I have hired Rozga Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for many years. Jason W. was great and solved my two plumbing issues very quickly.

I called Rozga and several other plumbing groups on a Tuesday morning. Due to other work, the earliest anyone could get out to me would be Thursday morning. I wasn't happy, as the only shower in our house wasn't working, but I took the appointment and resigned myself to waiting. Less than an hour later, Rozga calls me back and says, 'hey, we had a time open up, can we come out today instead?' I was thrilled, and beyond impressed that they had thought to give me a call. I'm told the tech will be there between 11-1, and that I'd be called prior. Okay, I
I think I've got a few hours. Matt called me maybe 30 minutes later. Hey, I finished up my last call early, can I come by right away? Fantastic!
Matt, and his shadow Nick come by the house, I explain the problem and get out of the way. Both gentlemen were very professional, masked when in my home, and listened and asked questions during my explanation. They did their work, and we're kind enough to take a look at a few other issues for me before leaving, and were done and out in an hour. Ended up being a very reasonable cost for excellent service! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

TL;DR : Called company, couldn't get appt for 2 days, they call back, get me in same day. Did professional, quality work at a reasonable cost, and we're out in an hour. Would highly recommend.

My bathtub spout had a slow drip. For months I listened to that drip, drip, drip. I'm not pointing fingers here, but after my husband attempted to fix the drip, We had a leak so bad that it went through onto the ceiling below. I'm sure it was nothing he did...just coincidence. Our solution, since we will be remodeling in a year or so, was to just stop using that bathroom. We'd have to share the other bathroom. But, sharing a bathroom is not something I'm good at. So when my husband asked me what I wanted for my birthday, I didn't ask for diamonds, chocolate, or even Starbucks. I asked for a plumber! I was impressed with how quickly we were able to get a plumber here. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and gave me options. We have brass fixtures, and they had to replace the bathtub spout with one that didn't match (chrome). We purchase a set at Home Depot (with shower head, drain, etc. five pieces in total) so everything would match. Shane was up front about the hours involved in changing out everything so it would match vs. just putting on a new spout. I went with spout only since we will be remodeling. They were here for an hour and I felt the cost was better than I was expecting. I would consider using Rozga for future remodeling plans. So happy to have my bathroom back!

Water heater sprang a leak. I called Rozga Plumbing and got same day service . Came home from work and Matt S. was finishing the paperwork. The job was done and within the hour I was taking a hot shower. Matt was professional and courteous and I am very pleased with the results.

I called Rozga plumbing for a sump pump issue that a previous vendor attempted to take care of (but did not). Jason arrived on time and talked with me about my options. He listened to my concerns and I am very pleased with his solution. I am happy I contacted Rozga and will recommend them to friends and family.

Water was leaking from a second floor bathroom.

I believed the toilet was leaking and the technician identified the exact cause quickly. The toilet wax seal was damaged because of excess space between the toilet and flange. The leak damaged the sub-floor.

To repair the bathroom tile was cut to access the sub-floor, the damaged sub-floor removed, and a board installed to support the flange and new flange extender. A new larger wax seal was also installed.

The technician suggested to repair the damaged sub-floor by removing the ceiling below the toilet. I was not comfortable removing the original plaster ceiling. We investigated additional options and settled on installing a board fished though a hole in the sub-floor. The hole was covered by the toilet base.

The technician was technically skilled and a pleasure to work with when we need to decide how to reinforce the flange. Several weeks past and all is good.

Their employees pay no mind to where they park. They block traffic, causing city vehicles to go around medians and into oncoming traffic just to use the road. Then they park their flatbed 250ft away from the job site on a side street, taking up ALL the guest parking of a house that's not even on the same block as the home they're working on. The truck that pulled the flatbed there isn't at the site, so why didn't they take the empty flatbed with and bring it back whenever they pick up their backhoe?!? Its also a bit of overkill to have 2 full dump trucks at a residental site for 4 days, neither of which appear to even be half full, yet both are blocking traffic that is having to cross a median to pass the vehicles.

Rozga is a great choice for you plumbing needs. Jake was very professional, very accommodating and did a great job on the bathroom. We needed a toilet and sink removed and replaced while a new tile floor was installed. I called them last minute and it all worked out great.

Great experience. I called for a quote and they came out 2 weeks later. Quote was competitive and I accepted based on other good reviews I read. Matt K came out and did the actually work. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He explained what was being done, why is was being done, and cleaned up when finished. He also finished faster than the quoted time so it was a pleasant surprise to be under the quoted price. I will definitely use Rozga for my future plumbing needs. Ethical company and quality work is why.

These guy's are great, and without hesitation I would refer them to a friend who needs quality work. With the cold winter weather, we had a pipe burst this last week in our 1880's historic office building. Our first call was to Rozga. Matt R. showed up within 30 minutes of our call. Matt quickly identified the leak, cut out the problem, and repaired the pipe. All of this was done with minimal disruption to the walls where the leak was hidden. Rozga and and Matt are now on our permanent call list for any plumbing issues.

These guys do great work...heating, AC & plumbing. They take care of my rental property as well as my residence. Never try to sell me something I don't need. Have recommended them many times over.

We had the young man, Arnold, come to our house the other day to check out the dishwasher. It was a plumbing issue causing our dishwasher to backup. Arnold was very thorough, and explained every detail to us. After clearing the drain, upon a final check, Arnold found a cracked drain pipe, that we didn't know it existed. Arnold fixed everything, was pleasing to work with. We would highly recommend ROZGA Plumbing to anybody.

I called about needing help with a clogged sink, Andy came over right away. He explained everything he was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently!

My boiler was having issues so I scheduled an appointment for service. They were scheduling a week out, unfortunate but understandable.
They called me a couple days later when an unexpected opening became available. Even though I couldn't take advantage of it, it was a nice gesture.
Day of my appointment, Chris P was right on time, to the minute.
Chris was very friendly and shared some tips about bleeding the system and keeping an eye on things.

Even though it was a service call, he offered to do an annual tune up on my boiler which ended up being a better deal than just the service call due to the hourly + service call rate. The tune up was also a bit less expensive than other companies have quoted, which was nice.

I've had Rozga out a few times and it's always been a good experience. I'm glad this experience was no exception to that!

I have had Rozga out twice in the last month for different issues. They were both friendly and very professional. Services are reasonably priced. I will be calling Rozga for any other plumbing needs.

We had Arnie come out to snake our lateral and were extremely impressed with his service and professionalism. He took great care to make sure that our line was cleared in such a way as to not collapse it, despite it's poor condition. He kept us constantly informed and worked with us to figure out our options as the work progressed. He also kept the work area very clean! It's never a good thing to need a plumber to come and clear a lateral, but if you need it done, call Rozga.

We were recently in need of bathroom and shower fixture replacement. We have used Rozga's services prior to this time and decided to use them again. Like our previous experience, we are happy and totally satisfied with the results. They were responsive to our request and scheduling was timely. Arnold, the plumber who served us is highly professional, highly skilled and helpful. He worked efficiently and paid attention to the smallest details. He even suggested improvements that are really value added. We highly recommend Arnold and Rozga for any plumbing project. They are our plumbing service of choice.

Ray was on time and very professional. I called this morning and Ray was at the door within a couple hours. He worked quickly and cleared the clog in the drain. I would definitely recommend him.

I awoke to a chilly home on February 12th 2016 and thermostat read 63 degrees....I called Rozga at 6:50 and at 8:30 the service tech. arrived. Chris quickly diagnosed the issue with the furnace and fixed the problem. The temperature never fell below 58 degrees and in less than 3 hours our furnace was up and running. Not a need to ever call anyone but Rozga. I felt very fortunate to have complete service not only on the same day as the call but in less than 4 hours the job was completed to my satisfaction. They have never failed us since 2012!!!

Excellent job by Cory and Matt on interior water piping conversion from well to municipal water. This, despite having to work using flashlights due to unrelated power outage (tree branch rubbing power line) which left 1,200 homes w/o electricity for two hours!

After moving into our new home we needed to have a few things looked at, and Rozga Plumbing was able to send someone the next day. Arnie was wonderful and addressed several issues, all while providing clear updates and information regarding the fixes as he did them. He explained all the problems to us and guided us with making decisions. He went above and beyond and addressed some issues that we had not originally called about and made sure everything was in good shape before leaving. We felt that he did real quality work rather than just providing a quick fix like we have experienced in the past. He also put down tarps and wore shoe covers at all times to protect our floors. He was kind and incredibly helpful. We will be requesting him in the future if we need plumbing assistance!

Called yesterday because I needed some work done in my bathroom and they were able to come out the next day. The technician, Andy, was great and talked me through several different options of things I could do. This was the second time I’ve used them and it was great again.

The service technician Ray quickly diagnosed the problem two prior plumbers refused to address. He was fast, courteous, but most importantly effective. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

They were very quick and efficient and good customer service.. But definitely in the pricey side.

Shane came out to install a toilet for me which I had bought the week before at Home Depot. Getting the old toilet out was not a quick, simple feat and he explained to me why it took a bit longer than usual, which I appreciated. He also took the time to scrape off old putty/sealant from my bathroom tiles, which apparently was pretty standard when old toilets were installed. Later in the evening I noticed a leak coming from the back of the toilet. I called up Rozga again and they were able to send Shane back out the next day. He was able to diagnose the repair as a lazy mistake from the manufacturer (a loose seal) and fixed it pretty quickly. Because the leak was from a toilet I bought myself and it was a result of the manufacturer, it seemed standard practice for them to be able to charge me for the second visit, but he was able to waive it for me. I truly appreciated all the help!

Shane arrived fast and solved my kitchen problem with a minimum of disruption to my day. Polite, knew his business, didn't try to make work or sell me on doing anything I didn't need. I was very impressed. But then my family always calls Rozga because they are simply the best in the business.

Installation of water heater was done on time, reasonable priced, and employees were professional.

Dan was faced with a leaking rusted faucet that seemed impossibly stuck. He calmly assessed the situation and then brought in the right power tool to remove the old faucet. I now have a bright shiny new faucet that works great! He was friendly, polite, and steady in the storm of adversity. Quality of work good. Issue is with billing - show up 15 minutes late? bill full hour, leave 15 minutes before the hour? bill full hour... This may be specific to the person they send though as another plumber sent for a few hours was more honest. All in all, I was in a bind and needed the job completed. Will not use these guys again.

We had a RO filtration system installed with Rozga recently and we had a great experience. Arnie was extremely knowledgeable, he was on time, and respectful of the current pandemic situation. He wore a mask and shoe coverings. He explained everything in detail, including pricing, to us and made appropriate recommendations which made all the difference! We will definitely be using them again and requesting Arnie!

We had Jason W as our plumber. Absolute professional the whole way through. Arrived right on time and finished the job within 4 hours. He seemed like a guy who clearly loves what he does and was very thorough with all that needed to be done. It’s very rare to get that kind of service especially a couple of days before Christmas.

