I had a very helpful conversation that lasted about 25 minutes when I called to book an appointment. Ultimately, I didn’t make an appointment because it wasn’t needed, and OW was honest and helpful in explaining WHY it wasn’t necessary. What integrity!!

We heard of O & W Heating and Cooling through our local hardware store. We called them when we had an emergency leaking AC. Omer came out that day, he worked around our work schedule, he did an amazing job locating and fixing the problem. He explained everything he was doing to us so we understood, he gave us great tips for preventative maintenance. We also learned they do a wide variety of repair work on all types of things from Plumbing to Electrical in addition to the Heating/AC. The pricing was fair and the quality was well worth it! We will be using them for many more projects around our new home in the near future. Would highly recommend this company!

I can not recommend this business more highly! My husband, who is generally a very good handy man, had been trying to solve our air conditioning problems for over a week when I finally insisted on calling a professional. I chose O&W based on google reviews and I couldn't have made a better choice! Omer was here within an hour of me calling, and spent the next two hours diligently walking us through the issues as he saw them and educating us on how to more effectively and efficiently control the climate in our house. We have an unusual set up, with two AC units outside and a number of zones that are controlled independently from one another--I appreciated the way Omer talked us through how some of our habits were affecting our A/C equipment, and not only offering us ways to improve the longevity of our current AC system but explaining WHY those changed habits would make a difference. Omer clearly knows what he is talking about and has a ton of knowledge in this area-- he took his time talking through everything with me and I never felt like he was just trying to sell me on something. Called O & W Heating and Cooling llc to replace two old water heaters for my home. Omer was able to come install both the water heaters for me the same day and everything works great! O & W is a Great service! We had to replace our water heater and after consultation with Omer, we decided to switch to tankless. The extra work that was needed for the job was talked through thoroughly. We knew it would be more expensive than just changing tanks, so we were very happy with the price for the quality of service we received. They had a quick professional turnaround time for all services, including the rerouting of our gas lines and water lines due to the new placement.

I contacted the company via goggle email to have a quote with work completed on my hot water heater. I choose the company because of the reviews they had on the site. They did reply to me in a timely manner that they could complete this for me and someone would be contacting me at 8:30 after I had sent my name and address of service need. I received another text at 8:45 stating that they had spoken with dispatch who informed them that I was out of their service area and would have to find someone else in my area. When I look over what area they service they say Milwaukee. Yes I am in Milwaukee and per Google I am about 15 minutes away from the company via I-43. I am not sure as to if the reason my business was not accepted was because of my area but I must say that I am very disappointed. The more courteous thing they could have done would have been to at least have called me to relay this information instead of a text.

We had O & W out once before for a different a/c problem and Omer was prompt and very informative about the issue. He immediately fixed the problem and we were very pleased. So when we had another issue we contacted him immediately. He was able to come out that night and went over all our options. In the end we decided to get a new A/C unit from him. He came out the next afternoon and finished the job that night, which we were not expecting, as he planned on finishing on Saturday. We would highly recommend O&W!!

Omar made room in his very busy schedule to come and diagnose our AC unit on a very hot day. Due to our negligence, he ended up needing to put in a lot more time troubleshooting the issues and went the extra mile to educate us about the frequency with which certain parts should be replaced, less expensive filters and more effective filters we should be using. My husband and I both found him to be very clear, very knowledgeable, and focused both on the overall maintenance of heating and cooling units just as much as the priority of solving the issue. Last week Omer Hamden of O and W Heating and Cooling did a complete installation of a furnace and AC unit at my home. As a bonus, he installed a Honeywell Lyric smart thermostat. Which is currently running a 100 dollar rebate offer through Focus on Energy. In the four plus years that Omer has provided me with HVAC services he has always taken the time to walk me through the WHOLE process. Explaining how and why HVAC systems work the way they do. I would recommend anyone in need of a HVAC service person to give O and W Heating and Cooling a call.

Omar came a few a minutes before his scheduled ETA, got straight to work, pointed out a few things to watch out for, and fixed the problem. He stayed a few more minutes to test and check for leaks. He cleaned up his work area before leaving and got on his way. Service was fast, efficient, and professional.

My water heater was down for about 2 day leaving me without hot water, I contacted multiple other services and they couldn't even get a technician to me for a couple days. Until I contacted Omer and within 24 hours he installed a new water heater for me.

