We have used this company several times this past year. They are always very responsive to our needs and quick to get out to install/repair/do whatever we need done! Their prices are reasonable are their work quality is top notch!!!

Project Mgr, Josh, very easy to work with and very helpful. Have had issies since the install and cannot get a call back. First issue, I ended up having to reach out to Josh on his day off to get a response. Dealing with another issue today and have yet to receive a callback after leaving several messages. I should not have to contact the project manager to get a reaponse. Extremely disappointed so far with my experience. I have not reached out to Josh yet. today, I should not have to do that to get a returned call.

What a joke! Went with Parker and sons because I heard they were so great, all awards, customers service. Their work is good when they come. First time, they came out for a repair, on a 3 year old system. Condenser is what was needed. Since the replacement of the condenser, my ac unit pulls so much power the lights dim. Never had that problem before. They signed me up for the $20.00 maintenance programs. Every time I scheduled it was canceled, due to the fact, people are without ac. Understandable, this happened 4 time since I scheduled maintenance. Today, I booked 4 mounts in advance, text verified, no show. WHAT A JOKE $20.00 a month for nothing. Canceled with them, just sucking monthly payments, and found a new company, that is five star and has great customer appreciation. They’re too big and not even professional. What a joke, no Melvin’s, just no one! Stay away!

Arizona’s Dukes of Air was incredibly prompt to save our cooling emergency. They came out for a same day consultation to evaluate our job. After inspection, a plan was in place for immediate replacement with financing options. The crew was professional and efficient in replacing the unit and getting our house restored to a comfortable temperature. These guys do their job incredibly well.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Highly responsive and a great value. Our interests were in Trane products and their estimates were as much as 30% less than 3 other HVAC companies and their response times were twice as fast as their competition.

1. Got off on a bad foot when the service desk could not follow instructions that I’d need to communicate via text, so my original appointment got pushed to a work day (I work from home).2. The tech did not keep his mask over his face most of the time, even though I was wearing one. Normally I would have required he put it on but instead I just kept the interaction outside and did not let him in the house. Masks are important to me because I have just finished radiation treatment and my immunity is not it’s best.3. The tech said it would probably be $200 but he needed to check on the labor charge first. He came back with a much higher estimate after speaking to his manger. I asked for a written explanation from the manager on why the broken valve ($10 plastic part) had to be brass (Estimate over $600), before providing payment for the diagnostic so that I could verify this was accurate. The tech, while polite himself, stayed in my front yard under his boss’s orders saying he couldn’t leave without payment. I offered to call in with my card number later or send a check after receipt of a written explanation but he said he could not leave. Imagine someone declining to leave your property when asked under any circumstance...it is upsetting, it feels unsafe.My dog was going nuts, I was on a work call at the time. I did pay him $40 just to have him leave so I wouldn’t get in trouble with my own work call, and because I was getting really upset and uncomfortable with his presence at this point-it’s just me and my daughter at home today. It sounds like they wanted to use parts that would necessitate an expensive repair. Another licensed contractor I spoke with says plastic can be used, and he anticipates it will be $150 or so.

These guys are the BEST in town when it comes to heating/cooling, gas, and plumbing! I’ve used them in the past for a full home AC replacement and decided to use them again, this time for a gas line. I like it when companies show up when they say they’re going to, ready to work. Their team came into our home, installed a gas line in our kitchen and were very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. They are honest and fair and I will use them again. Thank you Jay!

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

We have used this company for several years for our yearly maintenance of our AC unit. We were in Hawaii this year and the AC quit. Called them and they came out and informed us what we needed done. We had the work done called them the very next day and paid the $2000.00 plus and still received a letter that they were going to put a lean on our home if we didn’t pay. I don’t know what happened but sure am disappointed in them. Think it’s time to call the hall and get a new company.

If I could give no stars, I would have. My air conditioning unit was serviced by this company very recently. They told me that I needed a part, which I purchased for $200. After they installed the part, they told me it was the incorrect part. The capacitor I needed I was told would be $3000 for both the part and the installation. Upon receiving this news, I chose to get a second opinion. As it would turn out, the technician that installed the $200 part, did not hook it up correctly. Or at all as the wires were left loose and not plugged in, according to the second opinion technician. Due to this error, I had to pay an additional $70 for the second opinion technician to come and correct Chas Roberts' poor work. I am completely dissatisfied. This whole ordeal has left me traumatized and without air conditioning for much longer than was necessary. I urge you to strongly consider another company for your air conditioning needs.