We needed some work done to update our storm sewer system. Steve (I believe he was a manager) came out and was not only personable and professional, but educated us on options along the way (he was also very great with our German shepherds, which is just extra awesome). He quickly addressed issues, looked at the existing system and provided a sensible recommendation. He included options for later, but stated it was best to wait until the job was done before adding extra work. I would have added the work, but I appreciated his candor and wanting to take it one step at a time. By the time the work was completed, the crew that came in did great work at a great speed, and were very polite and professional.

Its been a few months (I should have wrote this rave review ages ago), and everything has worked very well. Our same sub-pump rarely has to run now that water is properly draining. What used to be a loud noise with every rain is now silence after a cloud burst. Like Steve advised, I will wait through winter before making any future decisions, but I am confident using Rozga was the best first step.

I am very satisfied and would recommend their services to anyone.

Shane was quick, effective and on time. Replaced the non-working thermocouple on Mom's 20 year old water heat. Water heater is working again. ( A bit pricey, but welcome to the 20's.)

Replaced sump pump. On a very busy day for them, they came out quickly and did a great job, and affordable as well.

Late Friday afternoon, called Rozga Plumbing and Heating services. They where to my house in 25 minutes. Fixed my gas leaked on a connection to my water heater. Asked if I wanted anything else checked, I said try behind the stove. Shane pull it out a little and use his tool to detect gas leaks and the tool was screaming. He then took care of that major problem. Super great person Shane was. Thanks for saving a potential fire bomb.

We have used Rozga a few times now and they are excellent. On time, friendly, knowledgeable. They were able to fix our issue with our iron curtain system right away, explained the issue, and gave suggestions on a good regular maintenance schedule to keep it up and running. Will be using them again in the future if any needs arise.

My A/C wasn't working so I scheduled a service appointment with Rozga. Rozga technician came out on June 5th, diagnosed that the system needed more freon. He also made a repair to the tray that was causing water to leak out of the furnace unit. He was surprised the air unit outside only took one pound of freon, because he thought it would be more. Bill was $281 and change and I paid him on the spot. Well it was 60 degrees that day, so I turned the air off again. We had cooler weather the next few days, so it was several days before I turned the air on again. It worked fine for about 2 days, and then stopped again. Over two weeks later I get a call from the tech saying that he made a mistake on my bill and I owe another $80. The bill said full amount is due at the time of service, which I paid. Seems pretty obvious to me that he misdiagnosed the problem, since he himself thought it would take more than a pound of freon. I don't think it was a freon problem at all, and he misdiagnosed it. Now a month later I get a bill in the mail for the extra $80. I feel like I was ripped off by the technician misdiagnosing my problem, and then asking for more money after I was under the impression, as anyone would be, that I had already paid the bill in full. Not to mention I already threw away $281 for a repair that didn't fix my problem. I can tell you that I'm never using this company again. Their technicians don't seem to know what they're doing, and the company is dishonest in their billing practices. I would highly recommend you call someone else.

I have had Rozga Plumbing out for multiple jobs. Every single job was completed professionally with utmost excellence. Today; they installed a battery backup for my sump pump. It’s very nice to have the security in place to avoid terrible damage to my finished basement along with the furnace, water heater, washer and dryer. They are the very best!

Our family has used Rozga for years and they always do an outstanding job! I recently needed a plumber for a family member who had just gotten home from the hospital. Understanding the urgency of the situation, Rozga sent over someone the same day - which was SO helpful! Matt was exceptional - and, after thoroughly assessing the situation - explained what needed to be done and why. He then proceeded to make the necessary repairs quickly and efficiently - and took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up afterward. Really couldn't have been better. Heat stopped in the middle of the winter after hours. They were prompt, courteous, and I didn't feel as though they took advantage of the situation price wise. I would definitely recommend them.

Ray came to my house today to unclog a drain in my basement, I just moved into this home and don’t have much knowledge on the plumbing. Ray was fast and extremely knowledgable, he spent time after the fix answering my questions to the best of his ability about the home and even quoted some update projects, as my house is 100 years old and is a bit outdated. Prices were also very reasonable. Absolutely will call Rozga again.

Shane did a great job. He replaced an outside spigot and fixed a leak inside the house. The estimated was 3 hours and he did it in just that.

I called Rozga to take care of the rough plumbing work for a lower level remodel. I am handling the majority of the remodeling work myself and they were flexible, responsive, and willing to work with me including offering some trade tips. The provided estimate was close to the final billing and the work was completed per schedule and was very well done. All aspects went well and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Have had extensive work done in the basement replacing lead pipes in the past, , this time water heater was leaking. Erik came early and worked efficiently to dx and repair…also a visit with Evyn to drop off new one. Had a few other issues in the house and Erik took care of those as well. Great Service. They came out promptly to fix a leak in my water main. The technician was very nice and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. It was a good experience and I look forward to using them in the future.

Secondly, I used them on a major job at work and it required a down payment before they could start the job. I went to their office to drop of the down payment and not but 15 min after I dropped it off they had a crew on site as well as much of the equipment needed to complete the job.

We highly recommend Rozga Plumbing. They plumbed our second floor bathroom for us (toilet, shower, and double vanity). They also fixed a few issues in other places in the home that were not up to code. It only took them two days. We were able to get a quote very quickly, the price was extremely fair, and they started work within a week. They were very friendly and completed high quality work. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Can’t say enough great things about Rozga Plumbing! The previous owner of our home didn’t have the drain in our lower level bathroom correct and it had a back pitch.. The guys showed up on time and got the job done in a timely manner. In our home they have also replaced a toilet and deleted our garbage disposal as we were having issues with ours. A+++

Had Rozga Plumbing come out to one of my rental properties with backed up sewer issue May 3rd, service man calls me and say's all done, So I pay them that's the gig, Pay when done, anyways it backed up the next day, I call Monday for the drain to be addressed and they send another guy Tuesday. He says he cant get his snake past a turn under floor, this guy then says who's paying for this service call? kidding me right?? was my reply. YOU DID NOTHING and Im still with a backed up sewer. I call a different sewer cleaning company and fixed correctly the first time. Asked Rozga for a $267.75 refund and was told no... Waste of my time and money.

Was very disappointed in the rep who answered the phone. Being that it was a Friday at 4:30pm I was panicked to find that my hot water heater had leaked all over the place and needed to be replaced. The rep was not friendly, did nothing to calm my anxiety - especially with having 2 small children, and only gave me all the information I needed after I had to pry and ask all the questions first. First impressions are everything and this one was not good.

Chris came out to fully check our a/c for the summer. He called before to let us know he was on his way and arrived exactly as planned. He was personable and professional and gave us an accurate description of all our a/c and heater unit. Today we had the duct work cleaning done by Austin and I was amazed at how easy it was and how my house was not disturbed at all. Thank you so much. It is always a good experience and you always send the nicest, knowledgeable people :-)

I had a pipe leaking on a Friday night and Rozga was there within the hour. My Technician, Andy, was very polite and informative. He had the pipe cleaned up and fixed in under a half hour!

Installed new pipes under kitchen sink and replaced sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Prompt and very professional services. Walked me through every aspect of what needed to be done. Made sure I understood what was being done and asked if I had questions. There were additional areas of concern which we explained and I was given the option of doing them right away, later or not at all. All options explained with no pressure.

Our water heater stopped working and we called up Rozga plumbing and they were able to come out the same day we called. Shane was very professional and was able to answer all our questions. We definitely are happy with the service provided and would hire them again!

Eric & Jason did a great job with our water heater and floor drain, and they were efficient and thorough with their service. They were also quite helpful in addressing my questions about a number of other issues, and they gave me some great advice based on their extensive experience. The other thing I really liked about the experience is their customer service. To be honest I wasn't expecting a plumbing company to have such as sophisticated user experience interface and the communication (phone/text/email) was great. They even sent a photo of the technician before he arrived so I knew who to look out for. 5/5 recommend.

Arnold came to house and was professional and detailed in his analysis of the plumbing issue. He ensured we understood what was going on along way and wanted to ensure we got to the root cause of the issue.

Rozga Plumbing is great, amid this global pandemic I needed my sewer line cleared of tree roots and Rozga was able to send someone out the next day. Arnold was my plumber and he was knowledgeable and explained everything well. I am a Nurse and the company is giving a first responder and healthcare worker discount which was also wonderful of them. I would highly recommend to anyone in the Milwaukee area looking for a Plumbing service.

We had a terrible experience with Rozga. To start things off, they showed up at 8am when our time window was not supposed to be until after 3:00, when we were home from work. Then, after about an hour, we were told that there was an issue with the main line and that we would have to wait for the city repair crew. We were charged $170 for zero work being completed ($70 for a service charge, which we were happy to pay, but $100 for “work”), and with no timeframe or follow up in terms of when we could expect repair. When we called the next day to speak with a customer service representative, we were told that we would get a call back after the weekend. No one returned our call or made any effort to follow up or remedy the situation. Overall, we were extremely unhappy with the lack of customer service with Rozga. We would have a difficult time recommending them to anyone looking for plumbing services.

This is the 2nd time Rozga (and Jason) have been out resolving two different issues we had with our kitchen sink. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience from calling to make the appts to speedy resolution of the problems. Jason is friendly and knowledgeable plus gave us good advice on how to avoid issues in the future. We'll be back (but hopefully not too soon!)

Our sewer line needed repair and they gave a an estimate the day after we contacted them. They wrote it up got permits from city and came a couple days later to do the work. They were very professional and completed the job quickly. Highly recommend. They also cleaned up our yard nicely as well when they were done!

I have been using Rozga for 4 years for very big and very little jobs. They are reliable and efficient. Today's problem was a broken disposal. Andy first tried to repair our existing disposal. Unfortunately, the winter vortex was unkind to our tankless water heater. The extreme cold had caused internal components to rupture within. We had to turn off all hot water access in the house to stop the leak. We called multiple area plumbers, and Rozga was the first to call back. Within 45 minutes of talking on the phone, Sam was at our house looking at the problem and giving us his honest opinions as to what we needed. After he left, within a hour, Sam had sent us the emailed quote detailing both a replacement tankless option and the standard tank. We decided to go back to a tank. He had availability the next day, and within 24 hours of the initial issue, we were back up and running with hot water. Everyone we worked with was personable and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in our home and they did good work. I am happy to support a local business and would highly recommend them to others.

We had the HVAC and plumbing team out to replace our furnace and add a humidifier. We also had our hot water heater replaced. We were highly impressed with the professionalism of the entire Rozga experience from setting up the appointment through the completion of the work. We needed a plumber on a weekend to unclog our kitchen sink. We had used Rozga 4 years ago for the exact same problem. So we called them again and left a message with the answering service. Shane called us back within 8 minutes. He explained exactly how much this was going to cost and came up from Oak Creek within an hour and a half. He was at another job. He fixed the problem quickly and was very professional. We would call them again if we had any plumbing issues.

My toilet was running a little long and the handle was sticking. I called Rozga and Shane was able to come the same day. He arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly to replace the fill valve and handle. He was also a really nice guy. I've called on Rozga several times for help with plumbing issues and they never let me down.

