Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

The plumber was nice and very professional. He did a great job. It was expensive. When I called to schedule I asked for an estimate to install 2 new faucets and fix one. They told me they didn't have standard charges, that they charged based on the work and I would get an estimate before they started. Once I walked the plumber through my requests he told meet it was $300 anytime they had to do any work under the sink. He did only charge me $100 to fix the leaky faucet. $300 for an installation is not only a bit pricey, it is definitely an estimate that can be given over the phone.

These plumbers came for a second opinion on a clogged kitchen sink. I was quoted a price by another company but it was five times as much and was possibly only one in line of the things that were listed to be done. Since I didn’t have to have my slab torn up, I only needed a drain cleaning. I am so happy to have my kitchen sink back and I very highly recommend this company!

The ladies I talk to in the office were both very professional and help me to decide on which program would be best to fit our needs. I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. We have a whole house water filtration system that needed to be bypassed for the pool and landscape water supply. Kowality Plumbing had the solution and the price was extremely reasonable. They were also very responsive when I initially called with my questions and concerns about the situation.

Chase Roberts puts in a lot and installs a lot of air conditioning units they make service contracts with visa homes and other home builders but they don't want to take care of customers who are melting in their homes The air conditioning doesn't work they don't want to come out cuz they're making money installing not on warranty work I find that ridiculous their customer service in my opinion is worse than any I've ever dealt with if it was my choice I wouldn't deal with them now
