Used them again today and once again the service was excellent. Steven Parks provided me with options and answered all of my numerous questions. Highly recommend this company.

10/20/22:
Needed R/O tank and filters replaced. They responded immediately and resolved the issue. Plumber used boot coverings and did his job professionally. Will definitely use them again.

Great service, and good prices. Honest, willing to open up and take a look on first call, highly recommend them.

My technician Robert showed up on time (early actually), quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. He was efficient, friendly and had us cooling in no time. I would definitely recommend their AC service

Bill was great. Being an older lady and living alone, I really appreciated it when he offered to change my vent filter. Not fond of climbing ladders any longer! He was punctual, gave me the low down on what he found, good n bad, and gave me options. I've been with Parker n Sons for awhile, and have no plans to change.

My AC was serviced by another company and then it broke down 2 weeks later. After doing some research it was still under warranty so I called Arizon's Dukes of Air and they came out within 36 hours and found out it was just clogged.. They sent out Justin and he was so professional and on his game. The entire experience was great. Thanks

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Love this company. Did my air conditioner system Approx 2 years ago. They come out on service contracts and always are on time. They are straight forward, always dig down to see what the problem is. Always check out other issues... today Ed came out to install a water pressure valve and diagnosed a leaky house bib as well. ( which of course I already knew about).

Our 3 years air-condition stopped working last week when it's 114° I tried to call the company who installed it. They were out of business because of covid!! I called Frederick & Son and they sent their technician ( Juan) in a few hours, after he checked he told us the compressor stopped working, they could charged us Extra for it but they did not! They replaced it and they just charged us for the labor and they parts they used! They are great hardworking people. We will use them again and again. They are in this business for a long time! Thank you again for your excellent job.

Kowality Plumbing has been very crucial in helping us get a valuable portion of our pool build completed. We have a whole house water filtration system that needed to be bypassed for the pool and landscape water supply. Kowality Plumbing had the solution and the price was extremely reasonable. They were also very responsive when I initially called with my questions and concerns about the situation.

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
