After giving a description of what I needed, they were able to explain what they could do for me and gave me a quote. They showed up on time giving me a heads up call that they were on their way. I watched them work. They are very professional and personable. Their workmanship is outstanding. They kept to their quoted price. I will use them again when I start to remodel my downstairs bathroom.

Tosa Plumbing is a company you can trust, and John is a great guy that you feel truly wants to help you out. He's honest, fair and knows his stuff. I highly recommend them, as they have done work for me on my water heater...and even better, saved me from doing unnecessary work, by doing a quick try this on your own, recommendation for a valve leak. Maybe it's sad that I feel this honesty and helpful approach needs to be recognized, and John I'm sure just thinks it's the right thing to do, and would not ask for such praise. Sorry John, you're getting it anyway!

Would recommend this company to a friend/family! I was actually recommended from my mother and grandfather to use Tosa Plumbing. I'm extremely happy with the service and price for repairing my gas leak in the basement. The only issue I had was because of the scheduling mistake, but John was super nice and ended up coming out on Saturday because of the miss-scheduling issue.
I am a repeat customer of Tosa Plumbing and have always received prompt, professional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing needs.
Tosa Plumbing was recommended by another contractor and they delivered ten fold. Very reasonably priced (best we've found), thorough and efficient. Wasn't trying to nickel and dime us. Came to do the job, did it right and charged us appropriately. We'll stick with Tosa for all of our plumbing needs moving forward.
We had them take out existing piping and install new mixing valve and piping to raise shower head for a bathroom remodel. Tosa plumbing came out to run a gas line for my new dryer and do a few other miscellaneous things. They got me into their schedule that day and took care of everything! About a week later I had another plumbing issue with an upstairs bath and they came out and fixed it for me right away! Very nice guys and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. I would definitely recommend them!
They are great guys. John has always been willing to work with me to get my problem fixed. He has even talked me through an issue over the phone. They also don't do any unnecessary work. We had h in to fix our water heater a few times and was going to come back to fix a small leak from the copper pipe. When he came back to look at it he didn't think that it was need anymore and didn't do it just to do more work. It might take a little longer to get back to you but they are worth it.
Excellent service. Very efficient, and honest. Highly recommend for all your plumbing needs. Used them in the past always satisfied.

Tosa Plumbing not only took care of the three requests, but also brought to attention several other issues. Given past experiences, I was ready to fork over a lot extra for these found issues... but that wasn't the case with Tosa Plumbing. The final cost was fair and reasonable while getting it all done in a quick timeframe—but not so quick as to question the quality. Throughout the experience, there was communication and professionalism. After bouncing around with various plumbers over the years based on schedule and availability, we're sticking with Tosa Plumbing.

I had an old gas water heater go out and John and the team came out much sooner than I expected. I chose to go the hybrid water heater route and they were one of the few who were the most knowledgeable about them. I've heard of noise complaints with them in the past but have no issues whatsoever. They did a great job installing it and exactly how the manufacturer recommended (probably why I have no issues). I needed some help with my sump pump and fixing the attached pipes. I made the call and they came the next day and knocked the job out of the park. Friendly, personable, and terrific quality - these guys were awesome.
My water heater blew on 1/1/2017. After checking Tosa Plumbing out on BBB & Angie's List I called them to replace it. The owner and his employee did the work in just a few hours and also cleared a couple of issues that I had with my toilets to my complete satisfaction.
Very rarely does my wife say positive things about contractors that we hire to do work around the house, but in this case, she was VERY complimentary about Mike and his assistant from Tosa Plumbing. Very professional, coordinated with the city to turn off water from the street, came on time, explained everything clearly, came in under estimate. Will definitely recommend!
Needed a rough-in and installation of utility sink in the basement. John was prompt calling back. I sent photos and he sent a prompt quote the same day. Competitive pricing! We scheduled the work for the following week. He was on-time, friendly, and clean. Knowledgeable and nice guy!

When my water heater started leaking several days ago, I contacted a number of contractors to get estimates on replacing it. Tosa Plumbing was the ONLY one to respond with a detailed quote, covering exactly what would be done and what products would be used, rather than just a verbal estimate . In addition, Tosa Plumbing was the only place that gave me 2 choices--a basic plain vanilla electric heater to replace the same, or an upgrade to a super-efficient heat pump heater.
John and his apprentice were able to come the next day after I accepted their quote and arrived right on time. I'd mentioned to John that this might be a bit of a non-standard installation, as I live in an old farmhouse and conditions would be different than in a newer place, but that didn't seem to throw him. They completed the work in a timely manner and all seems to be working just fine so far.
I am more than happy with all aspects of the job at this point and certainly would recommend Tosa Plumbing to someone else as well as call them again myself for future needs. Thanks, John and William!

