We called Gold Star after another company broke a pipe off coming out of our wall earlier this year. We were really glad we did! Chris was extremely knowledgeable and professional, and when he turned it over to Richard and his crew for the work I was equally impressed.Richard was great about working around my work schedule, communicating the plan for each day and his crew stayed until they had done what was planned. They were all really respectful of the house, laying down runners and cleaning up each day. The work all seems great and we will use them again in the future.

I had a refrigerator water supply valve lever break, just a few hours before delivery of a new refrigerator. Needless to say I had to turn the water supply off to the house.We called Gold Star, and they were out within the hour to replace the shutoff valve. I was greeted by Mike the plumbing tech, super professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The repair was done quick and with such attention to detail.I now have a plumbing company for life and piece of mind knowing they are there for future plumbing needs. Clothes washer hot water hose replacement

Was without hot water for two days waiting for original plumbing company to check my water heater. Excuses from them. Found Gold Star through Next-door app. Will always call them first now. Couldn’t ask for better service.

Woke up 5am, water main line break in front yard. Contacted Goldstar Plumbing and Drain, left message. They promptly contacted me and had Cody (awesome technician) at my house by 9:30 am. He located the break in the yard and repaired it. Repair costs were below expected and was given a discount due to unfortunate family situation.Other companies could learn from Goldstar excellence.

Tony was awesome. Hyper professional, well spoken, awesome beard and very knowledgeable.

They were honest straightforward and did a good job and followed through to resolution of the issues expected and unexpected. I would call them again.

UPDATE 8/25/22: Richard, Jose and Mike Hill were all excellent on my job. It was a difficult 'pull thru' for the new pipe but they all did a fantastic job with a HUGE tow truck. I'd recommend GOLD STAR PLUMBING & DRAIN to anyone for either a big or small job. Kidos the the entire team !ORIGINAL POST: NOT YET, but maybe very soon... if I could get a much better bid from Gold Star. I am still with NO WATER in my home due to a main supply line burst so Gold Star responded promptly. The 2 quotes I got were very high, especially for just a simple 'patch' on an already exposed water supply line. I'm 80 years old and on a very fixed budget. I needed to speak with my son to see if he could help but I'm not sure. Paul, the tech, that came to the house was very friendly and helpful but I needed some time to speak with my son. Until I can do something, I'm WITHOUT ANY WATER at all. The bids were (are) out of my financial range and I feel 'stuck' between a rock & a broken pipe.

Had to have the company come out twice in one week for surprise problems. The first was for a leaking shower that needed a new cartridge - which turned into just replacing the entire valve because the cartridge was too old to pull. The second was for replacing our washer shut off valves which were broken and prevented installation of our new washer.Both visits that week were fantastic. The technicians I saw knew what they were doing, were very frank with the situations and costs, and were very communicative about the process. The quality of work was fantastic as well. Overall fantastic service in my experience.

Gold Stsr plumbing & drainI've been trying to find a plumber for a water leak on a angel stop at the garage sink for Two weeks. I have called 3 plumbing company and only one return a call. They said they could get to me i three week. So this weekend 8-12/13-23 i took to the internet to find a plumber. I found Gold Star plumbing I waited tell Monday 8-14-23 to call. I called there office in Prescott and talk to very gratefull person ContrinaShe listen to my problem . She said that there would be a plumber out 2pm to 5 pm today 8-14-23. I said great. I was confident I would use their services if I ever needed a plumber. Three days before Christmas I needed a plumber for a leak at my kitchen faucet. Scheduling the appointment with Katrina was a breeze; she answered all my questions with a happy disposition as if I were her most valued customer. The plumber who came out to my home, Junior, was super professional, polite and educated me during the faucet replacement process. Hidden water damage had not occurred to me. Junior called in Rocky Mountain Restoration to assess the moisture level in areas under/behind the cabinetry. I am thankful to Gold Star Plumbing & Drain for their employees who go the extra mile to look after the welfare of their clients. I highly recommend their services.

