Installation was done professionally and promptly. Will call them for any future Plumbing issues and would definitely recommend Neighborhood Plumbing. Also noticed my basement tubs were draining slow and fixed that also. Very appreciated.

We called about a leaky toilet, and within an hour we had someone on site inspecting the issue. He was honest and knowledgeable, and had the leak repaired very quickly. We will absolutely call again with any future needs!

Donavan has done several jobs for me- installed new toilets, brought all my kitchen plumbing up to code when he installed my new faucet and dishwasher (place was built in the 80's, things had changed) along with new bathroom faucets and more. Every time he was professional, courteous, honest and often went above and beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful for the great work he did. Now I live in NC and there is NO ONE around here that can hold a candle to him! Hope the WI folks are enjoying his excellent service, he's a GEM!!

Donaven explained all my options before doing the contract. They did a great job. They went above and beyond of what I was expecting. They replaced my old galvanized pipes with copper ones and installed a new water heater. They used only good quality materials and even repaired a couple of items not included in the contract at no cost. The work was reasonably priced plus they are licensed, bonded and insured. labor and parts guaranteed. The job was done quickly and very responsive. I recommend them to anyone.

I am so thankful we called neighborhood plumbing!! They were very responsive when we called and made time to fit us in on the same day we called! They definitely know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable! He not only unclogged our mainline drain but also took the time to install a few things to prevent flooding in any future clogs and also taught us a few things we can do as preventatives. Owner would not warranty anything except the strainer basket for the sink which he brought and charged me $396.90 for it and it leaked immediately after he left. Said he would only return after additional costs would be discussed. I had spent approximately $1300 for drain clearing, basket, new sink faucet valves and installation of a new high quality faucet, which I purchased in advance. I only wish I had hired a reputable company with reliable ownership. He just kept adding on the charges as he went along and told me ( don’t worry about it, first things first). Ugh. Please seniors BEWARE

Donaven came to my rescue yesterday after I clogged my daughter's kitchen drain while she was in the hospital with her newborn baby in NICU, and coming home that afternoon. I was grateful he fit us in and he did a great job. Pricing wasn’t clear quoted one amount then quoted another amount once he realized there wasn’t much work to do took advantage of the customers ignorance about plumbing didn’t provide the necessary tax forms needed for our company to pay him wouldn’t use again
