Brad came out, was very friendly, courteous and professional and explained everything to me in detail about installation of a new tankless water heater. His guys came out a week later for the installation and they were also very friendly, courteous and very professional. Installation was done quickly and when they left it was like they'd never been there, they cleaned up the work area very neat. I would use BSJ Plumbing for other such matters in my home. THANK YOU

Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through. I highly recommend them.

Appreciate clean install of new ac/heat system. Everything from wiring, duct work and framing looked very professional.

This was yearly maintenance. The staff was very professional & informative and gave us tips on how to keep blower from wearing out. They also installed a surge protector for the HVAC so that the circuit boards don’t get fried during one of our storms. A little investment goes a long way in protecting a system and a helluva lot cheaper than replacing a whole unit. I am grateful that the staff gave me this option and threw in a chemical clean and a 10% discount for being a Parker & Sons customer.

Ace was great at communicating when he would be to my home. He was kind and easy to talk with. He was very thorough on his evaluation of our cooling system! This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Would definitely recommend there services. They were easy to deal with, on time and professional. The Technician Jeffrey M. that came out was awesome!! He was punctual, knew what he was doing answered all my question and got the job done. The mess was bigger than what we had though but he figured it out and did a great job. He even cleaned up after himself which I don’t see vary many technicians do.
Also me and my sister agreed he was pretty easy on the eyes... not sure if that last part helps 😂🤣😝 but would recommend them for sure!

I had a leak at my shower that was misdiagnosed by another company. Jake did an amazing job of finding the source quickly and fixing the leak with minimal wall damage. Contacted Sam for our water softener leaking and he has to make 3 trips to fix those. He is prompt on time for all appointments. He is such a friendly and nice guy and his work is clean and super good. He is very efficient and professional

I highly recommend Jay's Cooling & Plumbing. Their prices are very reasonable (1/5th of the bid by a different company that installs gas lines), they had excellent communication and were on time, they WORKED HARD, they cleaned up after themselves, and they were nice. Overall, highly professional. Because I hired them to install a gas line, my brain hadn't thought about the fact that they do plumbing also :D, but after they reminded me, I scheduled them to come back for a plumbing job also. I plan to use them in the future to install a water purification system under my sink. I will continue to use Jay's Cooling & Plumbing in the future for whatever work I need that they can do.