I called O & W to check out my faulty water heater. I got a call back right away and the Omer, the technician came and replaced it with a new unit on the same day, a Saturday afternoon. Omer was very efficient and friendly and took time to explain things I needed to know about my new appliance. I'm very pleased with the service I received!

In November 2013 I called O&W to give me a quote for a new furnace.
Omar came out gave me information on furnaces he offers and suggested
the furnace he recommends for size of our house. He was very informative
on its features and answered all our questions. It was installed a few weeks later. Omar has followed up every year since when it’s time for a cleaning and to make sure I don’t run out of filters.
Since then he has installed a new Aprilaire Humidifier and in September 2018 Omar installed a new Lennox Air Conditioner.
I enjoy our conversations when he comes to do his cleaning on these units.
I would recommend Omar to anyone that I hear is looking for replacements.

Called to have water heater replaced. Called O&W. Sent pictures of the water heater and they were unsure of the ventilation system of the heater. Scared me into thinking I had a real situation on my hands. Told me I had to hire a chimney specialist to look at my set up. To add insult to injury they refuse to do the job. Contacted a chimney specialist and sent the same pictures. Told it was perfectly fine and tell A&O this. The specialist had worked for the company in the past and knew them. Told me to give his name and that they could called him. I called back, left message, and information. They blew me off and never called back. Called another plumber, sent same pictures and was told no problem. Came following day had job done in 1 1/2 hours. Either this company does not have enough experience, or they are only interested in the easy quick buck jobs. This would make me nervous if I was going to use their services.

From scheduling to installation, we had a really great experience with Omar at O & W. He was very quick to respond to my message and was able to come out to replace our water heater the next day. He took the time to explain everything to us (never really new anything about water heaters before) and also gave us a recommendation of who we could work with on having a chimney liner put in (while being honest with us about why, in our particular case, we needed to get this done before winter). He was also transparent from the get-go on how much our service would cost. And, since our service with him happened during COVID, he took extra care to make sure we were all prepared to interact safely with each other before he got there and cleaned everything he touched while in our house. He also got our warranty set-up and in place within hours. I would highly recommend calling if you need your water heater replaced!

After calling several other HVAC contractors and having them tell me they couldn't come and get my furnace going for several days I came upon O & W in a google search. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call and couldn't be happier with the result! Omer was here within an hour of my call. He did a thorough cleaning of our furnace and got it running again. Sadly, it failed again the next day and Omer returned and diagnosed a faulty gas valve. I was grateful to have someone come out the same week. I moved into a new home this fall and was sure our furnace needed a professional inspection/ clean up. Over the last two years my Buderus boiler need one emergency repair and one yearly servicing. In both instances, Omer, from O & W Heating and Cooling, was competent, punctual and personable. Last Friday we woke up to a 49 degree house. After calling several different companies looking for someone to come out, we decided to try O&W even though we had no prior knowledge of the company. Omer was at our house in less than an hour. He showed up before other companies even called us back. He was thorough in explaining what was wrong, made sure we understood, and worked with us to find the best furnace for our house and budget. Then, he worked to get the new furnace in the next day so we had working heat. I cannot say enough about how happy I am we chose O&W Heating. We plan on being customers for a long time.

Omer went out of his way on a Friday afternoon to install a new hot water heater for me before the weekend. He walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable with the installations he recommended (before installing them).

We needed to have our water heater replaced and contacted O & W. We heard back right away, got an estimate via email, and the very next day our new unit was installed! Omer was personable, thorough, and a total professional. Omer and O&W Heating and Cooling were absolute lifesavers. My husband and I had an old Central Air unit that was causing some issues with our HVAC, come to find out, it was a much bigger issue. But, Omer was quick to try and help us out and extremely knowledgeable about everything he does and even gave us a few tips, pointers and basic homeowner lessons (which being new homeowners was very much appreciated). All in all we thought we were going to be without central air for at least a couple of weeks and Omer managed to not only find a central air unit (which because of COVID there are shortages) but also to install it all in a couple of days. Omer is awesome and does a fantastic job. He's my go to for water heater and boiler needs.