On 1/3/23 I had Gold Star provided me estimate the replacement of gas water heater, garbage disposal, and kitchen faucet. The price is reasonable and it's included 9 years part and labor warranty with yearly flush for the water heater.On 1/20/23 Rey G. came out promptly at 9:00am to perform the work. He is very polite, professional, very focus, and pay attention to details. He installed new supply line, shutoff valve, T&P for the water heater and it looks so nice and neat as everything was cut precisely. He also installed the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and reconnected my RO line to the refrigerator. I am very happy with the quality of work performed by Rey. I would use Gold Star again for other plumbing works and also recommend to others.

My recent experience with Goldstar Plumbing has been nothing short of exceptional, and I wish I could give them “6-stars” instead of 5 and here’s why. They were able to complete 3 separate plumbing repairs at my house in one day, but even more impressive than that was the professionalism, expert knowledge, and willingness to come up with an alternate solution that resulted in over a 30% savings from my original estimate. As Mike and Kyle began work on replacing a leaking copper main between the main water meter and my house, they realized that modifications to the original water supply lines which were made after the home was constructed to accommodate a soft water hose bib connection could be reversed back to the original configuration intended by the home builder which would save a significant amount of money. Mike and Kyle were able to provide a new, alternate estimate to return the connections back to the original plumbing configuration which saved over 30% from the original estimate and the work turned out looking great and much simpler than what a previous homeowner had done. I cannot thank them enough for their ability to treat customers in a way that builds trust and create cost-saving solutions. I have been a Commercial General Contractor for over 34 years and have been more of a “do it yourself-er” around the house for a long time, but as I get older and my personal time becomes more valuable, I rely on experts to do a project in a timely fashion and at a fair and reasonable cost and Goldstar Plumbing has lived up to that standard. I am so glad I took the time to read the many customer reviews found online for a variety of plumbing contractors, and when I came across the many positive references for Goldstar, I felt confident that I was making the right choice. And let’s not forget about the great experience that Devin provided during the initial investigation and estimating process. He was very knowledgeable and quickly determined that the water line modifications made in the past were not put in “per code” and explained the process to not only fix the leak, but also to do so in such as way that meets current plumbing code and provides a 10 year warranty. Devin’s attention to detail in writing up the cost estimate, taking photographs of the three separate areas of work I needed done and providing a reasonable cost estimate allowed me to quickly make a decision and sign the contract for work to begin the next morning. My wife and I are close friends with several of our neighbors who all have similar age of homes and we will definitely recommend Goldstar Plumbing to them for potential future work. I needed to change out my kitchen faucet and realized I couldn't turn off the water outside because the knob was broken! Thankfully, we weren't in a situation we we needed the water off ASAP. Paul came out and was able to fix the issue and put a new lever! He was very knowledgeable and professional. The work was done super quick too! I highly recommend this company! When my up stairs plumbing decided to give out and flood my down stairs. I called Gold Star based on reviews and a few recommendations. They sent Cody out to see to the repair and I couldn’t have asked for a better technician. He was on time and displayed a professional appearance. Once he got to work he explained what caused the issue and what he was doing to prevent it from happening again (this was important to me as I like to understand how things function in my house). Chris was fantastic! We have one of those *tricky* issues: An unidentified smell coming from the laundry room area. We had several plumbers out to look at the issue, with mixed results. Diagnosing our problem really required someone with significant experience in plumbing, who could put on their detective hat and narrow down the possible causes. Chris was just that. Gold Star will definitely be my go-to for plumbing needs! And I will be recommending them to anyone looking for a quality, fair and experienced plumber.

