Best HVAC Thermostat Installation in Mesa AZ

I've used 911 a couple of times now on both my properties and have had a good experience both times. They are punctual and professional and I will definitely call again for future projects.

Robert was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our residents and staff were completely comfortable during this transition of weather change. Our AC UNITS couldn’t keep up with the heatwave we are experiencing now. He stayed into the late hrs not leaving until the work was done. He was professional and kind to the residents and staff. Matt and Michael came out to install a new water heater. They were both knowledgeable and professional. I felt that they really cared about my needs. Awesome cimmunication and will definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

The technician was skilled in completing the repair. He had a strong grasp of plumbing issues and was familiar with the required equipment. He offered useful advice and suggestions for future maintenance. I was satisfied with the service. My interactions with the technician were pleasant at first but devolved into uncomfortable territory. He informed me that my home design was dated and unattractive. He showed photos of his home, family, and investment properties. He ended the service call by asking about my travel habits, where I purchased my furniture, plans for selling my home, and the user of a vehicle in parked in my driveway. All these questions seemed inappropriate. My overwhelming sense was that he was privately evaluating my financial resources. I can appreciate someone's interest in design. However, service providers should not be proccupied withassessing the affluence of clients.

Randy did a great job evaluating and fixing the AC unit at my girlfriend's townhome. The AC was not cooling and he was able to bypass the control board to get the AC unit to cool. It is a very old unit and will need to be replaced. Thank you for your your great customer service, Randy. I also appreciate your service to our country! I would use Arizona Dukes of Air again if I had to.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I Relocated from Chicago in January and found The Cooling and Plumbing company during my search for tradesmen to renovate my condo. Jay and his crew were timely and fair and installed a water heater, ran a loop and installed a new water softener, a seven stage R/O system and even fixed a prior plumbers mistakes on my new bathrooms.
I have done business on numerous occasions now and will use Jay Monday and his crew for all of my plumbing and air conditioning needs.
I have received a fair estimate for a new air conditioner/handler and hope to make it through this summer on the older unit. Jay came out and cleaned and checked the older unit to keep in running for another season until I could budget a new system.

Professional and reliable service!!!

On the hottest day of the year, our AC had issues. I expected to have to schedule service a day or two out. Isley’s was able to come the same day! The technician was professional, arrived earlier than expected, and explained the issue in a way I could understand.

This company is absolutely a joke. The AC they installed in my Lennar new home broke for the second time in a year. I will never want to deal with this company.
