Technician called prior to the appointment and was very friendly.Technician was very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to check my system and identify accurately any issues. This WAs especially important to me as I had another company recently check my system and try to sell me a new AC unit. Without going into to much detail I was told my system was over 10 years old and it needed parts that would exceed its worth. Not only did your technician find my unit is only 3 years old, but non of the issues the other company found were accurate. After his review and recommended I did need a capacitor but this was hardly a reason to replace my unit. Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. Not only will I use your company again but I will highly recommend your company to friends and family. I give you 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Staff members were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful during the whole process. The thoroughness of the estimate was impressive. After evaluating for more than 2 hours the needs for our home, Rob from Dukes of Air carefully explained what was needed and how Dukes of Air would address those needs. The installers were prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful by explaining the new system and it’s controls. We were very impressed and happy we chose Dukes of Air.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Tim and the whole crew were just fantastic.
We had 3 companies come out to do an initial appraisal. The first company barely looked at the system and quoted an outrageous amount. The second company did a thorough job but recommended non-matching components (in the same price range as Water Factor). What I really liked about Air & Water Factor was not only the thorough review of the system but the clear explanation of what they needed to do to not only replace the AC but improve the overall performance with proper installation and added insulation.
Since moving into the house our AC has ALWAYS knocked which irritating. Tim knew exactly what was wrong (actually a fairly simple fix). The installed system has worked beautifully and is very quiet. Very Satisfied. Highly recommended.

Having recently moved to Tempe, the drain pipe of the washing machine was blocked. After leaving voicemails with several local plumbers not retuning my call, I called this company responding immediately. They quickly assessed the problem and remedied it the following morning at a very reasonable price, going over-and-above what was called for. They were very professional and pleasant to deal with and will be my 1st choice for any plumbing issues in the future. I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs!

Scheduled an appointment and was given a 2 hour window. 20 minutes before the window ending, I called to get an update. It took me calling them multiple times to find out their technician called in and never showed up to any of their appointments. Ridiculous...

On Friday, May 21st, I had scheduled an appointment for Isley’s to come install a new water heater in my home between 10-2pm, I prepaid approx $1400 for the job. I asked them to call me when they were coming as I could come home from work (I am a teacher and the end of the year there is a lot of work to do). Isley’s plumber Zach showed up at 10:30 AM, but after about 10-20 min he realized he had the wrong size water heater (too tall), he would have to leave and get the right one. I went back to work and told him to call again, when he was ready, (kind of annoying but to err is human). Zach returned, installed the water heater, but then told me all water heater warranties were void (manufacturer & Isley’s) because my water pressure was too high (90 psi, it had to be 85psi). Then he wanted to charge me $500 more dollars to fix it so the warranties were valid. He reduced the charge to $404 as a kind of “I’m sorry for not checking before,” because he could tell I was extremely upset at this point and told him he should have checked the pressure on his initial visit. He had to leave again to get a part, I returned to work, again, but had to return home for a 3rd time (he need a faucet turned on to complete the work). At this point I was so upset I could barely contain my anger. Zach completed the work, and everything seems to be working properly.

Here is my complaint. Why do you train your service agents to check the water pressure after you do the work? Your company literally held me hostage by not checking the pressure and then surprised charged me an additional $400 charge if I wanted the warranties to be valid. What kind of business are you running? Is this how you treat all of your customers?
