These guys are fabulous! They came out on a Sunday and took care of a very messy situation.

They were able to find the problems that no other plumber was able to locate.

20 minutes late with no call or text. Charged $270 for about 20 minutes or running a snake into a drain. Never again.

Fantastic service by Mike today. Toilet in my business was clogged and being Saturday required emergency service since we needed it fixed asap. Mike talked me through it on the phone, worked like a charm! Many, many thanks!

I have used Plugged Pipes a number of times with the remodeler I work for and they have always been on time, courteous and professional. I just yesterday used them on my own house for a blocked sewer lateral and they showed up fast, evaluated the problem and were finished in no time. I would recommend them over and over.

Cut above other plumbers. Had a backup on xmas eve, everyone wanted $4-700 for a quick snake besides Plugged Pipes. These guys helped us out MAJOR and came out on holiday for a fraction of price. Very informative and detailed in their work as well. Have earned my loyalty.

I contacted Plugged Pipes around 6 AM one morning this week and Mike immediately responded. He told me someone from PP could be there that day. They're reliable, showed up within hours to take a look at my garbage disposal, provided frequent updates, purchased a new garbage disposal, and replaced it within that same day. Plugged Pipes was wonderful! They were the only good thing in an otherwise terrible day. We woke up to a clogged pipe that resulted in water partially flooding our carpeted, finished basement. We waited (without plumbing) in the house all day for our usual plumber to arrive. When they got there, they walked in, took one look, and told us to call Plugged Pipes instead to have the pipes jetted. It was almost 5PM at that point, and I was afraid we wouldn't be able to get anything fixed. I was starting to think we would need to pack the whole family up to go stay in a hotel, but Plugged Pipes really saved the day. Within 30 minutes of calling them, Gavin arrived at our house and got to work. He was professional, knowledgable, and very patient with my many questions. He worked hard well into the evening and successfully managed to get everything cleared and flowing appropriately. I thought the pricing was more than fair, especially in comparison to what other professionals have charged us for similar services in the past. I can't recommend Plugged Pipes highly enough.

Had them show up for a clogged sink the techs were inexperienced and kept calling and asking for advice help when troubles arise they ended up getting snake caught in the drain pipe and just cutting it off and leaving it suggesting a different company saying it's a bigger project then charged us $140 when they didnt fix the problem... will find other company in future

Mike and the team he has at Plugged Pipes are a fantastic partner company for the Sewer Ninjas. We are thankful for their partnership in rebuilding the Sewer infrastructure of SE Wisconsin. They are timely, responsive and hard workers to get the situation solved for the homeowners.

I'll spare the details of my 3 day drain stoppage, but Plugged Pipes was the FIFTH plumber we had come out for a problem. We had 1 plumber try to unclog the sewer and failed, 1 refused to come out, 1 came and left without attempting a fix, and 1 spent 2 hours hemming and hawing over why he had to come out after hours... Seriously, we had no plumbing for 3 days, this was an EMERGENCY!!!!
So we call Plugged Pipes... It was like having a troop of white knights show up (literally, with big white vans!)... Not only FAST, but with all the right equipment, solid communication the WHOLE time, they not only diagnosed the problem (simple trees roots on an old house pipe) but they were able to fix it and give us a mitigation plan in under an hour! It was like have a Plumbing Super Hero swoop in and fix everything! I can't begin to explain the weight that was removed when I could take a shower or use my appliances! If you're looking for QUALITY, FAST SERVICE, and FANTASTIC COMMUNICATION, do not hesitate to call these super plumbers.... Life would have been so much easier for me had I contact them 3 days earlier.

We have older cast iron pipes. They can ever so often get plugged..so from past experience I can relay our experience with plugged pipes was a breath of fresh air. Very calming and reassuring and informative. Also appreciated his steps he took to assess and follow-through to make sure pipes flowing properly.. having no basement our pipes can pose challenges he knew to tackle

I couldn’t be happier with the work and timeliness of Plugged Pipes. Tree Roots had blocked up our sewer lateral so badly RoToRooter said they couldn’t get through on Tues. On Wednesday, we called Plugged Pipes and they came right over and advised we needed to get a clean out put on our toilet stack and they should be able to get a bigger cutter into our very blocked sewer lateral. IHN added the clean out, and Plugged Pipes came back the very same day and got us up and running again. They even had a truck go down that day, and they still made it happen. Thx so much Plugged Pipes!

These guys are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone! We bought a home with a broken lateral and they helped us big time! Our family is now able to live in our home after 2 months of being displaced and separated. Our family is forever grateful!

sewer backup late sunday night. called plugged pipes, they called back 3am and were on site first thing monday. absolutely top service, polite, quick working, knowledgeable. thanks Mike and team members.

I've received services from this company for the 2nd time just to be told once again that another plumbing company would be needed to fix my issue. The issue was unresolved as well when they finished work both times. So now I have to pay for services that didn't solve my problem once again.
Edit: I appreciate the run down for the timeline of the job, if this was able to be explained more thoroughly during the tech visit it would have cleared up many of my issues at hand thank you for clearing the miscommunication up.

Scrolled through Plugged Pipes Google reviews before selecting them. I was not disappointed by those leaving good marks. Had a drain to unclog and I actually had to schedule service the day after I called. They were ready to make accommodations in their schedules to fix it ASAP. Professional from the get-go and got things running again. There were some additional plumbing fixes they couldn't take care of (not an emergency and not related to my call). But they gave recommendations for who could help. Happy to add to the list of Plugged Pipes recommendations.

This company was recommended by another plumber in my church. I called and spoke with Mike who was very accommodating, even though he was extremely busy. He can promptly the next morning and was very fast in resolving the drain. He was very professional, kind, and efficient! I have had some hard times financially on the count of some unexpected expenses and he informed me that he was doing it for free. I was so shocked and would have highly recommended him before I found out he was blessing me in this way.

Mike and company cleared a difficult plugged lateral pipe. The difficulty was not the type of clog but ALL the prep work and tools it took to clear the old cast iron lateral. Great job!
