James came to our home at the very beginning of our time window. Toilet was dead, shower and sink would take hours to drain. James was able to fix the problem easily in less than 30 minutes.

I honestly could not recommend a company more! Everyone that I've interacted with has been beyond courteous and friendly! Alex came out this morning and cleared my mainline that had backed up, and not only cleared it, but camera'd the line to find out that it had collapsed under the street infront of my house preventing anything from going to the sewer. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on, sent me the video, told me who to contact, and also tested my toilets for any sewage leaks caused from the back up and found that it had actually leaked under my tile flooring, and he even took the time to call a contractor to come out and handle it within the hour who was absolutely amazing. Alex turned what would normally be a nightmare into the best resolution I could ask for. I can't thank you guys enough!

Had an issue with a faulty toilet , tech Justin came out and figured out it was an isolated issue and got everything back up and running. Very professional with the work done and would recommend ask for Justin if possible. Great job guys !!!!

They replaced my main line and charged me $22000.00 for it. Their invoice bill says $15000.00, which was paid for then I checked my credit card balance to make sure it was at zero and saw there was another charge for 7000, so that totals $22,000.00. I have put in a dispute for the extra $7000.00 in charges that they were not entitled to. By the way they will run your credit for a credit card through Synchrony Financial and that is where they are free to make any charges. I called master rooter first to try and resolved it and they denied it even though I have it written on my statement. They were not helpful. I also asked Ry Corral for a breakdown of my bill and he said he would send it, but never did. Then I called and asked the receptionist for the statement and she said she would send it, but never did. I see 5 stars for small jobs. Beware for the big jobs I feel screwed over and taking the time to get my money has been stressful. In other people's experience with getting their main line replaced the plumbers left the walls and floors the same or better than before they came, non-insurance jobs. For charging me 15K they could have also had a person to put my walls and floor back together. When they first came they said 3K to find out the problem and if additional work needed to be done they would charge more. Of course, I knew there would be additional work and so did he. It was kind of a bait and switch type deal. Jason the owner said he worked this house before, so I asked the previous owner if he ever got a quote from a Jason from a plumbing company and the previous owner to this home said yes and the quote he was given was 5k, but that was also when Jason worked for another plumbing company. This was my experience, I am still trying to get the breakdown for the costs and my unauthorized charge of $7,000.00 at this time. My main line is fixed but, at a very expensive price financially and emotionally.

I contacted Master Rooter to replace the water valve behind my refrigerator. The office representative Danielle was very professional and got me scheduled for the following day. Terry and Dylan showed up on time and we able to get everything replaced and running for me. Their professionalism and service was outstanding. They were able to explain everything to me as they proceed with the repair. Pricing couldn’t be beat and I’m so happy I contacted Master Rooter. I now get to enjoy filtered water and ice on these hot summer days!

I called them up & they dispatched someone right away. James arrived before the quoted time, & was on it. Polite, respectful, & efficient. Discovered the issue real quick.

My little adventure started yesterday with a dripping faucet and thinking I could do it, and I know who could help. I turned my angle stop to prepare to fix a leaky faucet and it crumbled in my hands. Sadly, the big box store sold me Shark Bite quarter valve for a hot water side which locked in place and then leaked. I could only cut it out... nonetheless my project failed a few more times and I ended up busting my wall and doing an emergency cap.

Master Rooter was available to talk to me at 10PM, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Michael who was empathetic and patient. He confirmed I didnt have an emergency and told me someone would be out in the morning. The technician who arrived was professional, clean, and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly fix my issue and did a courtesy walk-through on our home. He found a potential leak hazard from where the old owners used a sharkbite on a recirculate loop which could fail. They also installed the hot water heater without a pan and used the wrong valves. I didn't feel pressured to do the fix as he simply wrote a second quote and told me to call if needed.

I will definitely be scheduling the next repair in addition to the hot water service as soon as I can put aside a few dollars for the repair.

He was prompt, professional and managed to clear out the blockage.

Had him also replace a corroded metal nut on the drain that was leaking which he did quickly for us.

Had an emergency sewer pump failure in my flagstaff home. James is an awesome find in my time of need. He was able to come immediately and diagnose the problem and get involved in putting all the different sub contractors involved in getting the sewer issue cleaned and repaired on time. Woke up to main drain backing up into the tub. Call these guys and they were here in an hour and a half as promised. Justin got to work and found a solid blockage. He began to snake the drain with no luck breaking it up. He gave every effort to break this stubborn thing up. He recommended to perform kind of a power wash on the drain pipe. After getting the proper equipment he returned and promptly broke up that clog. They followed up with a complete camera inspection to assure this would not give us further issues.

