Best Tub in Milwaukee WI

We would highly recommend Hartlaub. We noticed our water heater was leaking over the weekend. We contacted Hartlaub and they said they would call early Monday morning to set up service call. As promised, Hartlaub called first thing in the morning and they were at our house in the early afternoon replacing our broken water heater that same day! Their crew of Jack and Al were professional, polite, hard working and they answered any and all questions we had. Would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Excellent service and they stand by their work! I had an emergency plumbing situation due to a leaking toilet and they were able to respond quickly and professionally to solve the issue. I plan to use them again shortly for additional work and would recommend them to anyone needing 24-hour plumbing service.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

I needed a new sink installed where the original sink was older and pipes needed to be specially cut to fit new sink. They did it perfectly. Peter and Connor knew exactly what they were doing. They were so fast that they were able to also install a water softner that was never installed in the house before. Shawn also assisted once the sink was set to install new faucet. Extremely friendly, clean, helpful suggestions and all around great plumbing experience. They are my go-to plumbers!!!

Shane was better than perfect replacing an old water heater. What a true professional. I have never seen such a detailed and accurate installation of a great American made water heater. He put a tarp down on my basement stairs carpeting too. 100% and the best experience with a true pro.

Don’t call them. Provided poor service. Inaccurate estimate. Service call minimal cost $110. Disappointed from start to finish. Wish I would have called another plumber.

A little mishap in scheduling but overall I am extremely happy. I called and left a message with Dave Burns about a scheduling mishap and my call was returned in a matter of minutes to be taken care of the very next day. I appreciate that very much as I have limited time off right now. Jason and his help came out to service a gas line for us. Jason arrived promptly and began working soon thereafter. Looking over the work that was completed, I am happy with the placement as that was the original way I would have liked. Beautifully done! In a few hours I was ready to go with a new gas line to my new stove. I cannot be more pleased! I will definitely use Dave Burns again for my future needs. Thank you for a great experience.

This is our second time using Action Heating and Cooling. Because the heating system is radiant hot water, they sent out Mike again. Mike called me when he was on his way so I could meet him at the property.

He was able to troubleshoot the reason why the heat went out and fixed it pretty quickly. Since he had some time in the hour billing, he took a look at the other furnace for the upstairs unit and did some preventive maintenance on it..which would have most likely required another call down the line if we had let it go longer.

I feel Mike was honest about what needed to be done and he worked efficiently. He explained the issues to me when I had questions. He also pointed out a maintenance issue in the basement that was unrelated to the furnaces so I could correct it immediately.

I recommend Action Heating and Cooling and if you have an older radiant heat system, ask for Mike.

Only fixed one of our two problems and overcharged

Tim's installed a toilet for my mother. The install was done poorly. Plumbers putty was used in place of the required wax ring. The toilet leaked making a mess of the basement and the bathroom floor. When she called Tim's they said they would get to it when they could. My 89 year old mother was going downstairs to the basement bathroom for days. When I found out about this I picked up the proper materials and installed the toilet properly. Tim's never did show up.

So I called this company (ABC Sewer) to come to my parents' business for a parking lot drain issue. They sent an older gentleman out there, he told my dad that he could not do help with the issue because he doesn't have the proper tools to open the pipe cap. He suggested my dad to drill holes through the cap and do it ourselves. For goodness sake, if we wanted to do it, we would not have called this company. Will not be using this company EVER again. They suck. As a drain cleaning company, they should know what to do for parking lot drainage, especially when they post on their website that they can help clear parking lot drainage. Go with Discount Drain & Sewer Cleaning, LLC. They are that much better and that much more equipped to handle any jobs.
