We work for several local real estate investment companies managing and maintaining over 1800 units throughout Wisconsin.
We are also responsible for turn overs in these properties.
We own M.A.D. Rescue, a division of the Kinsley-Lyne Companies, a 24 Hour disaster recovery unit specializing in rope access, emergency tree and debris removal, and high risk recovery operations.
We also have a general contractor division, handling everything from drain tile installation, to rough framing walls, to drywall, carpet and tile, and paint.

I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

Kinsley Lyne Company did the floors after I renovated my new home in the fifth ward, I was so happy with their quick turn around time that I ended up using them to do my windows as well! If I had heard of them sooner I would have had them do a lot more of the renovations! Thanks KLC! I’ll definitely be looking to them in the future!

I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Needed a water heater installed after mine stopped working outside of warranty. No hot water in the house for 3 days 🥶. 24 hrs after I made the call I was able to take a hot shower again! Good price and good service. Thank you Dayton!!!

I had an emergency when my water heater stopped working last week. I was afraid my pipes would freeze and I couldnt find anyone who could come out immediately until I saw a reccomendation for this company on nextdoor.com. These guys came immediately and had my water heater replaced AND did some plumbing on some worn out pipes. They worked late into the night but took care of everything with no additional charge for the rush order. THANK YOU KINSLEY LYNE COMPANY