UPDATE
After all of the above, they found the issue was much worse, in that the pipe to the main sewer drain was collapsed all the way under the street to the city drain. They helped me through the process of engaging the city, and hopefully this gets resolved later today, with the city replacing the portion under the street.

Ryan was here to unclog my kitchen sink. He called when he was on his way, which was needed as I was not home. I live in an old section of Phoenix (Arcadia) so my lines are old and sensitive. He was able to unclog and also repaired a corroded nut that was leaking. He was very pleasant to work with and was on time (timeliness is rare these days). Totally awesome,tech was very knowledgeable and professional .Stopped my shower faucet from leaking with new cartridge.I had had Plumbing Masters out the day before and all they managed to do was charge me their service fee and try to say I needed a valve assembly which they did not have.I would definitely use this company again.

Ryan and his team are the best! My tenant called me on Thanksgiving day and reported water was backing up from ALL the faucets, tubs, sinks. I called my home warranty company for emergency and they came the next day. They spotted that a sewer line in the backyard was broken and roots were clogging the pipe. However, they charged ridiculously high price and also pushed me for an option to use a tractor and take down the wall against the alley, which would cost extra to rebuild the wall after the work.

Ryan came over the next day right after we called him for a free estimate. He explained all the procedure and offered to do the work without taking down the wall and promised to repair any irrigation if broken during their work. Cost was reasonable. The work was done in a day and a half. His team dug more than what's in the contract but didn't charge extra. He also offered to come back next year to check the condition of the pipe for free.

Replacing pipes is not an enjoyable job but I am glad to work with Ryan. I will call him whenever I have a plumbing issue. Thanks Ryan!

On time and responsive. The first employee did not address the drainage issue so the owner sent a second employee, Dillon. Dillon was respectful, informative, and resolved the issue. The owner did what he can do to make his customer happy at the end.

The plumbing line from our master bathroom to guest bathroom was 70+ years old and clogging. Since it was too old to power wash we had to replace the line. Master Rooter provided a quote for complete line replacement in our master bathroom and guest bathroom for thousands less than the other companies we had quote. Had an clog emergency and these guys had the most availability to show up same-day. They assessed the situation, dealt with the blockage, and were very thorough in attempting to ensure that the problem had been fixed for good. Unfortunately, the root problem turned out to be beyond our control (something to do with the building's water pressure), but they really made a good faith effort to figure it out and gave me some suggestions for what to ask the building's management for.

This company has blown me away. One of the biggest risks of living in a condo is sharing pipes and toilet lines that combine with other units. After two years I had my first plumbing issue and after reaching out to several companies they wanted payment upfront and were ridiculous insane prices. This was the first company that offer free quotes, coupons for different jobs, and one of the best costumer service experience I have seen in a while. They fixed my drain issue and even brought to light that I could fix it myself or get the HOA that could be more cost efficient. MasterRootwr arrived fast and handled every issue thrown at them with courtesy. I would recommend to family and friends in a heartbeat. Edit: Last visit in was to properly seat a toilet, post a 2k jackhammer to fix the toilet flange. Somewhat unhappy that they couldn't be bothered to cut the bolts so the bolt covers could pop in place, leaving me to have to dig out my hacksaw. I wasn't home to check the work and let hubby handle it. Mistakes were made.

Love that this company is open 24/7 and the free estimate is extremely useful! They were able to come out the same day I called, let me know what the issue was, and then fix it all within the span of two days.

Called this morning and they refused to service my home because they said they don't do mobile homes which doesn't make sense because my manufactured home is in a high-end gated community, is inset and comes with external plumbing and access just like a sticks and bricks home. The guy who answered the phone said his boss would call me which he never did. Unprofessional and pretty dumb on their part to pass up an easy job. Obviously, they don't know what they are talking about if they pass up things this easy.

Was extremely impressed by Master Rooter! We tried unsuccessfully to install a shower valve for 3 days and ended up calling Master Rooter at 2am. They had someone out at about 730am. James the technician was very personable and honest, not only did he fix the shower but also did our shut off valve out front. Price was exactly as quoted. We are happy no more leaks!