My water heater needed to be replaced. I called Rozga and they were able to send someone the same day. Andy was on time. He completed the job in a few hours. He was courteous and neat. Andy explained the new water heater to me in detail and took the time to answer any questions I had, I will definitely hire Rozga for any plumbing or heating needs I have in the future.

Update July 2020
At our house, Rozga continues to be the plumber of choice. I had a sewer backup at 5 pm on a Sunday. I called Rozga and less than an hour later Matt arrived. Matt was great at communicating and after thoroughly assessing the situation he explained what needed to be done and why. He then proceeded to clear about 20 pounds of tree roots from the main lateral between the house and the street. He also took great care to make sure everything was cleaned up afterward. The next day Jason came and ran a camera through the line to make sure everything was as it should be. (I moved into this 88-year-old house a year ago). Jason explained everything he was doing. The invoice was fair and reasonable. More importantly, in addition to being friendly, I have always found Rozga to conduct their business with the utmost integrity and professionalism. I trust them to do it right every time! I won't hesitate to do business with Rozga again and highly recommend them.

Matt S did an excellent Job! He had the task of installing a 1/2 bath on our 2nd floor in an attic space that was not insulated and did it when the outside temp was over 90 degrees. He did a great job of retrofitting the pipes into an inconspicuous place on the 1st floor then to the basement. All this was done with very little disruption to our normal family routine. He came back to finish the job and performed in the same professional manner we've grown to expect from Rozga's technicians. Thank you!

Left a message at the Rozga office and Shane promptly called me back within 30 minutes. I Explained the situation and he provided a band-aid to hold us over to Monday which would cost much less for the repairs than doing an emergency call. THANK YOU!!!! On Monday Shane came not only to replace the section of pipe, but fixed some problems created by another plumber and replaced some valves that apparently seized. He was thorough and quite efficient. Last week I noticed a small amount of condensation inside of my furnace so I looked around online for a company with good reviews. Rozga's dispatcher was flexible and very easy to work with. The technician, Scott, was a great guy...Friendly, personable, and knowledgable. He came to the conclusion that the condensation was caused by one of two things, so he gave a squirt of caulk to the first thing, and told me what to do if the cause was thing two. I was happy enough until he handed me the bill: $211. I understand that this is cheap compared to your average furnace maintenance bill... But $211 for less than an hour and a squirt of caulk? Even if they paid their technicians $100 per hour, that bill would still be too high.

The ductwork modifications I had Rozga do for me as part of my basement remodel were completed very professionally and in a timely manner. They relocated nine dampers for better access, added two cold air returns, added five new supply drops and also relocated several feet of heat recovery unit ductwork. The lead service technician, Chris S., was very professional and worked all day to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Thank You!

Contacted to get an estimate for a plumbing change in a laundry room. The lady promised the plumbing estimator would call me back. 3 days later still waiting for that call. I'm now moving on to some one else that actually wants the business.

We contracted with Rozga Plumbing to install our water lateral and was impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the Technician (Shane) we had them come back to do several more jobs. Rozga was actually able to resolve an issue with our boiler that 3 previous companies were unable to do!

While digging a giant hole in the ground outside by our foundation, our puppy had uncovered what we thought to be a burst pipe. It turned out to be 10+ feet of old, corroded pipe that was seeping sludge into the ground under our foundation for who knows how long. Ray (the plumber) was at our house working for 3 days straight to get us back into a position where we could put our kitchen and our home back together. There were a few guys from Rozga working inside and outside of my home during that time, but Ray was the reason I was able to stay sane as they were jack-hammering through the floor of my kitchen and tearing up my backyard, all while I was home doing virtual classes for nursing school with 2 dogs (talk about stress). He even managed to get me a large Dr. Pepper one day when he ordered lunch, because he could tell by the look in my eyes that I could barely hold it together any longer. I've used Rozga to replace both my AC unit and my hot water heater, and to fix my garbage disposal. They were always on time, very knowledgeable, very nice, and had very reasonable prices. My hot water heater in particular was a tricky job due to its location. The guys who installed it had their work cut out for them, but they did it with a smile and at the price I was originally quoted. 10/10 would recommend!

Needed an ancient sump pump replaced ASAP and they called back quickly to schedule an appointment the same day. Tankless water heater froze up in the cold and blew apart. Rozga was the ONLY company I called who actually answered the phone! I left several messages for other companies of varying size, shockingly, as of the writing of this have yet to get ANY other calls back. Rozga was extremely responsive and timely. Called to fix slow draining tub and sink in 1920's house -super nice technician Ray explained issue and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Have worked with Rozga before for sump pump replacement and to install a faucet. Every technician has been great and knowledgeable. I can't speak to prices since we haven't used anyone else and are first-time homeowners.

One word...Beyond!! I have to leave a review after Bryan from Rozga Plumbing stop by our house last night on his way home from work for a consultation. We had a pipe freeze and water gushing all over our house on 12/26/22. Bryan was super patient and extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all of our plumbing in our basement. We have a private well for our water supply which we are unfamiliar with. He was able to show us a quick way to turn off the water in the future and is working with us to move the pipe so that they don't freeze again in the future.

Our frozen pipes were behind drywall, mounted on an exterior wall with no insulation between the wall and the pipes. He explained that even insulation doesn't always prevent pipes from freezing - each situation is unique.

We are so grateful that Bryan took time after the end of what I'm sure was a very long day to come to our house and explain everything to my husband and I. I would highly recommend them and have actually used them for years at our house and my rental properties in West Allis.

I have used Rozga a couple of times and they have been excellent both times. Last fall I had them replace an outdoor faucet that was leaking and waited to make sure it worked when I turned it on this spring. Worked like a charm. Two years ago, they came out over a holiday weekend to replace my water hear. Again, excellent service.

I purchased a home water filtration system from a company out of state. Because of the size of the system and with my basement being finished, the team at Rozga were kind enough to stop out and come up with a solution for install. Even though the system has instructions on how to change out the filters, Matt took the time to demonstrate how to replace them. Very honest and professional.

We've hired Rozga for many years (30+) for our furnace, theromstat, furnace maintenance and repairs. We just bought a Bradford White water heater from Rozga replacing our 17+ yr old Bradford White (probably bought through Rozga). The $1,250. price is reasonable for the high-quality appliance. The job went precisely as promised. Shane arrived on time, was professional and efficient taking just under 3 hours from beginning to end. The old tank was picked up within 24 hrs.

Rozga has been my go to plumbing company for years and they didn't disappoint again. Had a leaking drain stack and they fixed it quickly and professionally. Highly recommend the Rozga team.

Eric K just completed work on my sink and toilet. I thought one was going to be a major repair. He diagnosed the issues immediately, explained them to me, and got right to work. Everything works perfectly now and he left the room cleaner than when he arrived. Excellent customer service! And the work was excellent as well.

...and the followup visit about 1 week later, to finish the work Matt started, (had to wait for the city to come and verify that the water could be turned off before Matt could replace the inlet valve), was just as good as the first. We have had another well known “plumbing” company out 3 separate occasions in a 2-3 year span. Needless to say after many dollars spent with the other company the problem still existed. One call to Rozga on a holiday we had a plumber (Arnold) out in short time. He was beyond thorough and professional. I have never been more impressed with how explanatory and detailed he was throughout his entire time completing our job. The clay lateral from our home to the street had been breached by roots from a maple tree. The roots were causing water to back up and come out the floor drain in the utility room. I called Rozga at 7am. I was told the plumber would call sometime between 11am and 1pm and head over. He called at 10:30am and was at my home at 11am. the work was completed by 12:30pm approximately. The plumber (Matt) was polite and very knowledgeable and was able to explain quite a bit to me. Everything was cleaned up when he finished.
I expected the cost so that didn't throw me, but a good experience after a bad situation.

I had a water leak so they sent out Chris who told me it was the water heater. The very next day they sent out Miles along with a few other people to replace the unit. Did a great job. A few days later Miles was back to install my Nest thermostat and get it working. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great work in a timely fashion.

Ray went above and beyond the minute he arrived. He made our current plumbing work and added in a few things to help the plumbing flow better. Can’t say enough good things about them! About a year ago, Matt K. came to install our kitchen sink and noticed/fixed an issue with some plumbing not up to code beyond the sink install. He was incredibly helpful and didn't treat me like a neglectful homeowner or just the little Mrs. of the house. He explained everything extremely professionally and thoroughly like I'm a newer homeowner (which I am!) and gave me tips on maintainance.
Fast forward to this past Wednesday, and our 11-year-old water heater rusted out at the bottom. I called Rozga and asked for an appointment for today (Monday) since it was a holiday weekend. They were extremely courteous over the phone both times I called (I had a follow-up question on Friday). They scheduled me right away for 8am during that first call. As it turns out, Matt K. was at our house today, promptly and a little early! He did an extemely thorough check of everything and of our request for a tankless water heater. He checked every option to fulfill our request, but ultimately, our house isn't a great candidate for a tankless water heater. Instead of going through with the tankless heater install with a hefty price tag due to the work that needed to be done, Matt saved us a ton of money and suggested something that better suits the house and our budget. He treated our house like his own, cleaning up and taking care not to make a mess. He again explained everything to me like a new homeowner and walked me through all the why's and how's.

I chose Rozga Plumbing & Heating due to the good online reviews. They definitely did not disappoint. I needed two outside water faucets replaced as one of them the guts was bad and it continuously leaked. Shane was my technician. He called me in the morning for a courtesy call to inform me on the time he would be out. He was right on time. He was friendly and polite. I showed him my faucets and downstairs where the water was shut off. He was going to install the frost-free faucets. He also gave me the choice if I wanted to replace the round handle on the pipe inside to the new levers. He wasn’t pushy about it, just informed me of the pros/cons of getting it replaced as everything will eventually need replacement. I told him to go ahead since it was only about $30 in parts. He was done in under two hours and he showed me the finish product to make sure I was happy. It worked perfectly. The cost was very reasonable. After paying, I asked him questions regarding how to make my water hotter in my master bath to match that of another bathroom. He showed me how I can take off the knob to wear there was a lever to adjust the max hotness. He was very knowledge. I would definitely go with Rozga again. Very professional.

Had three different sump pump issues and had to cal Rozga three times. The three technicians were very friendly and very efficient.

Second service request I have had with them, first was for a furnace, this was for a faucet replacement - they were quick (in both cases) professional, reasonably priced (much less than I budgeted for) and did an excellent job. Definitely use these guys!

Rozga came out to inspect some plumbing and install a replacement shower cartridge. Arnold arrived early and replaced everything quickly and even made sure to check all faucets after the water was turned back on. Insanely helpful, prompt and professional. These are THE company to call for your plumbing needs.....100% recommended.

We had a grease clogged pipe and sanitary tub overflow on a Sunday. We placed a call to Rozga and Lloyd(?) who was on call, talked us through things to check to see if we needed a Sunday visit. We didn't as the kitchen sink and sanitary tub were the only things affected. He talked us through a few things to try, which didn't work for us. On Monday, we reached out to Rozga again, and Any Schultz came to the rescue. He was earlier than anticipated, which was awesome. He and his apprentice quickly cleaned the pipe and also found and fixed a slight leak next to the tub. They were both friendly, efficient and very clean. The price was a bit lower than I anticipated as well. All in all, an extremely excellent experience. We'll certainly use them in the future.

