Solar water heater, got the run around and never followed up. Plus charged a $135 service call. They had no idea what the problem was. I finally found someone who identified the problem immediately. Wasted a couple of weeks with these people and no hot water.

Had unit installed last year the initial crew was young and had to have a follow up with an experience tech they topped off the Freon. this year during inspection the Freon was low again suggest that there is definitely a leak and we’ll see if they are going to stand behind that next year when they check it again

Parker & Sons came out to do maintenance on our water heater, and everything is working well. I’ve had P&S come out now for the last 4 years for different things and each time they have done a great job. They’ve completed the job each time, where other service providers don’t seem to have the experience to complete the job 100%. I’ll keep calling them for all their services.

Update: After referring 3 people in my family for new HVACS, I finally needed this service myself. One of my ACs dumped out on the night b4 Father's Day. They had a tech out by 8:30 that Sunday. I needed a new unit. I had 2 that were 16 years old! I decided to replace both. Yesterday, in 8 hours, I had 2 new QUIET units up and working. They rebuilt the attic access trapdoor BETTER than it had been before. They cleaned up so well that you'd never know they'd been here. And I have a light carpet!The crew was neat, courteous, and arrived when they said they would. Thank you, Dukes. I will continue to refer my friends and family to you.Ace was on time, neat, friendly, and professional. He made a thorough assessment of our units and made recommendations. I appreciated his honest, no-nonsense approach.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

AJ came to fix our AC and my husband and I were both busy on the phone. AJ was very professional and respectful as he felt badly having to interrupt us while we were on the phone. AJ fixed out AC in a timely manner and walked us through our receipt to let us know what he did to fix our AC and take care of the Maintance part of both our AC.
We were thankful for the text to let us know when he was coming and for communicating with us after he was done with the job.

We had 4 plumbing companies come to our home for a clogged kitchen line. All 4 said their plumber would take care of the problem, none of them did! I knew that there had to be away for cleaning a drain without tearing the kitchen apart and jack hammering through the foundation to find a clog!!! There was. Plumbing Medic. First of all, wow! Incredible plumber. Most honest plumber I have ever met.
Right off the bat he shared how a restoration company was not needed which made it clear to me the kind of plumber I was dealing with. Very honest with endless integrity.
Most plumbers only care about recommending a restoration company to get a referral fee which they care much more about than they ever do the plumbing job itself. Not neighborhood plumbing. Sam was out at my house and cared much more about the job he was hired for then recommending a restoration company that is only in it for the money.
Sam came out and exchanged a leaking water heater and shared exactly what we are already going to do about the pedestal that got wet. He even shared to not call a restoration company and file a claim when there is absolutely no reason for it.
Again, call 100 plumbing companies to your house and 99 of them will do everything they can to get you to file a claim with your insurance and get a restoration company out there so they can receive a referral fee. But when you call neighborhood plumbing you get honesty which you almost never see in the plumbing world.
We strongly recommend neighborhood plumbing and air conditioning for all of your plumbing and air-conditioning needs. You will get a very fair price, honesty, and incredible work.