$39 drain cleaning special was why we chose master rooter. Safe to say, we’ve had no problem using them ever since.

Our downstairs bathroom had been clogged after our friends stayed over. We needed it fixed asap as we had to host the same night. Bobby was on time and was professional. Had a major plumbing issue happen at the most inconvenient time over Thanksgiving weekend. Turns out most of the pipes in my house (built in 1973) were just deteriorated and belled out. All said and done, we had over 90% of the pipes replaced UNDER THE SLAB. Needless to say - a nightmare situation. I cannot say enough good things about this team. They went above and beyond to keep our house functional and get this resolved. Their attention to detail, prepping work spaces, professionalism and being kind to my insane dogs was pretty incredible. If I could give zero stars I would. The plumber just wanted to up-sell services and left with my drains still clogged. Telling me I needed more services. I went to Home Depot and rented a snake and was able to clear my drain at a third of the price. Should have done that the first time. Do not use this company—they just want your money but not do what they’re paid to do.

Had a guy named James show up. He was awesome and professional. Super happy! I then used them to get my main sewer under my house replaced and dealt with a guy named Alex as the main guy. This guy went above and beyond to help me out and get the job done. He was very Hands-On dealt with my insurance company and made sure that he had all my questions answered with no problem. This company and all the employees that I came in contact with were professional and very down-to-earth. Wow, just wow. My house flooded and I honestly thought my home was destroyed. I called Master Rooter and they were here within the hour and the issue was resolved as quickly as it possibly could be. Damage to my floor was minimal thanks to master rooter. Well done! Will definitely be using them again if I have any plumbing issues in the future.

It's not about being perfect, but rather how a business reacts to a problem that matters. I called Master Rooter after finding them on Google on Memorial Day weekend. Surprisingly they sent a guy over to clear my kitchen drain that day. He didn't have the tools he needed so he rescheduled the work for the next day. The next day was a total disaster but we'll keep it at that. No call, no show. On the third day, a different tech showed up and discovered the issues I've been having with them and admitted they had dropped the ball. They ended up clearing and jetting my drain for no charge at all. Definitely not what I expected but it was appreciated. Thanks guys, I'll always recommend Master Rooter in the future because they handled a potential disaster like pros and made it right.

My family and I cannot express how AMAZING Master Rooter is and their staff! We had an issue with our sink line and Master Rooter was out that day. After a few days of trying to assess the problem, Master Rooter was able to identify the problem and assisted us through the process from beginning to end. Their team, went above and beyond. Tim, Alex, Justin, Ryan, Chris, Marqueen, Ronnelle in the office (I apologize if I did not spell your name correctly) and Luis are just a few to name that worked with us and were there for us (I apologize for some that I am forgetting). The crew were always on time, they were very professional and they almost became somewhat family for the week(s) that they were repairing our home. We HIGHLY recommend this company!! The management team were also AMAZING and very supportive! One thing we will say, is that we were not impressed with Copper State, and if I had one piece of advice it would be to seek out a separate mitigation company as well as for the rebuild process. Despite our negative experience with Copper State, that did not hinder our wonderful and positive experience with Master Rooter! If I could give Master Rooter a higher review than 5 stars I would! I was scheduled between 8-10am with a 30 min call ahead. I waited until 9:35 when I called they could not find my info. When they did they said the tech was out on an emergency and they could get me in later. When I asked if they had planned on notifying they said the tech called them. So I asked if they had planned to notify that the tech called them and not me. She just said sorry.

This is the second time we've used Master Router and had James out to work on our kitchen drain. The office staff is fantastic. James has always been professional and responsive, on time, provided fair negotiations, honest opinions and quotes, and very friendly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Master Rooter ! I had shopped around with 4 different plumbing companies for some plumbing work I needed done. After careful consideration I chose to go with Master Rooter. I paid them $1050.00 to hydro jet all my lines to help determine what I needed to have done. The tech left and was supposed to send a quote for the repairs. For the next 3 weeks I texted the technician a number of times, emailed the office and called the office requesting that the quote be sent over so I could get scheduled for the repairs. 3 and a half weeks later my plumbing issue became urgent and I was forced to call out another company. After their free camera inspection they were able to verify the repairs that needed to be done and said they saw no evidence that Jetting was even done in the bathroom at all and that the laundry line looked like something had went through but didn’t appear to have been jetted. I was able to get a quote from them within 15 minutes of him leaving my house and was able to get the repairs done the very next day. Master Rooter eventually sent their quote which was $1300 more than what I paid with the new company to fix my bathroom line and $3,900 more to fix my laundry line. Not happy with Master Rooter at all. The company I ended up using and highly recommend is Gorge Brazil! I can’t speak highly enough of their customer service and professionalism. I wish I would have gone with them as my first choice and saved myself $1050!

