He did a GREAT job! He cleaned out the lines quickly and efficiently. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday morning call. It was a snowy day and there was very little mess when he left. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

In November 2013 I called O&W to give me a quote for a new furnace.
Omar came out gave me information on furnaces he offers and suggested
the furnace he recommends for size of our house. He was very informative
on its features and answered all our questions. It was installed a few weeks later. Omar has followed up every year since when it’s time for a cleaning and to make sure I don’t run out of filters.
Since then he has installed a new Aprilaire Humidifier and in September 2018 Omar installed a new Lennox Air Conditioner.
I enjoy our conversations when he comes to do his cleaning on these units.
I would recommend Omar to anyone that I hear is looking for replacements.

Heiden is thorough, honest, and local. My mother had persistent basement spillover from a maze of 1950s plumbing/sewer. Several other plumbers wouldn't even look at the job - don't do basements. The Heiden supervisor arrived the next day, took time to troubleshoot, and in two days the plumber arrived on time, installed a PVC cleanout, and even removed an unusable fixture. Everyone I dealt with was a problem solver, and I would use them again with confidence.

Chris is very professional and does excellent work. He installed an outside spigot, so now I can easily water both the front and back yards without having to drag the hose all the way around the house. I would highly recommend him.

I have hired Alpine Plumbing on a few occasions and referred them to real estate clients of mine as well. I find them to be dependable, courteous, knowledgeable and speedy! On a price comparison level, they are about par with service calls, but for a special project I had, they were about 25% less than 2 other quotes. Mr. Plumber came to our house and diagnosed our problem fairly quickly. After waiting the day for the silicone to cure, we tested the shower only to find the problem still exist. When I contacted him I was told the earliest he could return was the following week. After applying more silicone I was told there would be an additional cost for labor. Are you kidding! So either he had no idea where the leak was coming from and just put silicone everywhere to cover his behind the second time or he did a mediocre job the first time. So now we are out of $260 and he spent maybe 2 hours tops between both trips he was here. Maybe I should have skipped college and went to a trade school. Personable guy, overpriced unscrupulous plumber.
