Roy Temple at BSJ Plumbing installed a dishwasher for us. He was on time, polite and professional After completion of the install he went over thae details of the work and did a check of our water pressure. Roy has great customer service skills and does outstanding work.

I have used 911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing twice in the past six months to install new toilets in two bathrooms that we remodeled. I could not be more pleased with the quality of their work, timeliness in keeping the appointment, leaving the work area spotless and Scott's friendliness. Did a good job and reasonably priced

Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Everyone from rain forest is awesome- Mario, Dustin, and all the others are great! They are honest and make sure the job is done correctly! We only use them at our hotel!

Thomas, the AC Technician, was professional, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and detailed. He arrived at the scheduled time. He explained my options, informed me of the price of each service I was considering.It was a very pleasant experience to be treated so nicely. Also, Thomas explained in detail what service he was going to start and complete.I’m completely satisfied with his work performance and the entire company.Secondly, the owners daughter called me to get my feedback the same day! She was truly amazing! I’ve never had a company call me to get a real-time evaluation of recent work done. Such a pleasant conversation. As much as I hate to admit it (…my wife likes to make fun of me for doing it…) it’s generally a common thing to procrastinate. I did just that. My procrastination lasted about six weeks until a Parker and Sons water notification alarm tool alerted me to the fact that I had to fix the problem NOW. I made a call to Parker and Sons and was immediately scheduled for a same-day inspection and potential repair. Fast forward four hours, my service advisor Josh arrived, and following his inspection and bid, he proceeded to take care of not only the removal and installation of my leaking kitchen faucet, but he also inspected my two year-old water softener/reverse osmosis system, and even took the time to walk the perimeter of my home to inspect my external faucets as well. When he was finished, he cleaned the area he was working in and let me know that he was done. He walked me through everything that he had done, and took the time to show me how he had updated the positioning all of the hoses underneath my kitchen sink for a more manageable experience. I appreciate the service that Parker and Sons delivered by having their service technician come out. Josh specifically is the reason that I am writing this review. I called the office following my excellent experience and requested he be listed as my preferred technician. I will continue to make Parker and Sons my first call on all of my plumbing and HVAC needs!

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Had some problems with my AC, he showed up the same day, found out the blower motor had gone out, and had it fixed by lunch time! Pricing was amazing. Will definitely do business again in the future.
