Paul came right away and diagnosed problem with old, leaking r/o system. Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous. On time next morning with new system. I have great confidence in him, and highly recommend him, as well as other Parker and Sons employees, no matter what the job entails.

Service was excellent. He was able to identify the problem quickly, had the parts, replaced the capacitors, checked system, ran AC and added Freon. He explained and showed me what he was doing and what the display on his test gear. I was impressed and very happy that I had chosen Dukes of Air to do the repair.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Had employee show up completely unprofessional and rude.

I was notified I had the opportunity for an earlier service slot than originally scheduled, and the technician arrived on time. I hit the lottery by having Rick as my service technician. After Rick’s service/maintenance I am confident my HVAC system is good to go. Rick also installed a couple WiFi capable thermostats and made certain this old guy could operate them. I am extremely impressed with not only Rick, but all interactions with scheduling and support operations at Isley’s Home Service.

I contacted Plumbing Pros on Monday at 9am after the plumber I had scheduled notified me he couldn't be there that day. (My remodel project was on hold until I could get a plumber onsite.) Tony and Trevor arrived promptly and were professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The work was done quickly and I am so appreciative of their services!