GOLDSTAR replaced my water heater they were fast, clean, and very professional

REVIEW #2:A couple of months ago, we started hearing some loud sounds/bangs (like a shotgun going off). We figured something was happening in our neighborhood. These sounds continued, but randomly. Kept checking Next Door, but nothing was talked about or reported. After paying a little closer attention, I realized these bangs were coinciding with the use of hot water in our house. I went into our garage & realized something was exploding inside our tankless water heater whenever we called for hot water from inside our home. The frequency of the banging quickly worsened. Because of this, I turned off & unplugged our whole tankless water system.I contacted Gold Star Plumbing on 11/26/22 (remembering how awesome they'd been when they came to our home the prior June). I think I reached Rachelle again (who had really helped us before). I told her all that was happening & specifically asked if we could have Chris as our technician. She really worked with us & was able to give us Chris' 1st available appointment. Shortly after hanging up, I rec'd a follow up email confirmation letting us when Chris was coming.Chris & Izaak arrived shortly before 11am on 11/28/22. As we were heading towards our sick water heater, I tried to prepare them for what was coming. After the noise repeated itself, they were shocked & our unit was very quickly shut off. (They stated they’d NEVER heard a Navien make a noise like what they had just heard. And these guys are preferred Navien installers!)They took some pictures of the unit as it was. Then, took off the front cover. Took more pictures & even contacted their Navien rep trying to maybe get Navien to help us out with the cost (maybe under a warranty, or something), but then they had to break the bad news to us. Our Navien unit had NEVER been installed correctly, so there was no way Navien could warranty it & it was now unsalvageable. (Our prior plumbing company we’d trusted for over 10 years sold us two separate tankless water systems in the span of 7 years. They stated the first one was not fixable. We've since learned they'd never installed the correct adapter parts on one, or maybe even both, of these units to accommodate the usage of propane, rather than natural gas as we found the necessary parts still in their original packaging & melted onto the inside of our unit. Mini explosions had been taking place inside the Navien. All in all, we're EXTREMELY lucky we didn't lose our home &/or someone living in it due to a gas explosion.) We also learned the Nuvo Manor Whole Home filtration system this other company sold us, wasn't doing anything. (This was clear from the calcium build up on all our faucets & multiple plumbing fixtures that were no longer functioning throughout our home.)After receiving the shock of all this news, we assessed our options & decided to put in another Navien unit. We also chose to install a new water softener & we also moved forward with the installation of several new faucets (as they had also become inoperable). While here, we also chose to have them work on some other things in our home that needed some TLCThe front office staff worked hard to make sure we had our hot water up & running as soon as possible (as we hadn't had any for a couple of days). They worked with us on our financing options, too, as funds were going to be an issue. All in all, we had the pleasure of being able to work with Chris B., Luis A., Richard C., Jose C. & Izaak B., as several Gold Star technicians were needed to work at our home for nearly an entire week.I truly can't say a bad thing about any of these guys. Every one of them was so professional & personable. They worked long & hard to get everything fixed for us as quickly as possible & never once complained. They were so good about keeping me informed on all they were doing. And, when they left, things looked cleaner than they did when they arrived.I just can't say enough positive things about this company. Each employee really lives up to their Gold Star name, too, that's for sure!

Tony came to our home and removed the broken washer supply valves and replaced them and the box that housed the valves. Also we had another issue with a p trap in the kitchen sink another plumber said would be hard to fix and very costly. Tony repaired this in less than 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and professional installation. Tony referenced the plumbing codes required by the city and gave us confidence in his knowledge to do the job right! I had a leak under the kitchen sink and called Gold Star, thinking it was going to take a week or more for them to come out and they were here in 3 days. Tony showed up and knew right away I needed a new basket strainer and then provided me with a lot knowledge on the reverse osmosis process and how it works as well as the work I was having done. When I scheduled the work to be done, Tony and Dustin showed up. They were both professional and just got off a job, so they had dirt on their boots. I asked them to wear shoe covers and proceeded to give them each a pair that I have and Dustin told me they had them in the truck and didn’t need mine. Then Dustin grabbed a broom from the truck and swept up the dirt. I appreciated that. They kept me in the loop during the whole process, walked me through everything when they were done and cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with the service I was provided and will be using them if any plumbing issues arise in the future.