I have never dealt with Rozga before, and I was quite impressed. Arnie was right on time, and explained everything that was done and needed to be done. He left his work area clean which I certainly appreciated. There is more work to be done and we will certainly be calling them to do it.

Used Rozga a few times and very happy, helpful information

Called late this morning, had service person out by 2:30 p.m. to investigate. I was smelling something like car exhaust fumes in the house and worried. Service person was very thorough and answered all of my questions; and not only did he check the furnace and drains, he also checked my gas-fired water heater to make sure it wasn't downdrafting. The call was about 30 minutes so they only charge you have the hourly rate. There is a service call fee, I didn't mind paying that to get someone out quickly. I considered the bill reasonable and am reassured there is nothing wrong with my furnace and water heater. The service person was also very nice and acted professionally.

Rozga office staff understood our problem and need. They arranged an appointment that was met promptly. The crew arrived with equiptment to diagnose situation and provided a tentative estimate. As work began, supplies arrived right on time to address the repair. Rozga's orchestration of the labor and supplies contributed to a final bill that was appreciably below their initial estimate. Being familiar with plumbing, I appreciated the meticulous measuring and use of levels to insure proper flow of waste. Rozga replaced a damaged clay pipe and an outdated floor drain both below the basement concrete. The backfill and reconcreteing went smoothly and with an excellent finished appearance. Rozga tested all drains to insure the repairs were effective before leaving. Rozga meticulously swept and vacuumed the traffic area leaving the premises cleaner than when they arrived. Matt & Eric exercised clear communication with me during the repairs, something I greatly appreciated. This company provided most excellent service from the first phone call until their truck departed my driveway. I rate them the highest possible in all categories because they certainly earned it. You can trust Rozga for your plumbing needs !

These guys are a complete rip off!!!! They charged us $276 to patch a leaky faucet. Then they tried to charge us another $60 + $167 per hour labor fee to order the part and fix the actual leak. My dad calls a family friend a couple days later and he fixes it for $10 with an item from Menards. These guys are daylight robbery!!!! They charge more than my physician!!!! Stay away and do more research before coming to these guys!!! Absolutely horrendous experience!!!!!! Stay away!!!!!

$500 total to fix a leaky faucet!!!! Laugh out loud!!!! At that point I could get a brand new sink!!!!!! They charge more per hour than a physician!!!!!! Worst business ever right here!!!!!! Absolutely daylight robbery!!!!!!

I came home from work and found water pooling around a basement floor drain. Jason took the time over the phone to understand and advise on the most likely cause. He was right, and I was able to correct the issue right away buying time for planned system maintenance. I really appreciated that.

On time, courteous, very helpful/clear in describing the issues we were having and how he resolved; Rozga very much values its longstanding customers - because our issue ended up being a smaller common issue that happened right after we had someone out a few days prior for our furnace tune-up (unrelated issue), we received no charge.

I called Rozga because I had water coming up through my basement floor drain. Arnold arrived to the house promptly at 8AM. The work he did was very thorough; the explanations he provided were detailed and made sense; and he was able to identify and fix my issue. When the work was completed, and he had cleaned up and packed up his equipment, he stayed in the basement to complete the paperwork. After 10 minutes, I went down to check on him and he told me he was just finishing up. He came upstairs 20 minutes later, conveniently at 12PM. It was clear he was making sure he made it to the 4 hour billing mark. He ran through the invoice with me, charging me for 4.25 hours of work. When I asked about the added .25 hours (pointing out that it was noon), his response was well, by the time I get out of here.... I had already felt like he had milked an extra half hour out of me with his paperwork that he was completing alone in my basement, but then he added on the extra .25 hours on top of that.

I was pleased with the work that was done and satisfied with the result; however, I will not be calling Rozga again. Honesty and integrity is important to me, and after Arnold left my home, it was clear he had no problem taking advantage of his customer.

Heard good things about the place so I gave them a try when I was in need. Matt was fantastic- great communication, extremely polite and efficient and got the job done. Highly recommend these folks and they were very reasonably priced. I will definitely call if I need someone again and am recommending to anyone who needs a plumber.

This past summer, we abandoned the well servicing our property and completed the water service conversion to the city water supply. The decision to complete this project wasn’t made without considerable consideration. The biggest question we dealt with, to begin with, was the cost of completing the conversion. Little did we know that there were other issues to be concerned about of equal importance to the price. So I began to call plumbers that I had heard did this kind of work, the quotes I received varied by thousands of dollars. I noticed Rozga trucks in the area at several different homes during this process, so I decided to call them. I was connected with Steve Rabe. He was responsive and professional. He explained the conversion process and set reasonable expectations for us to consider. The quote we received from Steve wasn’t the lowest, but it wasn’t the highest. We accepted the quote and scheduled the job. When the day came, I was amazed. I began to understand the value Rozga brought to the job. The number of men and the equipment brought to the job was considerable. I wish I could remember the names of all the men there. Each one was as friendly and professional as the next. They all took the time to tell me their role and how they would complete their job. The trucks, backhoe, frontend loaders, and other equipment belonged to Rozga. They knew what equipment was needed; they had it available and brought it to the job. The long and short of it is the job was completed successfully, on time, and under the quoted price. Just recently decided to get a battery-backup sump pump installed, and contacted Rozga Plumbing, our go-to guys. My spouse has contracted with them for many years, and is thoroughly confident with their work. They're very easy to schedule with and are willing to work with your schedule. Our technician today was Matt S. He called to let me know he was on his way, but may stop for lunch first as it was lunch time. I told him I had an appointment immediately following his job at our house, so he said it would be no problem to just get lunch after he completed our job. That was very helpful. I found him to be very accommodating, friendly, and very personable. He went right to work, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He also left his work area very neat. Overall, we are very pleased with the work that Rozga does and will continue to use them in the future.

Ray arrived earlier than promised, which was a good thing. He was friendly and efficient, found the problem and fixed it. It was difficult to reach the cleanout and we had to do some minor demolition of a finished wall, but he did it very neatly and explained why it was necessary. We were completely satisfied.

My fiance Andrew and I made the New Year's resolution to start turning our house into the dream home we always wanted. Of course this began with a call to Rozga's (which as I am told by my sister who flips houses does the best work). First, Shane W. was the technician sent to us to help with our plumbing problem. We were hearing an extremely loud knocking sound each time the water ran in our upstairs showers/sinks/esp. when using hot water. He figured out the problem and began starting out with the least expensive way to alleviate the noise. He even was able to show us a few replacement parts he would need to use so that my fiance could purchase them at the local hardware store and save us a few $$. I brought up that we had bought a brand new garbage disposal months ago, yet still we were unable to find someone to install it and he was able to do that and help solve the problem we were having with the tubes running to the dishwasher and the sprayer that needed to be replaced for the sink. He was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions, definitely accomplished more than I thought he would be able to get done, had a laid back attitude (which eased my nerves), and when explaining the bill discussed with us other routes we could go if the knocking noise persisted down the line. We will be asking for him in the future again if possible!!
The second problem was a heating issue. Both of the appointments were scheduled the same day and saved us a service fee which was cool! We have a tri-level house making it very hard to heat each level evenly. The technician Chris B. was very intelligent, professional, explained thoroughly to us reasons why certain heating problems were occuring. He is the only person that has ever looked at our furnace and even asked to see the manual! He was very patient with all of my questions and again showed us the best ways to get our humidifier going, tips on how to heat the house the best ways possible with a tricky tri-level home, he pointed out that the furnace is starving for air flow, and was able to give us some suggestions of what we have to work with in our style of home. Chris really knew his stuff and we are looking forward to getting the quotes on some possible work we will need to put into the ventilation system. 5 stars for both Chris B. and Shane W.-they gave us a positive experience with Rozga, and We hope they know how much we appreciated them doing the job and putting us at ease as first time home owners.

I was more than pleased with Rozga Plumbing from the inquiry phone call through the excellent service I received. Jeff was friendly and very professional. He diagnosed the problem with my disposal and gave me several options to cure it. He was not high pressure but very realistic in his suggestions. He answered all my questions and was very patient in responding to my concerns. He was very efficient in his work but I did not feel he was rushing through my job to get to another. Wouldn't you know we are home all week .Sunday comes along and what happens we have problems with our sewer. Called Rozga Plumging. Shane came to our home, and took care of the problem. He ran the snake through the sewer and instead of just putting it away when the water went down he ran it through the sewer again to make sure it was as clear as he could get it. He also suggested a camera visit. He explained what the camera would do and how it would help for the future. As far as We are concerned he did a great job, and went beyond his work requirements by explaining to us what might be happening. Thank you Shane.

Rozga provided drain cleaning service for a basement drain that was draining slow and backing up. Rozga solved the problem but, I feel the charges were excessive. I was charged over $150 in fees for equipment that I expect any professional plumber to have. I was also charged at least 1/2 for time spent doing paperwork plus the time it took to type out an invoice. Total cost over $600. I would not use them again.

We had the unfortunate incident with our sewer drain backing up into the house. Arnie the technician came and I told him the problem and he went right to work. He used two different tips on the snake and then sent a camera down to see what the problem was. We had roots growing into the pipe and a bunch of toilet paper stuck on the roots. He cleaned out the whole drain and made sure everything was flowing through the way it should. Arnie gave us a detailed report on what was all wrong and then the different stages of what things we can do to remedy the problem so it doesn't happen any more. And believe me, you Don't ever want this to happen. UGH. The recommendations that Arnie gave us were honest and fair. From telling us what should and shouldn't be put down our drains to removing the large evergreen tree out in the front yard and eventually replacing the pipe that runs from the house to the main lateral.
We have used Rozga a few times for some small jobs and we have always had a Great experience with them. I highly recommend them. They are straight shooters, honest and fair. And there prices are very reasonable.

Matt was Awesome! He tightened bolts around toilet, installed flushing flap, installed correct pipes for bathroom sink. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

The Rozga team saved me. The water line from our well to the house randomly started leaking, and I had a consistent flow of water entering the basement. The Rozga crew came out as soon as they could on a very, very cold February day and replaced the water line. They were even smart in rerouting the new line to avoid a concrete walkway, saving me money in having to replace that.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by Rozga. The plumber installed a toilet and pedestal sink with faucet in a very small powder room. He was very respectful of our home, using drop clothes to protect our wood floors and cleaning up completely after the work was complete. He checked in several times throughout the process to make sure the set-up was up to our expectations and ensured everything was working properly before leaving. Water heater replacement, clogged latteral line, new drain, faucet and shut off valves for the laundy tub and now to fix a toilet leak from a bad wax seal. They were on time, courteous, and fixed only what really needed to be / should be fixed instead of also trying to do extra work that was not really necessary. When the work couldn't be completed on the first day because of the city needing to shut the water off, they quickly made arrangements to return the following day and complete the project. Had Rozga replace an older forced air furnace with new high efficiency model - quick service, reasonable cost, great installation and service. Would use them again. Update 12/10/2018 - had my first annual free cleaning. Full inspection and cleaning completed - tech was courteous and professional and did a great job. Will be contacting Rozga to also replace AC unit this coming spring.

