Purchased house, culvert under driveway clogged on 1st heavy rain and flooded yard. Called 7AM , they arrived 9AM. Tech used water jet to clear 40 years of dirt. Friendly, professional, company vehicle with logos, new euipment, respectful of property. Fair price for work and fast service. Highly recommend.

He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly, take care of the problem, gave me and the tenants tips to keep the problem from developing again and was very reasonably priced. Very, very impressed with Plugged Pipes, LLC. After getting the runaround with a few other plumbers, we found Mike and we couldn't have had a better experience. He kept things extremely clean and he and his staff were very respectful. He figured out our problem immediately and got the job done in the most timely manner. His equipment is top notch and he's extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have found our life long plumber!

I called Plugged Pipes and Mike showed up in no time . I had a plugged main and Mike took care of it. It had plugged on me before and with a camera Mike was able to show me what the problem was. Mike is the best and I would highly recommend him for your plugged pipes.

Was very easy to make appointment. Left message and Mike called me back right away. The two young men who came to unclog the bathroom sink were very polite and professional. They worked quick and cleaned up nice when they were done. Also the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Old house, old pipes and drains. Our kitchen drain was beyond hope. Mike was available and was at our house in less than an hour after we called. Our blockage extended from the sink drain into the basement and Mike had us back in order in no time. We appreciate that all was explained and easily understood. Very clean and thorough!

Really easy to work with, knowledgeable, understanding and diligent. Stays until the problem is figured out. Very prompt, responsive and often able to accommodate and come out on the same day we request help.

Bad service. Thought I would give them a try because of the price, however, guys come out didn't have the equipment to do thorough job at floor drain. The water was still backed up when technician finished the job, and the next morning my basement was Flooded again after paying $300.00. Call company about the poor service to no avail they said that technician could only unclog it temporary because the tech could only get a 2 inch cutter to fit.😒 Then I call the previous plumber I had use before who came out and completely unclog the basement floor drain in about 15 mins. Don't use these guys or watse your money they're a total rip off.😓