I just had an amazing experience with Gold Star Plumbing, and I couldn't be happier! Paul and Nate came over to our house this morning to take care of our 50-gallon electric water heater in the garage, and they were absolute pros.So, here's the deal. Our water heater desperately needed some attention. It was in a sorry state, with calcium and magnesium sediment and all sorts of gunk building up over time. But Paul and Nate worked their magic. They drained and flushed that old water heater like champs. They even noticed that the anode rod was almost completely corroded. Thankfully, they replaced it with a shiny new one, ensuring the longevity of my water heater.But here's what really impressed me. These guys went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. They hooked us up with a one-year tank membership, giving me peace of mind knowing they've got my back. Oh, and they also told us about this Flow-Tech inline water system that can prevent sediment build-up in the future. Talk about thorough service!That's not all. Paul and Nate suggested scheduling a whole-home inspection, that comes included with the one year membership. I mean, who does that? Gold Star Plumbing, apparently. They genuinely care about the well-being of my plumbing system, and I appreciate that level of attention to detail.I have to mention the pricing too. Gold Star Plumbing's estimate for the anode rod replacement was fair and transparent. No hidden costs or surprises. It's refreshing to deal with a company that's upfront about their prices.All in all, I can't recommend Paul and Nate from Gold Star Plumbing enough. They know their stuff, they're professional, and they truly care about their customers. If you have any plumbing needs, these are the guys to call. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

We called Gold Star after our water main sprung a leak and flooded our yard. They were prompt and able to get us in quickly. We had some disagreements with the technician and ultimately we ended up going a different route, but I was very happy with how everything was handled and the staff was great all through out the process. They seem like a stand up company and I would recommend them for any big job.

Great same day service! Customer service agents were very accommodating and expeditiously provided service. Justin was quick to diagnose and make repairs explaining everything in detail.

Paul (expert plumber) came to our home to evaluate our tile shower for possible repair. He helped us realize that the original installation of the walls and floor were done incorrectly by another contractor years ago, without a floor pan! We elected to replace the shower along with a whole bathroom remodel, rather than a difficult retrofit for the shower alone.Very helpful person and super pleasant to work with. Also the service coordinator was highly responsive regarding Paul’s visit and followed up nicely. I strongly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a Flo-tech water filtration system from Goldstar plumbing. Aside from the water system being installed, our plumber Cody showed up and he noticed that our water heater was leaking. Upon further discovery, it actually wasn't our water heater that was leaking at all. It was a broken sewer pipe in the wall. If it was not for Cody we may not have discovered this at all! I used Gold Star to put a new tankless heater and water softener into my house. Then had what seemed to be a manufacturer's issue with my new tankless heater, which the manufacturer had no helpful resolution for besides waiting more time for a part, but Gold Star resolved it completely and immediately. The plumbers who have been to my house have been great and been able to communicate with me easily letting me know before any work they have done. When the issue came up with the tankless heater, the general manager handled it very professionally and I had hot water restored quickly. I have a basement home, and I hired Goldstar plumbing and drain to replace one of my two sump pumps that had gone out. The product they installed was a Liberty high quality grinder pump with an high water alarm system. The work was done in a professionally and the master plumbers wore booties over their shoes to protect our carpet and travertine floors. The guys were extremely polite and courteous, while in our home. Gold Star and their staff exceeded our expectations!

Paul was great last year they put in a tankless water heater and part of it was a couple years of maintenance. They called me to set up an appt for my yearly maintenance then the day of our appt called to reschedule as the tech was tied up with an emergency so we rescheduled. The day of my new appt we were given 8-11 as our time frame and at 10 I got a call to ask if we could reschedule again this time I was a little frustrated as my time is just as valuable as someone else’s. I ended up getting a call at around 1045 to say Paul was on his way and he showed up and completed the job all in all great dealings just frustrated with appts

The receptionist was very pleasant and so were to workers. I pulled the shower stem out and left the housing due to calcium buildup. I was given 2 options: Remove my shower surround 3500$ or go thru the wall behind shower 1000$. I chose to go thru the wall. When the workers left to get materials I bought a pipe nipple at a hardware store, the plumber said it would not work but low and behold it did. This cost me 277$ and I supplied all the material. I was told later that they price the job not the time and only the technicians know the prices, why didn't they have a plumbers nipple and try that first? I should of spent more time on the computer researching, It would of cost me 11$ and I wouldn't of had to redo my wall.

