These guys are awesome! Our AC was not functioning efficiently and they worked hard to diagnose and resolve the issue. They were friendly, punctual, and professional. Highly recommend.

Everything what one AC company can provide it was provided by this company.Office staff and installation crew was very professional and nice.I can't remember when I saw better/clean air-condition units installation then this one.I working like property manager for long time and this is exactly what I need from AC company.Good job.

We knew in advance that we had serious plumbing issues. Dennis and Alex were great in explaining it all and were honest in their evaluations of what was most important. Besides being knowledgeable they were very nice people.

Service tech was ahead of schedule, which was great for me. Courteous and listened to the past history and what I had believed the issue could be.Troubleshot our ac system (which was running too hard) down to air handler issue.Found leaks in air handler and refrigerant was too low.Unit is under warranty and quoted a fair labor cost.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Best customer service in the valley... This company is best in the valley. Excellent customer service and the highest quality workmanship in Arizona.... Don't believe give them a shot yourself .

We have used Air & Water Mechanical for years utilizing their services ranging from AC Maintenance, Reverse Osmosis Maintenance, Hot Water Heater Maintenance and smaller plumbing services. Just had Mario Casias out to look into a leaky toilet and he was on time, professional, explained everything extremely well and very courteous. A prime example of why we will continue to use this company in the future.

I have used Minuteman twice in the past few months for different issues and have found them to be very reliable. Once was for an emergency situation and the other was for maintenance. I would recommend to anyone.

My meter line started leaking on my end and water started seeping up from under ground. I called Plumbing Medic and another company to get an estimate. Plumbing Medic was better priced and offered me 2 options. Josh explained both options to me and called me back to make sure I understood both options. Josh was great in this whole situation. This is the second time I have had Plumbing Medic do major work on this house. Great company to work with!!

So two months after I bought my house it sprung a wall leak. I called the home warranty company and they sent a jerk from Tuscon ( Yes I said Tuscon). He made a company come out to cut the drywall and dry the walls. Fixed a small foot and a half section to my dislike. To repair the line the way I wanted was 5K out of pocket according to him. A week after the drywall was done another leak sprung. The drywall company came back out for free and tore it all back apart. Jay came out replaced the entire line plus two other iffy lines for $500!!!!!! He Stood behind his work did what I wanted as a homeowner and went the extra mile to make sure I would never have this problem again!!!!! The integrity of this company and its owner are something you never see any more! If I could give more stars I would!

I bought a few appliances. They were delivered on time and in good shape and installed in a quick and friendly manner.

Highly recommend Master Rooter and if you get James, you’re in luck. James is a hard worker that did everything he could to get the job done. Great communication from Master Rooter and James. Can’t thank you guys enough!

Greatly disappointed! Johnathon did not know how to disassemble the valve to get the cartridge out. He said he lacked experience and would need to check with more knowlegable associates, and come back later with the solution. In leaving here he charged me for the service charge. Will I ever hear from you again to replace the cartridge in my bathroom sink faucet?

I love this company. I just had them fix my air conditioner and I'm so happy once again with their work. They're very honest and I appreciate their quick response. They'll also do emergency calls on the weekend which is a great thing when your air goes out on a Saturday in July. For those who complained about someone being rude need not worry any longer because the son has taken over and he's a great guy. I wouldn't have my a/c serviced by anyone else!
