I got in a little over my head with replacing the piping for my shower. Isaac came out quickly and got everything in working order. He talked me through the repairs without being condescending and I learned a little about plumbing in the process. Very professional.

We use Mattox Plumping at work and they recently installed a new toilet and vanity. Both guys, Joe and Coy were great to deal with. They were professional and friendly.
I would highly recommend them for both commercial and residential services.

Will not use again (operating as A&S Plumbing) Had them out to replace a cracked toilet and install a new dishwasher. Plumber replaced the toilet told me he was done and that I'd get a bill in the mail. Never even asked about the dishwasher, turns out Courtney neglected to put it in the service call orders. No big deal, plumber told me he'd have Courtney call me to reschedule that for that service. That call didnt come, but my bill did after 6 months. When I saw I won't use them again it's because I had to call a contractor to put in new subflooring and tile around the toilet because of a cracked o-ring wax seal that the plumber either didn't replace or broke while putting in the new toilet. What should have been a ~$300 turned into ~$2000 because of the plumber's error. Hesitate before you use them.

Isaac came to my home to help with a gas line for my new range. He was on time, professional, thorough, and friendly. He got the job done without wasting time, and did a great job. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. Overall, the company did a great job with scheduling me when I was in a pinch. I would definitely recommend them.

Were quickly came fixed promptly fixed my water heater

I called Mattox Plumbing on a Monday morning after my toilet fill valve stopped working. Within a couple hours of my call Isaac Klahn was at my house to make the repairs. I also needed 3 faucet handles replaced because they were either hard to turn or leaked. In addition, I asked Isaac to check why my kitchen sink was draining so slow. Isaac was very efficient and fast with the repair work. He was so fast that I had a hard time keeping ahead of him in cleaning out the space under the kitchen sink! Everything was performed to my satisfaction in less than 2 hours and when Isaac left, I felt that a whirlwind had just come through my house. I had to stop and rest for awhile after he was gone!! I will definitely use Mattox Plumbing again and will ask for Isaac Klahn to be dispatched to my house. THANK YOU ISAAC!!

Isaac at Mattox did a great job. I had a earbud case wedged tight in my toilet causing a clog. Issac dislodged the case with his auger and reset the toilet. When he left my toilet worked better than ever. It still does.

My shower handle broke this morning and an unbridled torrent was unleashed into my tub faster than it could drain. After calling around to a few places, the stars aligned and I finally got in touch with Erin at Mattox, who was able to swiftly Isaac out to me. Isaac quickly diagnosed the problem, showing me which of the inner workings of my tub faucet had fallen victim to the slow decay of time and entropy. I took the initiative to replace or repair the part myself. Isaac found this to be suitable, and he would head to another job and check on me later to see if I still needed assistance.

Of course, one does not simply repair or replace a part and solve the problem. Now I was having trouble configuring the water temperature. Isaac returned just in time to tame this new beast. The handle problem was solved! The temperature is under my control, and the shower turns on and off with little effort (a luxury we've not had since moving into this house).

Isaac also quickly diagnosed my shower's problem of draining from the faucet for about a minute after the water is turned off. Old pipes in the faucet cause water to back up towards the shower head, which drains out once the faucet is turned off and the pressure is relieved. Having solved the problem I had hired Isaac for, I relieved him of his duty and thus, I leave the ending of the story of showerhead drainage for another day!

All said and done, Isaac was at my house for about an hour total. It's nice to not have to wrestle my handle to turn of the water. Isaac also solved the problem of our shower not getting hot enough for hot baths. It's nice to be able to have a hot bath, too. Both Erin and Isaac were understanding and kind, could not have asked for a better experience. Thanks Mattox team!

My kitchen sink backed up an hour before I had to leave the house for dinner reservations. I was also expecting a house full of people for the weekend - and panicked when I couldn't unclog the sink. Thomas saved the day and came after hours to fix a major pipe in our Commercial / Apartment building. Our tenants were without water and thankfully Mattox made time for us. The emergency price was high but Thomas hustled to get the job done as fast as he could. He replaced an old original pipe with new PVC. He was pleasant, friendly and helped clean up. It was a long day (for both of us) and he did it with a smile. Paying the extra cost after hours is never fun but we were all appreciative and grateful to have running water again (water running in the pipes and not on our floor).