The entire main line of my house had to be redone. Master Rooter came out with a camera to find a giant hole in my pipe that had caused all the backup and water damage. They set me up with Copper State for the water damage and gave me an unbeatable price to do the pipe both inside and outside of the house. As most, I was hesitant to spend over $10,000 but after going back and forth with Alex, I felt confident that his company would do the best job for me. On top of doing the plumbing they were hired for, he was an amazing liaison between Copper State and myself whenever I needed help/answers for anything that I wasn’t able to get myself. He was prompt in replying anytime I contacted him and him and his whole crew were very professional and friendly. The crew Roman, Lawrence, and Josh were great as well. Whenever I stopped by they were friendly and helped with anything I asked or called Alex if they were unsure. Through the whole (still ongoing) process of fixing my line and redoing my bathrooms, Master Rooter has been the easiest and most pleasant portion of the whole ordeal.

Had Master Rooter out to do trenchless repair on our sewer line. They had to deal with the challenge of replacing a line that was not only on our property, but crossed into our neighbor's property. They worked really hard to knock out the project on a reasonable timeline and communicated any delays and issues to me promptly. Would definitely recommend!

On January 15th after doing some dishes in the kitchen, I pulled the plug and the water just stayed in the sink. After using a plunger and Liquid Plumber with little relief, it was time to call a drain cleaning company. Looking on the web that night and the next morning Master Rooter of AZ was the company I choose to have clean our drain.
The appointment was made at 7 am for a tech to arrive between 1 and 3 pm. Dillon arrived just before 1 and had the drain open and draining as it should in less than a hour. He was kind, considerate of your problem, explained what he would be doing and went to work. He also stated and made an appointment for another tech to come to our home the next day in order to run a camera down the drain.
We are beyond pleased with the work that Dillon did and for Master Rooter to be on time with a very competitive price.
We highly recommend this company for any drain opening problem one might have.

BEWARE!!!! I purchased the $39 promotional clogged drain offer. The plumber, Jason, came out with his clog clearing machine. He took the blade off the the machine before using the devise to clean out the drain. This seemed odd to us. He put very little effort into cleaning out the drain before he pulled the device out of the drain. We tested the the sink to see if it would drain. It was still clogged. He said the next step is to purchase the hydrojetting service priced at $550. Yes that's right $550. I called our home warranty company and paid the $75 for the service call. The plumber that was sent out spent approximately 15 - 20 minutes and got the drain cleared. Do not fall for this bait and switch offer!!

The technician was Ryan, he was very friendly and accommodating. He was flexible with the time and came same day with no extra charge.Master Rooter had a very friendly administrator on the phone line that made my appt. Also, not only did the technician Ryan make sure we were satisfied with the work, but was very personable and proficient all the way around. He represented the quality of his company well!

Master Rooter is a dynamic plumbing company. 18 yr old water heater stopped working. Master Rooter took care of us through financing a new water heater. Prices are much better than their competitors. My name is Gina and Ryan was sent over for an estimate due to a back up. The snake would't work so we discussed Jetting the pipe. Ryan made an appointment that day for the jetter to come out. When the jetter arrived so did Ryan. Ryan explained everything, when the camera went into the pipe it was found my pipe had collapsed. Ryan showed me the camera view and he helped me on how to move forward. Ryan came out again when the mitigation guy arrived to help with any questions or concerns. Ryan, Matt and John ended up replacing all my cast iron pipe to the main. They had to start at my laundry room through my kitchen and the the crew had to tunnel from my basement under my house and out to the pool decking. As dirty as the job was Ryan's crew took every step to keep my house as clean as possible. Ryan and his crew were polite, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeable and I was at ease. Ryan found a few other little things wrong at which he went out of his way to fix. I could not have been more thankful for this crew of men. Called for an emergency sewer clog on a weekend; technician James was prompt, courteous, and professional - was able to auger thru a clog in the main line and performed an initial hydro-jetting. The remainder of the purchased service (camera scoping and subsequent hydro-jetting, if needed) required scheduling for later in the week due to their availability, which ended up being a no-call/no-show. They subsequently missed the next three rescheduled events, and the gal that answered the phone when I called to follow-up on missed appointments was curt and rather unpleasant. To date, despite having received full payment on the initial service call, the entirety of the service was not performed to completion and an ROC complaint has been filed.