This was the first time that I utilized Gold Star Plumbing and I was immediately impressed by the responsiveness to my initial call (a technician was on his way almost immediately).The toilet in the guest bathroom had a slow leak which was seeping into the flagstone floor on which the toilet was seated. Izaak Butler, who was our technician, was extremely knowledgeable, exhibited a very professional demeanor, was neat, and showed excellent attention to detail. The job, because of the nature of the leak and the remediation that needed to be done to the flagstone, had to be broken into parts whereby Izaak would have to come back at a later time with a new toilet. This fact did not compound the job with extra charges and Izaak was understanding and adaptable to the situation.Because of all the aforementioned and as a result of my conversations with Izaak I purchased a new toilet and I am giving consideration to a water softening system to eliminate the hard water deposits that I had been noticing.I started this review indicating that this was the first time I utilized Gold Star Plumbing, and given my initial experience it will not be the last.

These guys are amazing, from the installation crews to the office staff. My water heater died on a Thursday afternoon and where other companies couldn’t come until at least Monday, Gold Star was able to reach out to Cody, a nearby Tech and he was there an hour later! He made his recommendations and the next day was back with a crew and the new parts. Five friendly and professional guys worked like a seasoned crew to replace my old tank with a well-reviewed Navien tankless system and water softener/filter, in just 3 hours! In this time they also installed recirculation equipment to ensure we got hot water a little faster to the farthest end of the house. They were happy to let me watch and answer any questions. I feel like I paid a reasonable price for the work considering the times and am happy with the quality and appearance of the installation. this guys are amazing. they were recommended by home-advisor.. called the same day we made the request through home-advisor and where out the next day for an free estimate and were prepared to complete the work at that time if the estimate was accepted. The tech thoroughly explained what was causing the issue and gave us several estimates one for just fixing the seen problem (leaky exterior bib faucet) or also fixing the underlying issue. the underlying issue is one we knew about just didn't want to face, but he gave us a good deal and now all is fixed.. and we don't have to worry about other problems happening due to that underlying issue ;)

Paul and Nate came out to remove to hoses locked onto the outside faucets and source a smell in our bathroom sink. They were able to get the hoses off the faucets outside without creating any additional problems, that I know I would created had I had done it myself. They treated both of our bathroom sinks (only one smelled) and it seems to be have solved our issue. I really like that they did not tear apart the trap and under my sink unnecessarily. I will be calling Gold Star and Paul the next time I need them. Hopefully, not too soon.

They came out same day and didn't charge an emergency fee as others wanted to do. We had 2 bathrooms that had blockage in the pipes. One quick look and they knew it was coming from the pipes out front and explained why. They used a camera to find the blockage. Was fixed! They explained everything clearly and gave suggestions to prevent the issue from happening again. Very affordable as well. Highly recommend and will use them again

After explaining I had an 8 yr warranty on my disposal and being told over the phone, they could replace if necessary, the first company came out and said, “I can tell by the motor sound, you nee.d a new disposal unit, we do not carry your brand but I can sell and install a new one.” Said a quick goodbye and escorted him out of my house. I can definitely sense that they really cared that they dropped the ball, and in a world where everybody makes mistakes, that's what matters.Very poor experience. After setting an appointment and waiting most of the late morning and early afternoon for the plumber to show up, I called at the 12th hour to find out what was going on.Was told there was an error in their system and they apologized and the guy would be out in a few minutes.30 minutes later, the gps link for the driver that was supposed to show up kept getting further and further from the house... 6 min, 10 min, 12 min.If we wanted to wait all day for a non appointment, we would have called the cable company 😀.Overall, wasted 5 hours.

Junior was on time, neat, communicative and honest. He took the time to thoroughly assess our situation, and explain what he was doing as he did it.Company X told us we had a cracked outgoing sewer pipe that would require jackhammering through the garage slab, capping the damaged pipe and installing a completely new sewer line. Probably in the neighborhood of 5-7.5K.Junior, on the other hand, told us we had really dirty lines (the house is 28 years old), had no break in the line, and needed it cleaned out with a jet type tool.So, less than 2k, and we're set to get it all fixed up on Friday.Couldn't be happier with Junior and his staff at this time!I'll update when the job is complete. But so far, this has been an amazing experience!

