If I could give them no stars I would…..Worst Customer Service Ever and I don’t think anyone in this company has a clue what’s going on. I have been with Parker and Sons since 2020 and they have always done a wonderful job up until NOW…… We had our routine yearly maintenance scheduled in May and they called and asked us to move it so they could service people who didn’t have AC. This was totally not a problem and completely understand as we had working AC. We had our maintenance checked Thursday morning and after the guy left two hours later it stopped working. It was working fine before he touched it. Now I can’t get anyone back to my house and just keep getting told someone is coming…… I suggest stay far away from this company and find a different one who treats their customers with respect. They are your Average Joe.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

I had one of my AC units go down, on a Friday night. Called Air & Mechanical when they opened on Saturday. They were able to have a technician out before noon that day. After determining the unit was not repairable, they identified a replacement and scheduled the install for the upcoming Wednesday. With both the product and labor shortages everyone is experiencing I was very happy with everything.

We made a call for services on our hot water heater and routine flushing and an appointment was arranged promptly and we appreciated the quick response ….the Minuteman Rep was very prompt on the arrival date ...and completed the flushing and further checking of our water heater making sure all was working properly......very professional service and the pricing and quality from Minuteman was very acceptable. We were very pleased....and would recommend Minuteman Home Services in the future......Rep..Dave was outstanding..! In conclusion, about 2 weeks later we noticed a small leak from the drain of the heater and contacted Minuteman again....received a callback promptly and had a Rep out to our home the next day......lo and behold ….It was the same Rep..Dave…….who corrected the leak...seams it was a plastic or rubber o-ring...all this corrected again......this company stands by it services and would recommend them highly....will not call anyone else when it calls for home services..!!!!!

Kyler was our tech, he wasn't here when he said he would be but we did get a call letting us know he was running behind schedule. He was very friendly and let us know what he was doing the entire process. We will definitely be requesting him next time.

I called on a Saturday for a toilet clog and questions about bathroom faucets. Sam was knowledgeable and came over the same day. He was quick and fixed our toilet fast and gave us great advice about our faucets. We will definitely be calling him with any of our plumbing needs and recommend him to all of our friends and family!

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