Justin arrived to my house in less than an hour and had my slow flowing toilet working again quickly! Highly recommend!

Called Master Rooter to fix a clogged kitchen sink. I was giving a time of 8 - 10am and Ryan showed up approximately 0830. It was a difficult clog to break, but after his relentless desire not to fail. Ryan took out a beast of a electric snake. BOOM!!! The clog was gone and wife was happy. Very impressed with Master Rooter professionalism, cleanliness of work, and being on time. Thank you.

I had what I thought was a plumbing leak in the drainpipe in my wall. When I opened it I found tree roots growing inside the drain pipe. After consulting a few people I was directed to Master Rooter.
Ryan came out the very next day, Saturday, to review the issue. We discussed and tree roots in plumbing is common, oddly enough. Unfortunately the only way to deal with the issue because the tree roots had caused so much damage was to jackhammer up the floor and fix all the plumbing damage. Then inspect all the related lines to make sure they were clear.
It is a heck of a thing to be told you have to have part of your floor demoed. Thankfully Master Rooter is experienced with this. Ryan's calm demeanor and confidence let me know that I was in good hands.
They were out only 4 days later. Steven did the jackhammering and plumbing repair work. He did his best to keep down the dust, even with the area fixed for containment before they started.
Ryan inspected all the plumbing lines related with a camera including the main one out of house to the city line.
They finished the work, including putting down concrete to fill the hole, in about four hours.
Ryan and Steven were wonderful. In a very bad situation for me they had calm demeanors, affable personalities and were knowledgeable and professional.
I highly recommend Master Rooter.

Talk about A+ plumbing service as well as general customer service. Ryan and his apprentice Eddy were excellent. These guys came over same day as I called and were punctual. They came in assessed my plumbing situation (clogged bathtub) and told me what might have caused and how to prevent it from occurring in the future. To answer everyones question, YES they did actually charge the advertised $39 special they had going on at the time which was a blessing and really saved my wallets life lol. Once they got the okay they got their special tool to unclog the tub and within 10 minutes they had unclogged the drain and had it running smooth as butter. These guys also gave me some advice on another leak I was somewhat unaware of and gave me a rough estimate with no pressure or hassle to get the job done that instant. These guys truly go above and beyond to make the customer happy! I wanted to wait a few days after they did the work just to make sure they did a good job since it seemed to good to be true, but its been a few days and the shower is still 100% usable since the unclog so I would say the job was a major major success! If you like good business people these guys are the plumbers for you! Thanks again guys for everything I will definitely use you guys for all my families future plumbing needs!

I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I was compelled. From the moment I contacted Master Rooter until the day of job completion, I experienced a consistent degree of professionalism, truthfulness and responsiveness not often seen in this industry. When a plumbing fiasco happens, it's easy to get overwhelmed, but the team Master Rooter has put together speaks to its commitment to deliver a service that sets itself apart from the competition.

It began with a backup in both my bathrooms and the laundry room. I reached out to Master Rooter and Donny Bailey was quick to arrive. Donny was obviously there to do a job, but his knowledge far exceeded the task at hand and the manner in which he carried himself and presented information instilled trust. After snaking the pipes to get me back up and running, he felt there was a bigger issue at play and so he said he'd come back to do a camera scoping. When scoped, it was clear there was a collapse in my sewer line (i.e. worse case scenario) so he walked me through the recommendation to replace it and spoke to what could be typically expected with regards to insurance coverage. His knowledge on plumbing seemed indisputable, but more importantly, the way in which he presented things was simple to grasp and made me feel confident things would go according to plan.

Next step...breaking ground. When Ry Corral, the assigned Project Manager, came with his team, he was extremely professional, succinct, and layman in his explanation of scope and timing for completion; 4 days. Dustin Lange, the Master Foreman (i.e. team leader) on the job, was equally badass and professional. Over the next 4 days, he and his team replaced all the sewer lines under my house using technology that allowed for creating holes in just a few areas in the foundation vs. trenching the entire length. At the end of the 4th day, the line was replaced and the holes were closed up.

