These guys were not only timely, professional, and efficient, but were quite informative and willing to talk through both process and problem solving.

We had Heiden come to our Condo on June 18th to have them install a shut off valve. Our Condo Association recommended them, even though we told them they were a 3 star business, and we would prefer to use our 5 star plumber.
Anyway they were going to get some information from the Association, and get back to us on where the shut off valve should be placed.
Nearly a month, and we have heard nothing from them.
I would never use or recommend or use them. We have informed the representative for our Condo. Not much help there either.

We got Art, and I gotta tell y'all, he answered my questions, was beyond polite and professional and earned my business for life. He was super respectful of my high risk status and wore a mask the entire time, was on time did his work quickly and respectfully. They were the only company in town who would give me a set price for a pre winter check up, and then lived up to it, also they came out the next day. If you need your radiator system checked out before winter don't wait until November call these guys, you won't be disappointed.

Called hide and plumbing to come out to retrieve a snake that was busted off in the drain by another Company Said they were gonna camera the drains so they wouldn't break their snake off and there they broke off 60' of retriever cable of retriever cable snake with a cutter On And I asked them what they were gonna do about it and they said what it is is what it is very professional had to have a dug up Had their cable removed Gave them $500 they told me the bill was going to be 800 they've charged me 1100 and now I wanna put a lean on my property I asked the people to call me it took them quite some time to get back to me they told me that the plumbing line ran out to the other road which was wrong Didn't even know where the pipe ran very professional So I guess what it is is what it is wouldn't wouldn't use them for anything and and wouldn't recommend them

Extremely expensive and the most pricey plumber I ever dealt with.

I called Heiden Plumbing for help with a high end Kitchen Faucet which no other company had a solution for. Edward not only solved my problem without damaging my $1500 faucet. He didn't charge me for the work. Needless to say I was floored and extremely happy. I would have paid anything to remove the cartridge that was stuck. I know who I will use the next time I have any plumbing needs. Heiden!

Tess was super helpful and the plumber Scott was great. Best plumbing experience I have had in my twenty years of owning a home. I won't call another plumber going forward!

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

Scott and Gary are wonderful! They are dependable, professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable and take the time to educate on the HVAC system. 5 star customer service every time! Wouldn’t trust anyone else

Had a sewer problem called 3different companies out they all seemed to be confused about the problem but threw out this ASTRONOMICAL PRICE called Heiden (per MMSD) contractors list) they came out went right to the problem and saved me thousands of dollars their professionalism knowledge and HONESTY is second to NONE I will refer recommend and use their services again THANKS GUYS

Heiden came to our house to help with a clothes washer with a leaking problem, and they did a great job. Fast work and not too expensive. They even looked ahead and suggested a solution that would make things better in the long run.

Called Heiden for emergency leak after a home improvement fail. Andy called me in 10 minutes. He asked me what happened and suggested we send pictures. He called me right back, told us the part we needed and walked us through the fix. Success! And now we can wait until Monday to make an appointment and have water over the weekend. So grateful. Andy confirmed what I always knew- Heiden always gives solid, honest service- which is why they were the first people I called on a Saturday.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Adam, who exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I contacted him until the completion of the job, his level of professionalism, honesty, and expertise left a lasting impression on me.

Of course my heat went out on the coldest day of the year. Somebody had recommended this company after I tried another I found online and could not get through. Heiden made it to my house the same day, found the issue immediately, found a replacement part, and fixed it same day. The service was wonderful, Scott was great, the price was reasonable and I am only sorry they were not my first call. I have an old furnace and when it needs to be replaced eventually, I will go here first, without question.

Andy from Heiden and Heiden in general were excellent! Andy followed through with me the whole process , including the estimate, he was at the site as one of the workers and afterwords with invoice and detailed pictures. This was not an inexpensive repair and I was quite concerned. However, I felt confident in choosing Heiden due to their history, BBB rating, their time in business and Andy on the job. I will and have recommended Heiden for any plumbing job, including Sewer service line repair.

I had a huge mess from a broken water heater. They arrived and fixed the issue before i even received a call back from the 2 other plumbers i called. I will call Heiden Plumbing for all of my future plumbing service needs. Thanks again!!

My condo board has requested Heiden come out and repair hose bibbs. They leak into unit ground floor closets which causes a real mess. We have been trying to get them to correct work they have done, they are really dragging their feet. We have a warrentee on work they did for our condo. We cannot turn on our outside water until Heiden fixes problem.

Called Heiden Plumbing to service my water heater and was very please with the knowledge and the service I received. A gentleman named Scott came to replace my water heater and while he was there he noticed a Lp gas leak in another area of our basement, he not only fixed the leak but he also checked other areas for leaks with his “sniffer” and found another by the tank. He explained to me exactly who I needed to call to rectify the situation because he couldn’t do it since we leased the tank from another company. Thank you Scott for going above and beyond!

Great service

Heiden is thorough, honest, and local. My mother had persistent basement spillover from a maze of 1950s plumbing/sewer. Several other plumbers wouldn't even look at the job - don't do basements. The Heiden supervisor arrived the next day, took time to troubleshoot, and in two days the plumber arrived on time, installed a PVC cleanout, and even removed an unusable fixture. Everyone I dealt with was a problem solver, and I would use them again with confidence.

I had Tim visit to survey my plans for a bath renovation. He was very professional, and provided all answers to my questions. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Can't really give a rating, because I had a busted pipe and had no water. Was told they didn't service mobile homes.... although I have seen them multiple times working for the landlord here.

Called for repair of Furnace on 2/11/2022, NO heat 7 degrees out, as of Sunday 2/13/22 after several calls..NO SHOW DO NOT RECOMMEND

Very disappointed. Called on Saturday night and the operator told me that the plumber will call me back within minutes. Over an hour later, I called again and I was told that he will call me and to have patience. When one has sewage in the basement patience is the last thing that one can have. Today is Wednesday and I still didn't get that phone call.

They sent a gentleman by the name of Scott. He's simply amazing. I'd give him a 10+ thank you Heiden plumbing.

I called Heiden after I had a different plumber out that could fix the problem with his snake. I talked to a Supervisor and told him all the details of what the other plumber did and what he recommended. Being 2:30pm the Monday before the 4th of July, I really didn't think I would get my plumbing fixed before the holiday. Heiden had two plumbers at my house with a Hydro-jet within an hour and everything got fixed within 45 minutes. Everyone I talked to that day was super professional and nice. Heiden is a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for a decent plumber.

Adam diagnosed and repaired our water heater. He was very courteous and professional. I was amazed on how quickly he was able to get our water back going for us. The landlord forgot to mention that the toilet tank was filling really slow. Adam went ahead and fixed that up for us also. Really grateful for the quality service. Thank you.