I have used Tosa plumbing twice in the last two months.
They replaced the beeswax seal on the toilet and replaced the shut off valve on the Delta kitchen faucet.
In both cases scheduling easy. They showed up on time and their prices were more competitive than last plumber. I strongly recommend them and will use them for any future plumbing needs.

I called Tosa Plumbing and arranged for the services with very little knowledge of what I exactly needed done. They came out and went over my needs with me. I got excellent advice and we scheduled the repairs. They were prompt..professional..very reasonably priced..and cleaned up everything. I was very happy with the job they did. Pricing fair and informed me of potential violation that the average contractor or handyman probably wouldn't know. Very efficient. They are busy small business so you have to exercise some patience and follow up but when the job is done you will be glad you did.
We had Tosa Plumbing install three new outdoor hose connections that exit through the basement. Very happy with the results. High quality parts and excellent installation. i will definitely be using them again in the future.

John & Craig responded the next day to my plumbing leak in the night and quickly and correctly did the replacement. They then took on a replacement of our sump pump which I did not think was working properly.
Definitely recommend. We needed a couple things fixed with two of our showers and John did an awesome job. Kept us up to date on what he found, explained our options, and did the job well. He had to cut into the drywall in one area to repair the leaking upstairs shower drain and I am honestly not entirely sure how he managed to work and fix it in such a tiny space!

John is super. He listened to my problem and took the time to explain to me why I needed to replace my hot water heater. He provided me with a quote beforehand. He hauled the old unit away. Tosa Plumbing is an outstanding business. We needed to replace our water heater as we found it leaking after we were gone several days. It was a Friday and several places I called could not come out until the following week and one company could not even give me a price and only would do when the technician came out to do the work (R. . . . Electric). John at Tosa went out of his way by first asking for the model & serial number of the old tank and investigated to fine that the heater was still under warranty and Rheem would replace the tank with no charge. Tosa was also available to install the new tank that day and they even took the old tank back to the place it was originally gotten (required) to get the replacement. From the initial call to Tosa, they had a crew out within an hour and a half and completed all the work including exchanging the tank within 2 hours. Craig and Will, who were the technicians, did a professional job, being very knowledgeable, clean & neat, and considerate of the house as they went in and out to remove and replace the heater. The installation cost was very reasonable. We could not have been more happier with Tosa Plumbing and highly recommend them. 1/20/23 MFW
John and Craig were great. They arrived early, and they installed my disposal with no problems. They answered my questions, and everything went perfect.
No trouble with minor leaks after either. I would recommend them to anyone.
I am also thinking of replacing and old toilet which I am sure I would contact Tosa Plumbing.
I explained the problem over the phone. John told me what he thought the issue might be over the phone. I made the appointment. He assessed the area when he arrived and the issue he stated over the phone was definitely it. He fixed the issue and we’re pleased with his work. Tosa Plumbing installed our new kitchen faucets and connected our drains and disposal after a kitchen makeover. They did a great job and went the extra mile to ensure our drain was not plugged. That same day I noticed our water heater leaking, so I asked John to check it out. He confirmed the leak was in deed the water heater and reviewed various options with me. The price was right and they scheduled the replacement in a few days. They again did a great job with the water heater installation.
Both jobs they did for me were done quickly, professionally and with high quality. I will have them perform any future plumbing work I may need done.
They helped me out yesterday and I'm very happy. My 1960's kitchen drain rusted out and was pouring water. That left me with no kitchen sink and no dishwasher available.
I called in the morning and they fit me in at 1pm same day. They managed to remove the rusted bits and retap the threads on the elbow. No wall cutting needed! It put up a fight but they got it done in 90 minutes and I was back up and running. Price was reasonable and they cleaned up well.
The gentlemen were all very nice and I'll definitely use them for any future needs. Anyone looking for a plumber will here me say Tosa Plumbing is highly recommended.

Two man team, fit me into their busy schedule which helped a ton as I had no water. Worked efficiently, cleanly and informed me of anything they thought might be helpful in the future. Reasonably priced as well. Ill be using them again if the need arises.

I was interested in replacing my very old electric water heater with a hybrid heat pump water heater. I called a few places before finding Tosa Plumbing, but John was by far the most helpful in anwsering my questions. They also were able to get me the focus on energy credit for my install.
I had the new unit installed earlier this week and I am very excited to see the energy savings.
Have had several visits with Tosa Plumbing at my 100 year old house. They are always on time, always charge a reasonable rate, always do great work and are pleasant to deal with. Great business, 5 stars easily!

It is rare to find a trustworthy and reputable company, but Tosa Plumbing has absolutely proven to be so! John answered my call after hours and scheduled the same week. Had an issues with a poor installation of a toilet and flange from the previous home owner. Tosa Plumbing was great, explained exactly what they were going to do, how, and when.
