911 is my lifesaver. I had an old ac/ heating unit that no other company wanted to deal with.. Darrell came over and actually gave me some solutions and took on the job. He said it would take some time but he would get it done. Especially during this Covid when every other company told me they were booked up, couldn't get the supplies, didn't deal with my kind of system, or just plain never called me back. Darrell stayed diligent and professional through the whole process. Heck, they practically built me a whole new system! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911. Great service! Hot water heater wasn’t working and John our technician found the problem and we were able to get additional work done on the same service call. They were at our house a couple of hours after we called. A+ service and will definitely use again.

I first used Duke’s of Air when we shopped several different companies for an HVAC replacement. They were both fair in price and incredibly professional. Since the HVAC replacement, we have used them for all of our seasonal tune-ups. Duke’s is consistently friendly, punctual, professional and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them for all my HVAC needs.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

We were very impressed with the prompt and courteous service we received from Minuteman Home Services. The plumber explained what was wrong and how he was going to repair it. The leak in our backyard was fixed. The cost was reasonable.
We will definitely call them again for any home repair we may need in the future.

Had Master Rooter out to do trenchless repair on our sewer line. They had to deal with the challenge of replacing a line that was not only on our property, but crossed into our neighbor's property. They worked really hard to knock out the project on a reasonable timeline and communicated any delays and issues to me promptly. Would definitely recommend!

I found that the tech assigned to my repairs to be very forthcoming about the reasons the repairs perhaps took longer and costed more than I anticipated. I only hope they backup their work if things aren't correct.
They were very professional at the office every time I contacted them. Pricing a little more than I am used to.we have rental units and this was the second highest pricing I have had to pay. Very professional though!

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!