Having a water heater go out can be a stressful thing for a homeowner. It is a hassle from having to take cold showers until repair, up to the cost of a replacement water heater. Called several plumbers to price shop. Goettl wanted $79 just to come out and assess the situation. I quickly eliminated them. RotoRooter came out for free but I knew it was going to be a disaster from the phone call. They were talking about replacement costs/inventory before they even looked at it. RotoRooter also quoted almost $2,000 which is insane. Gold Star offered friendly service from the moment you called their service coordinator, to their licensed plumbers Austin and Devin. From the first call I made to Gold Star Plumbing the experience exceeded my expectations. My wife and I were considering converting an electric stove to gas. We needed a gas line run to get service to the area of the existing range. Contacted Gold Star about estimate and scheduled an appointment for one of their experienced technicians to come to our home to provide an estimate.He was courteous and professional when arriving and provided the estimate at no charge to us and there was no commitment to have work completed by their company. The quote was emailed with detailed explanation of the project and cost estimate.There was periodic follow-up from Goldstar regarding receiving the quote and our estimate of the project timeline. We were considering our options and did not complete the project for over 6 months because this was part of a lager kitchen remodel project.When it was time for the gas line to be installed the communication was superior with the office and I was able to discuss the scope of the project over the phone with one of Goldstar’s lead technicians. When we were getting close to the project to start Goldstar sent the lead technician to the house a couple days before to complete a job walk to review the project requirements and make sure they were prepared to run the gas line when the crew would arrive a couple days later.The project went smooth and with the city of Gilbert required to inspect the line Goldstar was able to keep our water heater connected for a couple days until the City was able to come to the home to inspect the line. Goldstar returned the day of city of Gilbert was going to inspect the line. They hooked up the line and pressurized the system for city inspector. The line was green tagged by the city with no problems or corrections of the work completed.My wife and I would like to thank both Mike Hill lead technician and Kyle Woodmansee for a job well done to install and test the line. They were both professional and knowledgeable during the gas line installation. Our main contact in the office was Katrina who did a great job keeping us up to date on whom and when the technicians were coming to the house. It was also refreshing to have such a pleasant and professional person to talk to at the office. Communication was excellent with text and email updates with pictures of the technicians that would be arriving at the house.We would highly recommend Goldstar Plumbing and Drain if you want to be completely confident with the final outcome of your project.

Mike the tech came out to replace a sink and facet. The original sink was not installed to the specifications listed on the install sheet. Mike went beyond the normal procedure to make the new sink fit. Because of his knowledge of plumbing he made the sink fit with precision and made it look like it was custom made. I had Gold Star come out because under my bathroom sink was leaking. Everything from scheduling an appointment to updating on their arrival time to the job completion was efficient and professional. Devin the tech took his time to explain my water softener/ filter system and answered all my questions. The unit was here when we bought the house so I didn’t know anything about it. He gave me a two quotes. One to fix and one to replace my units. There was no pressure which was very refreshing. I’ll be honest, we have not agreed to the work yet because we are still deciding what we want to do.They are not giving a discount or a kickback to review their company. Originally called Gold Star based on a referral and very glad that I did. Devin arrived on time, was knowledgeable, professional and his quality of work was great. Sprang a leak a couple of weeks later at the connection he had made to my old PVC. Devin came back the next day and took care of the problem right away! Would highly recommend Gold Star and will be using them for my future plumbing needs.

We had a outdoor spigot leak behind the wall. I called Gold Star and they were able to get me scheduled for a same day repair between 11 am-2 pm. They actually came early (10:30). No complaints, good service, fair price, friendly employees and great at communicating the appointment status. I will definitely use Gold Star in the future.

Junior came to my house to fix my clogged toilets that were building up into my showers and immediately when he got here i felt at ease with his personality and professionalism. Being a female sometimes it’s hard to do things like this because you can be uncomfortable but Junior never ever made me feel uncomfortable at all. He was honestly incredible throughout everything and we laughed the entire time. He took the time to work with my pipes that weren’t installed properly and walk me through everything he was doing and really made me feel like the job was going to get done and be okay. He also then adjusted some other things for me that he didn’t have to do but just did because he wanted too. He went above and beyond and I would absolutely recommend you call them and come by because if you get Junior you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve used GoldStar twice. Once to move a drain for a new shower install and again to install a new garbage disposal. They charge plumber rates, but the work is done right! I had Paul Navarrette come out both times. He’s awesome and does great work!