Since 2/2012, we've had Rozga install a power-vented hot water heater, a pressure assist toilet and just last Monday, a high-efficiency furnace. Jeff G. has always been prompt, courteous and professional. The techs that did each install were also very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. Chris S. and Nate R. spent hours installing our furnace to ensure that everything worked correctly. This being on an 85 degree day with high humidity! When Chris had problems connecting up to our new WiFi thermostat, Jeff came back and spent 2 hours troubleshooting and on the phone with Honeywell to get our thermostat connected. It turned out to be a network issue. I would highly recommend Rozga to anyone!

Arnold was amazing to work with! He arrived on time, and used shoe coverings the entire time he was in my home - this is much appreciated as we have a rabbit and are very cautious about dirt and germs on our floor. Arnold was able to quickly and accurately define the problem. He explained in a clear and unbiased way what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it. He left with our immediate issues solved and helped us discuss a long term plan for dealing with our ancient plumbing. All questions were answered in a friendly manner and never felt stupid to ask, even the basic things. We paid exactly what we expected to pay. You never hope to need a plumber, but I feel much better having found an excellent one in a non-emergent situation so I know exactly who to call down the road.

Ray has now helped me with two separate, unrelated plumbing issues. I don't know that much about plumbing, but Ray was very helpful in answering my questions, and his repairs are working as expected.

After purchasing my first home after a divorce, I've had several plumbing problems over the last three years. As a single woman it is a bit overwhelming to know who to call and trust. I was given the Rozga name and have used them three times now. Both Andy and Arnold were very kind to me, explaining problems, offering solutions, and reassuring me every step of the way. Installation of a replacement backup sump pump went very well. We use Rozga for just about everything now. It started when we had them connect us to City water and has gotten us through a few other situations.

Great experience with Rozga! Shut off valves broke in the basement which caused a major leak when the water was on. Rozga got me on the schedule for the next day. They helped me coordinate with the city of West Allis to turn the water off (required by the city). Eric was super friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the situation and got to work. Gave me an update about 20 mintues before finishing so I could call the city back to turn on the water and Eric could check for leaks. That could have been wasted time that I would have had to pay for if Eric hadn't been thinking ahead. And, Eric took 5 extra minutes to look at an outside facet leak while the city was turning the water back on. Outstanding work and customer service! I would definitely call Rozga again and hope that Eric will be a plumber with them for a long time.

Never resolved my issue. Never returned my request for a follow-up quote. I spent more than $700 on having them walk around my home smelling for sewer odor and they never found the problem. Their plumber seemed ultra confident in his abilities and used that as justification for the premium pricing. I originally scheduled an appointment to have my sewer drain inspected w/ camera but after everything was said and done I was looking at a $700+ bill because their plumber took it upon himself to try to help and troubleshoot my issue. After 3.5hours of not finding the root issue I had to ask him to stop. They hit me with the bill anyway and said that their technical knowledge and experience is what makes the cost worth it. I guess the joke is on me because they never actually solved my issue.

Oh, and if anyone from Rozga is reading this you can let Arnie know that I ended up finding the issue myself. It was an improperly installed sewer stack roof flashing/boot(See attached pictures). He probably wouldn't have ended up on the roof anyway. The roofer(probably) had crimped/folded the rubber flashing back onto the inside of the PVC stack which was causing the exhausting sewer gasses to be forced back into the house. I ended up cutting off and replacing the flashing myself for the cost of $12 for parts at the hardware store. Now I am not saying that Rozga has x-ray vision but someone who specializes in plumbing and sewers should have recommended that the vent stack be at least inspected. They did none of that. And left me with a bill that would take most folks days if not weeks to earn for their time. Which is worth about zilch if they don't actually solve the problem.

Rozga is our go-to plumber. We've used them in the past for water heater replacement, utility sinks, and even new toilets. Today's job was a repair on an old galvanized water pipe that had corroded.

The technician was scheduled from 3-5pm. They called us to tell us they could come early if we were available. Matt came at 2:15pm. He worked on our pipes for 2 hours. He explained everything and gave us tips on how to minimize the risk in the future. He also suggested some future repairs depending on how long we are staying in our home. Our technician was Matt R. and he was excellent. He was punctual and called before arrival. He found the problem quickly, and was very knowledgeable and skilled. Cory was prompt and well organized. The first thing he did was put down tarps to keep the path to and from the door clean. He did a new water line install and worked about 6 hours on it (big job). He worked well with another HVAC contractor in the same area of the basement and changed his water line route so that the other contractor could get his equipment in. All of his soldering was done over a tarp and everything was cleaned up at the end of the job. He called the inspector and was present during the inspection to explain everything that was done. A great job!

Arnold came to fix a leaky faucet in my condo that turned out to be a bigger problem than I first thought. He suggested repairs in a way that I would understand and completed them very quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Rozga Plumbing. As a matter of fact Arnold will be back out in a few days to replace a dated water heater.

I requested service, based on the good reviews. I was not happy with the service I received. The tech Jason told me I needed to replace the house trap in order to clear the sewer line. It was roughly a 6k job. I did receive a quote as requested. The charge was pretty steep and by the time I returned the same day, my basement was backed up with sewage. I called the next day and was told the only thing I could do was to replace the house trap. They would not come back out. TWO DAYS LATER....another plumber was able to clear the whole sewer line to the street, past the house trap, with no problem. I feel taken advantage of. The cost to replace the house trap was extremely high according to my new plumber, by nearly double. I would not recommend this company.

Our old house has been nothing but problem after problem since we bought it last year, but Rozga has been there to help with every plumbing project. They are professional and have an answer to all my questions, no matter how small or large. Their pricing is fair for the peace of mind. They are also very communicative-- the first few places that scoped our pipes didn't offer any photos or videos, but Arnold at Rozga walked me through video and even drew up helpful diagrams.

Matt came and fixed our upstairs toilet that was leaking at the bottom. He called and asked to come early, which worked out just fine. He ended up fixing multiple leak issues with the toilet (bolts, floor ring, feeder line) despite it being a nearly brand new Kohler unit. I've only had the house about 9 months so I suspect it was installed poorly. He was relatively quick and very clean. He also asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at and I asked about a food disposal installation for our kitchen and he was honest about the amount of work it would take to do it. He also glanced at my furnace and water heater in the basement just out of courtesy. Matt really knows what he's doing and is super professional. Only downside to Rozga is that they are noticeably pricey compared to many other local options. I think with them, you get what you pay for, however, and they are awesome at what they do. A lot of the cheaper options are a real crapshoot depending on which technician you get on any given day.

Jason came over to fix a leak to my utility sink and did a great job. He was extremely helpful explaining what he was doing and offered great suggestions.

The day on which I was expecting out-of-town house guests was the day Shane became my Super-Hero! I called Rozga mid-morning, when my bathroom sink backed up! Shane arrived at 2:30, and promptly resolved that problem - and a few other problems as well. Shane saved the day!

First off let me say I was quite a wreck and stressed about my situation before they came out - which they handled very well. I was nervous about everything and wanted as little mess/disruption as possible. I had Rozga out prior to having some cosmetic work done on my bathroom. I was able to get an appointment the next day without any issue and they were there within the time frame I was given. Once they were at my house Jason and Eric listened to my concerns, worked around the requests that I had, and performed the work in a professional manner.They kept the work area clean and tidy during the entire process. I have a lighter color of carpeting and always worry about contractors messing it up - they wore booties to cover their shoes and made sure to have all the removed items contained prior to leaving the bathroom as to not get any mess on my carpeting. Before leaving they made sure to explain what they had done, show me how to properly use and access the items they installed, and answered additional questions. They also were very patient with me and that was much appreciated due to me being overly worried about everything in this process. Rozga installed a new hot water heater today. Scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and Shane arrived right on time. I also had Shane install a new kitchen faucet, and look at a minor leak on a toilet and a leak on a bathroom faucet. Toilet leak was an easy fix, and removing the Kohler valve cartridge proved easy (and they can be a bear I've experienced and heard). New kitchen faucet looks great. All that work in about 3.5 hours including clean up. And leaving a workplace clean is very important for me and my wife. Last thing we want is to come home after a contractor has been working and finding we have to clean up after them. These guys were great. We would use them again without hesitating.

Matt K once again did a great job for us. He fixed our clogged bathtub, not by rotor rooting it out, but by actually fixing the pipe issue that has been causing us clogging issues for years. I have only one slight negative: After spending nearly $700 on the service call, I did not appreciate receiving the followup video and having to pay postage due. I'm sure that was an atypical oversight on Rozga's part, but it is just one of those little details that can spoil an otherwise very positive experience. Our situation will likely entail annual maintenance, and I am quite certain that we will use Rozga again in the future.

Ray N was very professional and did a great job. Rozga plumbing is on our list for all our plumbing needs.

I needed the valves under my kitchen sink re-plumbed because the previous people who remodeled the kitchen had the sink so tightly on top of the values that they could not be turned. Arnie at Rozga re-plumbed the valves and made the operational. He returned the next morning just to ensure that there were no leaks as we had to wait 6 - 8 hours to turn the water back on. The pipe glue needed time to cure. He also repaired the sink faucet so that it now rotates without having to use 2 hands to push it side to side. He was very efficient and did excellent work. I am very happy. I don't know if they are more expensive as it is almost impossible to compare, but the work was absolutely done well and he did not waste any time. I will call them again if i need additional plumbing work.

Wonderful company to work with. Woke up on a Friday morning to discover a shutoff valve was leaking in my basement. Called and Rozga was able to schedule for someone to come out the same day. Shane was very friendly and professional, he called prior to his arrival to give us enough time to get home from work prior to his arrival. 1st time using this plumbing service and it was a great Experience. Plumber was timely, professional, thorough in review of problem and explaining what and why replacement was necessary for a corroded washer faucet and leaking bathroom sink. Plummer efficiently repaired the problems. He also was careful not to damage anything in my home and wore shoe guards and maintained a clean work environment. Everything worked well once repaired and was given maintenance and other preventative recommendations at completion of visit.

I contacted Rozga plumbing after our lone toilet clogged and started backing up into the shower out of nowhere. We had water draining into the basement and it was a big mess. Not pretty at all. Rozga was able to send Ray out that afternoon thankfully. He arrived before the appointment after confirming it was okay to do so, which we were even happier about. Ray worked diligently to snake our drains and clear out an incredibly difficult clog, and was very thorough to make sure the clog was 100% clear and no leaks were present. He was very professional and made sure everything was cleaned up properly. He also helped give us some info on future plumbing needs to replace our old cast iron drains (which we were looking to replace in the near future,) and was so helpful and professional through the entire visit. From start to finish everything moved fast and efficiently. I had rozga run a gas line from my house to my detached garage. They sent out Jason and Steve, both were very professional and explained to me what they were doing and why the chose that way to do so. I would not hesitate to have Rozga out again and I'm sure I will.

Arnold was responsive and thorough in his problem solving that involved old HVAC and new HVAC. A previous contractor didn't install a unit up to code or safe standards and Rozga remedied several issues.