In summary...and as strange as it may sound...dealing with Master Rooter has actually been a pleasure. I'm sure there are countless plumbing companies who could get the job done, but it's about the how that makes the difference. Master Rooter is technology forward-thinking, which is something else I really appreciate, but their approach to customer service is what truly sets them apart and I recommend them with confidence.

Only thing good was they showed up on time. The plumber they sent claimed to have 8 years experience. He tried to open a clean out with an old pair of channel locks that looked like they were about to break. After attempting to open the clean out he said the cast iron pipe was too old and needed to be replaced entirely, said it would cost a small fortune and I should make a claim with my homeowners insurance. After he left I went to Walmart bought some sodium hydroxide to clean out the drain because the Dran-O did not work....the sodium hydroxide cleared the drain. Total scam in my mind. Would not recommend, total upsell for unnecessary repairs.

Called to have all the plumbing checked in three bathrooms and to replace all the tub and sink fixtures in one of them. Previously had a hot water heater replaced by Jason. Their guys responded on time and were extremely responsive and professional. They found a couple of slow leaks I didn't even know I had. Would definitely call them again. Thanks guys.

We had water coming out from underneath our cabinets in the kitchen, at the bottom of the walls in the living room and in our closet in our bedroom, that is on the other side of the bathroom.I started with a different plumbing company and fired them , within two days of them being in my home . I called Master Rooters.Donny came out and took a look at my drainage pipes and seen that they collapsed all throughout our home !! Donny and his team was very professional and respectful ,on time and fix the problem within days!! Had a main line issue and priced very fairly, which I know would have been double the cost with another company that you hear advertised on the radio. We called Master Rooter because our 3 yr old flushed a sock down the toilet. It flooded our bathroom and hallway so we needed next day service. We were having issues with our pipe in the wall in our kitchen, but didn’t know the extent of the damage. I called the office and office staff was so courteous and friendly. Seems like they really put your anxieties at ease. This company doesn’t charge “trip charges” and don’t lie to you about what’s going on. Once the claim was in process I called Master Rooter and they came over quickly to assess the damage. Alex, was straight forward with me and let me know what to expect. His team consisted of Roman and Robert they came over and started opening up the walls to see what’s happened. The fixed it like the professionals they are as promptly as they could. These issues sometimes take time so they asked for patience and I had all understanding that “it’s a process”. I definitely wanted it done right. Roman, Robert and Alex were respectful of our home and cleaned up when they needed to. Very friendly and answered questions as they could. We called Master Rooter late on a Saturday regarding a drain line that was backing up. Master Rooter was one of the only companies to even answer the phone and the man we spoke with was professional, courteous, and most of all seemed to actually care. Although dealing with a busy schedule themselves, he was very accommodating to fit us in the following morning (Sunday). James (one of their lead tech’s), came out as scheduled and on time and immediately put our worries at ease as he got to work. They did not try to upsell us as is notorious in the plumbing industry and we felt 100% taken care of by their services. James and Master Rooter are awesome! We own and operate our own residential construction business and we will absolutely be using them on future projects of ours. Highly Recommend!!!

These guys have decent reviews so I'm surprised by my experience. The guys showed up and attempted to get my drain cleared. They didn't have any luck. The next day the jetting crew came out. They unfortunately couldn't get it cleared either. I paid the 900 bucks plus the initial visit and never heard from them again. They were supposed to get plan together and get some options on how to fix my problem. Crickets. Text, called no response. Had to start the process all over again with a new company. So frustrating.

Martin & Stephen were absolutely AMAZING. We had a very time sensitive plumbing issue at a property that was closing escrow in 72 hours. They came out right away and did a great job, their communication was incredible and we closed on time all thanks to them. I cannot recommend them enough!

This company is a total rip off. Guy came in to clean out my kitchen drain and claimed that he couldn't clean it due to a collapsed cast iron pipe. Like there is any cast iron in a house built in 1996! Spent two hours, made a lot of noise, broke a bracket on my RO filter, broke the cleanout plug and left it off the pipe, and left claiming they would arrange for an inspection for $500 and call my insurance company to file a claim. Billed me $225 for that. I had to get an honest company to come out and fix the damage and clean out the pipe and replace the cover they broke. took about 20 minutes for the honest company. If I could write a negative 10 I would!

Main line blocked on a Saturday. I called at noon and Andrew was here shortly. He was very friendly and efficient. He explained the category 3 sewage waste. Called and had someone here to check out the damage and start drying it out right away.