Omer came out on Sunday and diagnosed our problem. He showed us where the broken part was, and explained what he needed to do to fix it. He also replaced our filter (which was long overdue), cleaning, and did a great job explaining our Nest to us. It pays to have a certified Nest professional when working with smart wi-fi thermostats. My husband and I have trusted Omer with O & W Heating and Cooling for the past couple years to do our furnace and A/C tune ups. He always does a thorough job. I really like how he takes the time to explain his work, and he gives very honest advice about whether something really needs to be done, as a priority, or could wait awhile. I never feel like he is trying to sell extra necessary services.
A competitor had a special for slightly less than Omer's price of an A/C tune up but we went with Omer because we trust his work, and that is hard to find! This summer my furnace fan motor went out. I called O & W Heating, and they came out right away. I was so happy with the service tech that I end up replacing my Furnace instead of making a repair on my 21 year old furnace. The installation crew was great, clean up after them self's and made sure I new what was going on all the time. When I get my A/C replaced I'm calling O & W Heating!

Super service! My teenage girls were roasting in our house because the AC had gone out. I had called several companies who told me I’d have to wait at least a week and that the service call would be anywhere between $140-350! I called O & H and he got back to me right away with a lower service call fee. He came out within an hour and fixed the problem. He talked me through everything, gave some solid advice, and was very transparent. Omer was kind, knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely call him again!

Glad to have met him through the previous home owners. Shows up on time and gives updates when he will be arriving. Also we are new to the Midwest so he answers all my questions and concerns on how things should operate in humidity. Would highly recommend.

Our hot water heater started to leak, so we went to buy a new one. Good thing we did because it was leaking from the seem, which means it could have gone at anytime. Our installer was professional, courtesy, and very informative. We would recommend this company to anyone! Excellent job overall. We are VERY pleased with the services we received!!

We arrived to our home at 9 pm to find the inside temperature down to 40 degrees. It was in the teens outside. Our call to O & W was answered in 5 minutes. They dispatched service and Ammeer arrived in 15 minutes. His service was outstanding! In a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem which required him to travel to a supply house a half hour away and back for a new motor. Not only did we have our heat back but he went the extra mile inspecting the furnace and ducts and didn't leave until everything was working properly. Hands down the best service I've ever received!

I can't live without hot water. Our hot water heater died on Sunday. Thought we would need a hotel room. Fortunately we found O & W. They were awesome. Went from dead hot water heater to brand new in less than 2 hours all on a Sunday night. Technician arrived early and was so thorough. Great experience at a good price. Omer responds quickly and made it over the same day. He let's you know what's wrong and explains his process before doing work so you feel comfortable knowing what is being done. He fixed our gas dryer and did a descaling flush of our tank less water heater (which he had installed a year earlier) while there he fixed a small leak in my hot water line as well I had just noticed a day or so before calling all in a 2.5 hour visit! Prices seem fair and work has been high quality. I would use his services again.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Omer was the most polite, intelligent and informed technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He helped me every step of the way and gave me information so that I could choose wisely. He was conscientious, and his work ethic, unbeatable. I have great gratitude for his advice and knowledge when helping me replace my furnace, which I was hesitant to do. But once the furnace was out, I could see he was spot on. I highly recommend him and can't praise him enough.

Our AC went out Friday afternoon before a weekend of all 90+ temperatures. I called O&W and even though I was a new customer, their technician was at my house in under an hour, did a full service on our AC, and had us back up and running the same day. The service was excellent and professional. They took all necessary precautions to make sure our family was safe and cool. I fully plan to use their services in the future.

Great service. Replied shortly after I left a message, and service was completed the next day. Explanations were given for what was done and what is recommended for the future. I have used this company several times in the past and will continue to do so for my maintenance projects. Highly recommended.

Omer installed a new furnace and hot water heater in 2016 and we have been using him for all our heating/cooling needs since. He always reminds of filter change dates and is quick with scheduling. Omer came to my house because my water heater's pilot wouldn't stay lit. I suspected it needed a new gas valve and it would be a quick fix. Instead he spent 2 hours using scare tactics and misinformation according to the plumber who replaced the gas valve the next day. Omer was building a case to replace my one year old water heater when it all it needed was a simple repair. He left after I paid $160 consulting fee with no benefit from his misinformation. I gave him a chance to remedy the situation but never heard back.

We had an after hours heating problem and called Omer. He asked a few questions and was there within the hour and had us warm again in a short time. O & W is the only HVAC company we will ever call. Thank you Omer

Called O&W to help us with our Aprilaire that was leaking and they came out the next morning to fix our problem! Very helpful and explains everything, would highly recommend!