Back in the fall of '13 we were in the market for a solution to a water issue in our basement that was not taken care of by previous owners. We had a few people come out, but then we asked Bill Rozga to come out based on a recommendation. Beyond being a great guy, he blew us away with his knowledge of our issue and a solution that not only took care of the problem but did not break the bank. It was quite the project, lots of guys involved in putting our larger sump pump crock in and two pumps. Everyone in his crew were extremely courteous to myself and my family and were willing to let me help out where I could. To this day (nearly 4 years later) everything has performed as Bill said it would. Thanks again to Bill and everyone else who helped out.

Shane & Matt arrived on time and performed all of the contacted services. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They left the premises cleaner then when they arrived. This is the fourth time Rozga has provided service to us and it will certainly not be the last.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience using Rozga Plumbing. The plumber installed the toilet crooked so I asked that it be put on straight. He argued with me for a while insisting it wouldn't affect the functionality, and when I finally got him to agree to fix it, he wanted to charge me for the time. I had to leave for work before he was done fixing it, and when I came home, I found the toilet was STILL not on straight. Super unprofessional. Should have been done right the first time. Or the second time. Was never fixed properly. Super disappointed to have spent over $1,500 with them for sub par work. And worst of all, not taking responsibility for sloppy work.

Prompt, knowledgeable. Work completed as promised within reasonable turnaround. Plumbers were exemplary and did well to explain work performed.

Decided against offered financing. The reviews of the financing provider were horrible online. There was a cash discount offered.

Arnie was here today - 9-21-17 - and resolved a very challenging and concerning matter of excessive water hammer noises from 2 toilets. After assessing the situation, he developed a 3-pronged approach to solve the problem, none of which could be guaranteed to be effective. The first step on the list solved the problem! He helped with other matters as well, and was simply excellent in all aspects of performing his job as a professional. We are completed satisfied and look forward to a future relationship with Rozga.

Chris was here today for our semi-annual furnace/AC cleaning and maintenance. Once again, the service was outstanding, quite professional, efficient and thorough. We will use Rozga for our ongoing and future needs, and certainly hope to use Chris for all of our needs.

my elderly tankless hot water system died. Servicing and replacing are not commonly done in MKE. Google suggested Rozga, I telephoned, Shane was at my home within a few hours. We agreed that replacing the part would require hours of work. I asked for a new tankless system. They delivered and installed it perfectly. I was merely without hot water for 12 hours. The problem was my fault for not maintaining the old one.. I know what to do now. Rozga and Shane are outstanding,.

I just used Rozga Plumbing. My kitchen sink was not draining properly. Every single part of my interactions with Rozga was excellent. Exceeding expectations. Dana was so responsive with setting up a time for a person to come out. She was very understanding when I asked her to work around my work schedule. She told me the rates up front. Ray was the person assigned to my job. Right before Ray came I was texted a picture of him. That is so nice to know who is coming. Ray was very kind. He made sure to keep a clean work area. He protected my wood floors. He work diligently to solve the problems. I felt very comfortable to have him in my home. Even when the job was more difficult than expected he kept his calm and kept his language clean. Very respectful of my home! Overall, I will be keeping Rozga at the top of my list to suggest to friends and if I have another problem.

Called Rozga after our sump pump finally gave out following the intense storms over the weekend. Rozga was able to send someone out the next day, and gave us a 2 hour window when to expect him. The plumber (Arnold) arrived on time and gave a courtesy call to let me know when he was on his way. He worked quickly to install a new sump and battery backup system. He was responsive to our questions and even took some time to help explain some potential problem areas and things we could do to mitigate problems.
Overall, we were very pleased with the services and would have no problem calling or recommending Rozga for any new plumbing work in the future.

Fast efficient, the plumber helped me with a stubborn shower cartridrige. He was in and out and very respectful.

7/23/15 We had multiple experiences with Rozga. First we had another plumber come in and attempt to install a new KWC faucet. That resulted in a damaged faucet that KWC was nice enough to replace. Matt S came in and was professional, courteous and excellent! Did a great job!!

Yesterday we had to call again because our water pressure on our well tank was low. Matt S was on vacation and we had another person, Jason, come by. Jason was prompt, professional and ran a few tests. Jason thought it was a hole in the pipe going down to the well pump. He helped arrange a quick service from another excellent vendor, Ken Sweeney Wells. And Jason was right on the mark! When they pulled the pump from the well, there it was, a hole in the pipe! WOW!

We now have a new well pump (see my review on Sweeny) and our pressure is back like never before!!!

I love my maintenance package with Rozga! Made an appointment to have my furnace checked, the guys arrived on time and while one worked on the furnace the other checked all of my air ducts and vents, adjusting them for maximum efficiency. Also suggested a few things I could do to even out the temperature throughout my condo. Very professional!

There plumbing department may be good but their septic department leaves a lot to be desired. They did the alleged inspections on my septic system and well. They said both were up to code and good. They stated that the well had low pressure but never checked why or resolved the issue. I had to spend 6,000 dollars to fix the faulty well that they said was “good”. Now they tell me the septic system is bad and has to be replaced for 30,000 dollars. Now this is the same septic that they said was “good” and up to code. So I tried to get the estimate to repair this and it’s funny how Steve from the septic and sewer department won’t give me the estimate to repair it or even return my phone calls so I guess when you screw up this and a Veterans life and put them in financial ruin it’s a good practice to separate yourself and your company and pretend it never happened? Meanwhile the veteran that fought for their freedom is completely destroyed by their lack of responsibility and professionalism. These are the people that push veterans over the edge into the eternal darkness that’s so hard for them to climb out. Great job, Rozga!!!

Jeff B. presented himself in a very professional and friendly manner when he entered my home. Jeff then asked me about my plumbing concern. I informed him that my home is 84 years old and that I had been experiencing low water pressure in the upstairs shower for quite some time. Jeff then assessed all areas where water flows in my home as well as the pipe system and that I would need to update the bathroom at some point because the pipes would eventually need to be replaced. I observed Jeff critically thinking about how to best access the pipes that were located within the walls and in need of some tender loving care. Jeff started from the smaller areas of concern and was successful with finding and correcting the concerns that were contributing to my low water pressure. Jeff was able to address my low water pressure concern without opening one wall.From start to finish of the plumbing job, Jeff was kind, knowledgable, straight forward about options, well verse in his craft as a plumber and he educated me about the galvanized pipes that are currently in my home. There is NO doubt in my mind that I will tell friends and family about the Awesome service that I received from Jeff B. I also received a military discount toward the price of the services. Jeff and I read through the bill of sale and I agreed with his assessment of services rendered. I have dealt with numerous services providers as the owner of this home and Jeff B. is at the top of the list due to his dedication with ensuring that I was a satisfied customer!

Quite literally the best plumbing experience we’ve had. Received a call within minutes and installation was setup for the following day to replace a sump pump in a new construction home and add a battery backup and auxiliary pump. Scheduling was easy, Shane called when he was leaving and arrived on time. The work was performed accurately and professionally. Shane replaced the drum trap for the tub, which was in a very awkward spot, behind the bar refrigerator. He had to climb through some cabinets to get back there. Well done!!

Just an outstanding job. They finished up a tough job that another plumbing company could not. Andy the tech exceeded our expectations and pulled out a bucket of roots after the other company worked on the job for 3 hours but left with the job incomplete and the line still holding water. I was having trouble with hot water pressure in my bathtub. I called and got an appointment within 2 days which was faster than I expected. Shane was my plumber and was here on time, very informative, explained the problem, and fixed it fast. He was here maybe 30 minutes and I have hot water like a normal tub should have! Shane came in and replaced the two water shutoff valves (one snapped off) below my bathroom sink. He was on time, efficient, used good replacement parts, and done in a 1/2 hour. Price rate quotes were comparable to the competition. Very satisfied and will use again if I need too.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I moved into a duplex in Tosa that needed a ton of work. After having someone come out for what I only thought would be a quote, he was working all day! New pipes, fixing leaky faucets, and new water heaters installed in two days. Everything works great now!

Very professional to deal with. Could have been more communicative with us regarding the work that was being done. Another crew had to come back to finish the job and if we had not asked them to take a look inside at some pipes that should have been taken out, they would have been left unfinished. This was a lack of communication between crews. Overall, they seem to have done an excellent job on what was a large project.

He was late.

The hourly clock went from when he pulled up, till my card was swiped, even though he didn't start immediately, he didn't even get out for a bit. I was also charged the hourly rate for asking about bids for new work (where I come from, discussion of new work and bids is NOT charged, WTH!), and charged the time to writeup the bill, which took like 10 minutes ! I was charged a trip charge, an outrageously high hourly rate, AND an extra charge for the sewer auger thing, which is equipment essential for a drain clearing call, it really shouldn't have been extra.

The work was good, but not fast. 2.5 hours to clear ONE drain, that's really long!. $541! Ridiculously expensive!

I'm a first time customer and was pleased with the service that I received from plumber Dan B. He was here 3 hours after I made the call to Rozga. We had an issue with a 40 year old shower valve/diverter and if the problem part was not available, the entire unit would need replacing This meant knocking a large access opening in the drywall adding to the repair cost. Dan took photos of the unit, submitted them to the shop, a part was located and delivered to our house while Dan was disassembling the unit. The total time to complete the repair was 1.5 hours. If i need plumbing service in the future, I'll definitely use Rozga.

Rozga is always prompt, communicative and provides great service. I have gotten to know Chris B as he visits for our annual fall and Spring tune ups and he is great. I like knowing we are getting a great deal to proactively be checking our AC and Heat so they don't fail when we need them the most!

Rozga did a great job evaluating the condition of the lateral of the house I was interested in buying. Andy, the tech, was courteous enough to call to inform me that he would be a little late due to traffic. Andy successfully accomplished the job and was able to answer questions.

Don't fall for the glowing reviews. I believe they are either fake or paid reviews. I paid $69 trip charge and got a terrible plumbing experience. If I could I would not give any star in the review.

After reading their reviews, I called them to fix my water heater. Once in a while my water heater wouldn't heat the water. I got the next day appointment which was great, and the guy showed up an hour early which was good too.

The guy without even inspecting the water heater started preaching me why I should replace the water heater (price tag $1200-1500). When I asked what about finding the issue and fixing the problem. So without inspection he said it would cost $500-$700 to replace upper and lower heating elements and thermostats. When I told him, I need to think about it and ask my better half because the quote is too high he said so you don't wear pants in your house? Excuse me, it's my money and I need to make sure I spend it wisely. It's none of your business who wear pants in the house. He was such an unprofessional with attitude.

Thought I would share my experience in a hope to help others make a wise decision.

After not hearing back from the office after the completed work, I wanted to share our experience, they visited twice and found another problem, the second time out on the sump pump - from two weeks prior. First it was the battery then two weeks later the sump pump back-up plus a damaged fuse. When the lady of the house asked some questions regarding why the previous tech could not find the issue, the tech did not address her questions directly and instead directed the conversation back to me, and that was very disrespectful to ignore the Mrs. in the situation since she had the questions. The work was completed but the on site courtesy/respect was lacking to the lady of the house.