One day we were pulling out a cactus, the roots were wrapped around some PVC pipes and they cracked. Water was gushing everywhere and there was no safety valve to stop the leak. I was so luck to get in contact with Cody. He has his team come over the same day and run a hose to the meter so we could have water, then they came back and started the job.When doing the job the tow truck had a line break and they made sure to come and finish the work on the day they said they would Richard and Cody worked for a few hours in the PHX weather to dig up the line and install all new fittings.Cody is nothing short of amazing, he is straight up and honest, and only wants to do the job the right way. So much so he will turn down a job rather than do it wrong. Listen to this man!They are fair, honest and do what they say they will.

It has been over a year since I had them come out to check on a leak on my toilet. I wanted to wait a bit because I had put up an initial review. The reason my first review was done was so I could get a discount off the service, which the tech said, give me a 5 star review and mention my name and I will give you 15 percent off the total. He tightened a bolt and still ended up charging me almost 300 bucks. This was a very unprofessional experience, and the charge was absolutely way too high for what was done. With practices like that, I will take my future business elsewhere.

Great service from the start first contacted Gold Star after my warranty company denied my claim. The tech Paul that came out instead of doing the work and taking my money right away informed me to resubmit and to have them relook as the warranty companies plumbers failed to even inspect the pipe as the crack/leak was obvious! I have a house that was built in 1971 with cast iron drain lines. Those lines have a lifespan of 50 years, or so and my system had failed with multiple drains backing up at once. I got Gold star out there to look at my system, diagnose, and quote the repairs needed. Cody Morgan came out initially, he was right on time, super courteous and had my diagnosis within a few minutes of arrival. With Cody's help we had a plan together with a very competitive estimate, and financing lined up. Within a couple of days I had a team of devoted technicians pulling and replacing my lines and getting my house back on track. Each one of Gold Star's employee's like Anthony Trujillo, Jose Cuevas, and Mike Hill demonstrated the best of customer service, technical knowledge, and job dedication. I was kept in loop on who would be coming by and when with their text/email system, as well as calls from the team in general. Everything got done on time with an attention to quality and cleanliness. Overall I cannot recommend Gold Star and the guys on my team enough, while my job was big I feel confident in the quality of their work and I appreciate the extra mile they went to in getting my drains back in order and dealing with my home owners insurance for the parts covered my policy. Junior replaced the Hot/Cold water valves for my washer. He also fixed the broken drain for my bath tub. The tub had a really bad broken drain and Junior removed it carefully enough that it didn’t break or chip my tub. He was very professional, new what he was doing and very funny. It helped since it was an expensive repair. The communication was great, punctual and very neat doing his work. Would definitely use Gold Star again and recommend it to my friends.

We called Gold Star plumbing based on the recommendation of Servpro who is fixing water damage in our home. Goldstar fixed the pipe that was leaking. I called them late on Thursday and they were able to come and take care of the problem on Saturday which was much appreciated. Paul and Trent were very courteous and professional and they had the leak fixed in under an hour. we would certainly call upon Goldstar plumbing again.

They may be good but at $350 to install a toilet and approaching $4K for vinyl tub install gotta to say pool value..I'm being nice;) Next two quotes were under $1K and we will include the 20 Minutes to Install the Toilets!!!!

I called Gold Star Plumbing to fix a leaky bathtub faucet and to replace our water heater. The technicians who helped us (Paul, Izaak, and Tony) were punctual, friendly, and efficient. After going WAY over budget on our pool remodel, we find that our anti siphon valve had gone bad, after not being in use for a few months.After reading several fantastic reviews my wife suggested we call GoldStar Plumbing and Drain.Chris arrived on time, introduced himself, verified what our problem was and went right to work, a bit later he pointed out that our hose bib was leaking as well. (I knew about this but had forgotten to mention it.)
