Best Replacement Unit in Mesa AZ

We thought we might have to cut into our bathroom wall or floor for a terrible clog in our pipes. Scott was able to come out quickly and worked hard to fix the problem without any damage. The price was very reasonable as well. Would highly recommend this company!

Let me start off by saying they did fix the problem and got our AC going. Technician was friendly and got a right to the problem, let me also say I did agree to pay the $1026 to fix the problem. The technician had to replace a zone control module, just a small little motor. Technician was there for less than one hour which is fine. At the time I was thinking a little motor probably cost the company $500 or $600 bucks so the total cost of the job sounded about right. After he left, I went up in the attic to see the piece he replaced wrote down the make and model number of the component he replaced. I Did an online search and low and behold this little motor only cost $96, it was at this point I feel like I’ve been taken for a ride, not a good one. I feel like an honest price should’ve been in the $500 to $600 range for the technician to be there in less than an hour and a component that was $96, I can see doubling may be tripling the part to make money. I feel like it was about $400 or $500 too much. I will probably use a different AC company next time, hoping that maybe they’re a little more reasonable with me on their prices.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Just as the temperature went up, the A/C went out. I called and they sent Jeff out. Jeff answered all my questions and was able to diagnose the issue, relieving my worst fears of having to replace the whole unit. Jeff worked efficiently in replacing my motor and made sure to test everything before leaving. I appreciate the speed of getting Jeff out and his professionalism. It's now getting nice and cool.

What a great company! I got two bids and thought they may be kind of high after posting for advice on Facebook. This company was referred several times in the chat so I had them come out and quote me. Right off the bat they ended up saving me 5k on this project. They were also super quick, I called the owner and told him I wanted to use his company. He had his concrete guys out the next day and they were amazing. Then his plumbers followed up right afterwards and knocked out all of the “rough” plumbing. That’s what they called it 😂. After dealing with a not so quick tile guy, I called the owner to get set up for putting all the faucets and shower stuff in and he squeeze me in the next day which was awesome because I got to use my bathroom over the weekend and didn’t have to wait for Monday. He also turned me onto some great contractors that came in and helped get problem solved. I really appreciate how painless Jay made this process go. Thank you Jay and his team!!

We chose Isley’s to replace our two A/C units and our hot water heater a couple years ago and when we needed a new kitchen faucet recently I called them first. The were able to come out that morning and the tech did the install in about an hour and a half. I provided the new faucet. It was a little more involved and included removing the old fixture, replacing the two water shut off valves and partially disassembling/reassembling the RO system under the sink. The tech had to come back to fix some minor leaks in the old RO lines, but did so right away and everything turned out good - all in one day after my call for help. With the price of thing these days I wasn’t surprised at the cost, but I did cringe a little when paying the bill. It appears, however, that we got what we paid for.

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!

Right Now Plumbing did great work. Stephen did not try to sale me more than needed. He gave me options and gave me the pros and cons and allowed me to decide with very little pressure. Prices were reasonable. I’ve referred this plumbing company to friends and family.

We are a family of 5. Our house is only 3yrs old and our upstairs unit has gone out 4 times. It went out this morning. Its 105° today and they said they can't come out till Sunday. Today is Wednesday. All of our neighbors have had issues with them as well.