Ray N came out to fix our plumbing issue and was in and out in just a couple of hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to find a solution very quickly. I highly recommend Rozga and if you get Ray, you’ll have a good experience for your plumbing woes. Thanks Rozga!

I was told by the plumber that came from my home warrenty company that he could not get to the valve in my shower to repair the leaky valve. I would have to have someone come and break through the wall and replace the whole faucet and new pipes. I've used Rozga to replace nearly all of the plumbing in my house (1930 galvanized pipes). Every rep I've had in my house has been direct and honest about the work needing done and addressing any concerns over had.

They've come across some issues with my plumbing and couldn't resolve the same day but we're out later the same week to finish the job.

I had a very nice young man named Ray. He arrived within the appointment window and was done in an hour. Answered all questions and concerns that I had.

I have been a customer of Rozga for at least 7 years and have had them replace our water heater and furnace and do a number of other things. I continue to call Rozga because they are quick, often coming out the same day I contact them. Their office staff and field staff are all very courteous and conscientious, answering all of my questions and making sure I am well-informed. They always treat my house like it is their own. They may not be the cheapest option but with a skilled trade you often get what you pay for and I think they offer great value.

I will continue to contact Rozga for all of my plumbing and heating needs.

Contacted on Sunday. Called me Monday morning. By 8:30am I had an appointment that worked for me. All rates and charges explained clearly. Day of appointment: My plumber Eric called me to let me know he was a few minutes away. I explained the issue. He found the problems. Told me what parts and repairs were necessary and why we were having issues. Tested and retested. Explained all charges. Job took about 30 minutes. I called Rozga plumbing for a clogged bathroom sink drain. Jason W and Andrew S arrived at the start of the given time slot, calling before they arrived to make sure I was home. They were able to quickly identify the problem and discussed the options to fix the problem and were also honest regarding items that didn’t need repair. After completing the job they throughly tested the sink to make sure there were no leaks or other problems, and wiped down the area they worked around after. I was then presented with an easy to understand itemized bill that made me 100% comfortable in knowing I got exactly what I paid for. We have used Rozga Plumbing several times over the past couple of years and will continue doing so. Their specialists are terrific in the work that they do as well as in the work ethic they are driven by. We were fortunate to have Arnold (Arnie) Stricker doing a variety of jobs for us the last two times we needed service. Arnie epitomizes the heads-down, get-er-done attitude that Rozga Plumbing in general seems to promote. We needed a gas line extended and several regulators attached as we were getting a new gas stove. Rozga coordinated with the Gas Company and they and Arnie arrived at the same time and did their jobs in coordination. It was great not having to be my own contractor and coordinate efforts of two companies ... Rozga handled it for me, and Arnie did the job! Rozga's number is now part of the contacts in my phone ... I'll call them if I need plumbing help of any kind! By the way, we also get an annual furnace and A/C preventative maintenance visit from Rozga, too. They also do great work for us.

This company came into our home, replacing both our furnace and air conditioning unit. They were so polite, considerate, quiet and tried to make the least amount of noise possible!! They were fast, accurate and cleaned up after themselves — overall they did such a wonderful job from start to finish!! Had a bad float switch on a sump pump that who knows how old it was. After staying awake all night to keep pump running (without burning up) and water out of our basement I called Rozga and received a call back first thing in the morning. I was quoted a 1-3 arrival time but the tech, Matt K called a bit after 12pm and was to our house before 1pm. He assessed the current pump, explained what he was going to do to fix, and went to work installing the new pump I already had on site. He was honest and didn't try to up sell additional services. Matt and Rozga made a frustrating situation better in no time for a reasonable price.

Shane and Dan were great! They fixed three problems (new water heater, toilet leak, utility sink clog) in around 2 hours. They were very respectful and made sure to answer all the questions I had. Shane made sure that I was satisfied with everything before he left. I will definitely call Rozga for all of my future plumbing needs. I highly recommend them!

On the coldest night of 2022 on the eve of Christmas weekend, my sump pump discharge line froze, and in the morning Angie returned my call amid literally dozens of others and cheerfully booked an appointment two days out for Monday (since I had the means to keep up with it in the meantime). Monday morning she called back to confirm that I still needed the appointment, gave me the name of the plumber who'd be doing the work and and confirmed the appointment time. Two hours before the appointment, Eric called to say he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could start early. 30 minutes later, he arrived, and by the time the middle of the window he was supposed to arrive in rolled around, Eric was done and I have a new discharge pipe that water drains out of completely for the entire length it's outside the house and suggestions from him for things to follow up with to ensure that this never happens again, even if it DOES get to -15°F again. Both employees were helpful, friendly and above all quick and competent.

Arnold (Arnie) and his trainee Ray came to our house for some serious problems with our sewer lines running underneath two different houses on our property.

They were on time both days they were here...in fact they were a couple of minutes early! Arnold and Ray were both extremely courteous and professional at all times. You could tell that Arnold really knew what he was doing. We saw that Arnold was sharing his extensive knowledge with Ray...he was doing an excellent job as a teacher.

They used state of the art equipment and cameras to diagnose and attack our major sewer problems. They removed a huge huge HUGE amount of baby wipes that a careless tenant had put down the toilet. They also discovered a 10 foot long broken off section of a previous plumber's roto rooter line, and were able to remove it from our sewer line.

Our sewer lines were so bad that they were no longer functional, and sewage was coming up through the floor drain. Arnold and Ray worked relentlessly until the job was done. It was a very complicated job, and they handled it like the PROS that they are!!!

I would definitely hire them again, and I highly recommend the services of Arnold and Ray. A+ job. Rozga Pluming is the way to go!

Andy came to our home to clear a sewer clog. He was great at communicating the issue, and had an excellent piece of equipment that cleared an entire bucket full of roots from the house to the street. I won't hesitate to do business with Rozga again and highly recommend them.

I recently was informed by my municipality that I would be getting a new water meter. My home was built in the 1930s and I figured I had better have a water valve safety check and replacement of the main water shut off before the water meter was installed. I called Rozga and they scheduled me within 2 days. Arnold called me to inform me of the scheduled time. He showed up on time, he contacted the DPW to turn off my water main and gave me the options as to how to replace the valve. I was able to understand what was needed and the choice of how to fix it was mine. Andrew got straight to work, was professional, and he did a wonderful job of the mess that was my water main pipes. This is the second time I've had Rozga Plumbing out for service at my 100+ year old home. They always work with urgency, their technicians they send out are always polite and professional, they clean up after themselves and work to get the job done right in a timely manner. We had a leak in our ceiling under our bathtub, so I called the after hours number for assistance. Arnold was very responsive and assessed our situation over the phone. He reviewed the cost of coming out on the weekend and made sure that I understood what the charges would be, which was helpful in making the decision to have him come assess the problem. He was able to repair the issue temporarily (and quickly) and then we set up an appointment for the week to have the permanent fix made.

Shane was the plumber who fixed the leak permanently, and then he noticed another issue with a pipe that was very corroded. We are thankful he found it because if it would have burst, it would have caused a TON of water damage. With fixing the additional issue, Shane managed to avoid cutting out ornate and original molding in our living room, which will save us a bunch of money when we have the drywall patched back up.

We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and efficiency of both plumbers that helped us with our issue. We will definitely use Rozga again if we have any plumbing issues.

I was so impressed with Rozga Plumbing. From start to finish, everyone was professional, prompt, communicated clearly and provided excellent customer service. The service provided by Arnie at Rozga Plumbing was top notch. We had a leaky main valve and were looking to have it replaced.

We just purchased a home and needed to have the ducts cleaned as we suffer from allergies. We had Rozga Plumbing & Heating come out to do a complete duct cleaning. Austin and Jake came out and did a great job. We were shown before and after pictures and all we can say is WOW! what a difference!

Lost hot water and they were at my house ready to go in under two hours. Jason was straightforward and honest, diagnosed the issue as a blocked/defective valve/pipe rather a failed heater, and would be happy to fix just that; however, that the water heater was 18 y/o they could not predict with confidence how much longer it might last. The option was mine if I would rather replace the whole unit, which I felt the was the best smart take. Jason was reasonable, flexible, and did not pressure me into a decision I didn't think was best. Very pleased with the process from start to finish, and found their service excellent and a great value.

Needed new kitchen faucet installed as the old one had lost its spray feature and the water pressure had declined to almost nothing. I also wanted the old shut offs replaced (suspecting they had failed and were blocking the water pressure) with new 1/4 turn valves.

Ray confirmed my suspicions and installed the shut offs and faucet quickly, professionally and cleanly. I was impressed with Ray and would recommend Rozga for anyone's plumbing needs.

My experience with Rozga plumbing went well. The workman was very through and left the kitchen and basement very clean. It took ~2.5 hours to install a cold water line for a refrigerator ice-maker, new traps on the kitchen sink and a hot water line & air gap for a new dishwasher hook up. Before he left Matt explained where the shut offs for the new water lines were.

After having a drain company snake our sewer line twice with short-lived results, we had Rozga come out at a neighbor's recommendation. Arnie was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He used a camera to accurately diagnose the issues and let me watch the film and explained everything while answering all my questions patiently. It was a long repair and he wore full PPE the entire time which I appreciated. He was clean and careful in my home. Would definitely recommend.

My cast iron drain pipe failed and sent water down the wall from our second story to our first. Arnie was outstanding at diagnosing the issue and presenting options for moving forward. We had the whole drain pipe replaced and the work was done promptly and I'm pretty sure the work area was cleaner after Arnie was there than it was before. We had a clogged bathroom sink for several weeks, trying to unclog it ourselves before calling in the professionals. Arnold Stricker from Rozga came, and was able to come earlier in the day than expected, which was nice. The drain was clogged--really clogged. It was a hard job and took a long time. The 90 degree heat made it harder, I think, as our 100+ year old house doesn't have air conditioning. He worked hard and got it fixed for us. He also did a couple of other minor things. We are always happy with the results we get when Rozga Plumbing does the work.

We have been customers of Rozga for over 30 years and have Always been satisfied. Today, on the coldest day of winter, with temperatures in the -20s our furnace was acting odd. A call in the morning resulted in Jeff coming to our home and fixing the problem before noon. So appreciative of the service and value and the knowledge and courtesy of Jeff. The service provided by every single team member of the Rozga team was professional and the quality excellent. We were in a very tough situation with a sewer back up issue in our basement and they responded quickly with support through a touch situation. The excavation of a 46' long 12' deep trench is a lot of dirt and the clean up was good. I recently moved into a house that had a weirdly oriented toilet that partially blocked the bathroom doorway. I called Rozga to reorient it. The work was completed quickly the same day and at a fair price. They also fixed some additional issues with the toilet from previous DIY projects. If I have any other plumbing needs, I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

Called at noon with an emergency plumbing situation and had a plumber here by 2:30 pm. There wasn't an extra emergency charge for coming the same day as other companies told me they would charge when I called around. Our plumber, Matt R, was very knowledgeable. He did great work and we were very pleased. We will definitely be using Rozga for our future plumbing needs!

I contacted Rozga via their website email on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to get a call from a tech within 30 minutes. He listened while explained my situation, was able to answer my questions & also understood that I was interested in getting service on Monday. He actually spoke with his boss to make sure that was possible and indeed it was. Rozga followed through with a call at 7am on Monday morning and had a tech to my door by noon.

I was impressed by the COVID-19 precautions- mask, gloves, goggles; all of which I appreciated.

The tech Arnie's attention to detail was much appreciated. He was concerned about making sure there were enough tarps to cover my very light colored carpeting, he guided the other tech removing the water heater so he did not clip the corners/walls in any way, he set up his work station on plastic and cardboard so there was no seepage of water onto my carpet. He conducted himself in a very professional manner, answered all my questions thoroughly and never stopped working. It was a 4 hour job and I appreciated his continuous attention to the job at hand. He was focused & corrected some shortcuts taken by the previous non-Rozga plumber. When finished, he walked me through what he did. He cleaned up the area where he was working and asked me if it was acceptable. Seriously? What a gem! Can't say enough about the service received from everyone I interacted with at Rozga but especially the tech Arnie that made the service call. Thank you Rozga!

Other plumbers said we'd have to wait 2 weeks. Rozgas arrived in 2 days to fix a blockage. Ray was professional, quick, and detailed about what was going on and why and how the situation can be addressed. Highly recommend!

We have been slowly remodeling our home over the past 4 years. Just getting into the dreaded kitchen remodel and needed an expert to take a look at existing drains and old plumbing to recommend what we should upgrade/change while the walls were open. I've dealt with a lot of tradesmen and none have been as professional, clean, and thorough as Matt K. and Rozga Plumbing. Matt K. took the time to give me options based on future home remodeling plans and didn't try to sell me on more than what I needed at this time. He even gave me ideas for future upgrades when the time comes. You can tell he takes great pride in his work - and even cleaned up so well that I didn't have to clean again after he left. In our basement he had to get the new pipes around a few obstructions and I never thought plumbing pipes could look so beautifully laid out! I am fine paying the money for such quality work. Will definitely use Rozga again and ask for Matt K. if I can!

Called Rozga in the morning, next day Matt was here promptly at 8:30 as scheduled. Replaced my water heater and took the old one away. Left the area as clean as he found it (nice!). Also fixed my error when I previously installed a hose cutoff valve backwards. Rozga did the plumbing on our master bath too (years ago) when another plumber was talking about tearing out the first floor ceiling to get at the drain pipes. That is why I called them again, and will continue to do so in the future.

We bought a new-to-us house that needed a lot of plumbing work over the last year. We have used Rozga three times and have been very happy with the work. The technicians are extremely courteous and helpful. Shane answered all of my questions and completed his work quickly and efficiently. We got a problem with our under sink plumping a while ago. It would not drain. So we called Rozga up. It was the first time. I don't remember the name of the plumber but he's very nice. And he came and pointed out the problem. It was not a clog but old metal pipeline that's full of rock solid grease. He suggested a new pvc pipes. So he have to come another day. It's takes about 4 hours to replace the pipes and everything is neatly done and clean. But the problem is the billing. For both days, he took about 10 or so minutes writing up the bill. And we got two separate bills for two separate days. No biggie, that's fine. But all in total for diagnosis, drain cleaning, and changing of the pipes was around $1100. We were surprised but we are desperate. I don't even know why they charge for drain cleaning when they just do the diagnostic. I never call a plumber before so I don't know what cost to expect from this. So we just went with it. But based on the comments, it seems like I'm not the only one. The slow billing write ups, and the very expensive repairs. I guess they think they could get away with it since most of the customers are desperate. I hope they improve because the plumber really did a great job. And I felt like the overcharging is systematic in this company. You will definitely get a good service but beware of the costly bill after.

I have used Rozga Plumbing twice in the past year. One was an immediate need when my hot water heater failed and they were able to accommodate me immediately. While it was an emergency, and they knew it, the price was the best I could get based on other plumbers I talked to. They were on time, professional, and very easy to work with.

They also pointed out some other issues I needed fixed before theh become an emergency. I didnt get to it until this spring during the beginning of COVID. Even before the CDC, OSHA, etc came out with standards, they were already following the protocols. They will practice good social distancing, wear a mask, and do anything to make you feel comfortavle.

Couldn't be happier. Between the time I made the appointment for a furnace tune up and the actual appointment my furnace started having intermittent issues. Chris B. came and properly diagnosed the problem that another company missed. Guess that's the difference between a parts swapper and a technician. His knowledge fixed the problem and saved me money. He also spotted a faulty install on the exhaust drain that was letting small amounts of CO2 into the basement and fixed that for me. Thanks again Rozga, I wont hesitate to call for future HVAC and plumbing needs.

Rozga has helped us with various projects large and small. We have been more then happy with the work Arnie has done from installing a new water heater, all the way to plumbing a new bathroom in our basement. Recently he installed a water filtration system. This is co-vid time, so things are different. Appointment was postponed a day; that,s understandable. Andy did excellent work that took him about 6 hours. Besides having to pull a toilet out to fix a leak at the floor, he installed two new faucets (kitchen sink, hall bathroom), repaired two water shutoff valves, and then installed 4 more. He was always pleasant, doing good work, even though he was bent into a pretzel trying to fit into tight places. Andy always wore his mask and didn't take it off inside the house. The family maintained social distancing by spending the day outside and donned masks when going inside. Things like that are important to us because a family member works in a large hospital. Since everything is still working, and no one is sick, kudos to Andy and Rozga Plumbing. Thanks Guys!

Sam G. saved the day and rescued us in a big way! I called Rozga in a panic when my mom had flooding in her basement. All of Rozgas drivers were already out for the day, when Sam G. offered to visit her home immediately. He was able to quickly isolate the problem and stop the water from coming in. My mother called me overwhelmed with the kindness, care and expertise that Sam G. offered her on that day. I was also impressed with Sam G's follow-up and communication with me as well. Saturday, 5/30/15- bone head move of the day- tried to replace my kitchen faucet without turning off the MAIN water valve, DAMN!!! Talked to Bryan from Rozga Plumbing, he arrived a little over an hour later and replaced c pvc line, hooked up the new faucet and was on his way. Our entire experience (having two furnaces installed in our home/duplex) was excellent, from estimate through clean-up (not through payment, however, for that is always painful!).

Ben, who gave us the estimate, was thorough and explained in detail what would be included in the project. He also suggested an inclusion that will lead to a savings in a future installation. The technicians were punctual, competent, and courteous, doing the work with minimal interruption in our home or in our tenants' home.

If the opportunity or need arises in the future, we will more than likely be working with them again.

I was nervous to have to hire a professional because any last minute, unexpected expense is hard for us. After trying our own ideas in order to unclog our utility sink I knew I was going to have to bite the bullet. I performed a Google search for plumbers in my area and Rozga Plumbing & Heating Corporation was the first on the list and the reviews were amazing. With a job like this you always worry about companies that do unprofessional, poor quality and inexperienced work so that's another reason why I was nervous to call anyone. I called Rozga as soon as they opened and the man I spoke to was extremely polite and professional! He scheduled me an appointment for that same day which, I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised about. I was told that I would get a call from the technician when he was on the way and was even told during that phone call the name of my technician, Dan B. And at exactly the time window I was given I got that call. For the service I was requesting (a clogged utility sink in our basement) I was quoted by the hour. My technician came right on time, came in and listened as I explained what we had already tried. I was hoping that would save a little time because I was nervous that, if it took too long, the cost could add up. That's just my own personal problem though. The technician knew exactly what to do and got right to work and it took even less than an hour! Who knew he wasn't just there to rack up the dollar amount?! I had read many reviews where that had happened to people working with other companies. I had not read that about Rozga and that was probably just me projecting. After the work was done, our technician showed me the receipt and explained the work and the cost and even had written down a relevant professional recommendation for future work with a quote. Awesome! He made a personal connection when he asked if we were a military family because he has a brother in the service so we had a nice chat about that and he provided a small discount. I'm normally not one to take the time to write reviews but having had such a professional and timely experience that was gentle on our budget ended up being so relieving that I knew I had to write one! The cost was well worth the work and I will definitely be using Rozga Plumbing & Heating in the future!

After years of Sewer problems and a recent visit from 2 different plumbers for my sewer problems, I found Rozga Corp. I called for a referral to a company similar to their services in my area. They offered service inspite of me being outside their thier area by a mile. They explained the costs prior to sending a technician, which I found very helpful. I had an idea of the cost days prior to their arrival.

They listened on the phone after my unsuccessful experience with 2 previous companies. They made positive comments about the 2 prior companies that serviced my home inspite of them not repairing the problem.

Arnie listened to my concerns. He clearly explained his plan. When he was running out of time with my system, He explained the complications with my sewer system and the needs to report to another location for their sewer problems. Within 20 minutes, he had another appointment set up for me for the following week. He ensured I was satisfied with the circumstances and the wait time.

I know more about my sewer system in one day than I've known for the past 6 years of living in my home. I am very pleased with this company!!!

Another great experience with Rozga. We had someone come out to look at some issues we were having, and he not only gave us suggestions for practical and inexpensive ways to fix our problems, but also ways to save money by making some additional improvements. Arnie came out and was kind, courteous and honest and did an excellent job on every bit of work he did. He asked questions and gave me a heads up any time he encountered something that would have taken extra time and effort, but ultimately did everything the right way, with flawless results. The price was right and the work was top-notch.

FINALLY A PLUMBING COMPANY YOU CAN TRUST! Ray from Rozga took phenomenal care of me. He made quick work of a busted pipe under my sink and made sure to check out the rest of my house for any potential leaks or outdated plumbing. I have had an issue with my bath tub upstairs for over a year. I had 4 different plumbing companies look at it and they all gave me bad advice and service. Ray was the man. Took one look and knew exactly what was happening.

I want to thank Jason and Rozga Plumbing for their quick response when I received same day service on a tub and shower faucet that kept leaking. I attempted to fix it myself only to make matters worse. Their professionalism and responsiveness was invaluable on that day. Thanks.

Matt S. was wonderful. He came to fix a broken P-trap in my pedestal sink. I was very worried that the entire sink would have to be dismantled to fix the issue but Matt was able to replace the P-trap and the pipe into the wall with new pvc parts, and he unclogged the sink. He did it all in 1 hour. I had a horrible experience with another local plumbing company, but my experiences with Rozga so far have been great. I only call Rozga now when I have a plumbing issue.

02/09/2019: Jason once again has come to my rescue. Rozga has been very good whenever they come to my house and I have used Jason a lot. He is thorough and patient and very knowledgable. I still only call Rozga when I have a plumbing issue.

Cory and Erik were very professional and friendly, and explained each of the steps they were taking to determine whether a leak in my living room ceiling was caused by a plumbing issue. They determined that the cause was not plumbing related, and provided suggestions for the next steps I should take to determine the source of the leak.

Honest and hard working and on time. We've used Rozga for a number of projects over 2 houses. Willing to answer all silly and serious questions.
