Best A/C System Vent Cleaning in Mesa AZ

I called 911 Heating and Cooling because my A/C went out, they had someone out right away to adjust the situation and I had a quote within a couple of hours...My experience with 911 Heating and Cooling was very professional and I highly recommend this company.

We moved into a house built in 1972, we LOVE the house, but with time, things happen..... POOT happens, and unfortunately we had issues with a sewer line backing up into the toilets and bathtubs. After calling in our concerns and trouble to Kendall plumbing, they were very knowledgeable and responsive. They had a very nice gentleman out the same day AFTER HOURS, who flushed the air vents through the roof of our house, his name was Warren. Kendall plumbing tried to complete the easiest, most economical fixes first, to avoid higher costs. Unfortunately, but after a few days the fix was unsuccessful, so to avoid the expensive fixes, they utilized a camera in the sewer line, and again flushed and snaked all available sewer pipes; this we believe was the owner of Kendall Plumbing; very nice man. They discovered a broken sewer line underground in our front yard, and they had communication with a gentleman with a back-hoe/digging service, and coordinated that service together the NEXT DAY! **Scott** with Kendall Plumbing has been to our house 4 times at least my husband and I can remember, the most of anyone, and is VERY nice down to earth guy. Shane was a nice man that came out on-call on a Sunday. They are kind, and understood what a pain in the tush and issue we had with a broken sewer line. They dug up the front yard to replace the old and disintegrated pipe in the front yard; they used quality replacement pipe. They replaced all the dirt and rock nicely in the front yard, and used good caution in the front yard to protect our 30 year old peach and plum trees, and our big treasured climbing/swing tree in the front yard, which has all of our bird houses and bird bath. They were kind and respectful, and treated our family and our property/yard like it was their own. We truly appreciated the service they provide, and the courteous, skilled, efficient, honest, timely, wonderful plumbers/gentlemen that work for their company. Christy, is a very nice gal that works in the office and coordinates the plumber's jobs/schedule; she communicated with my husband Matt many, MANY times, to make sure we were all on the same page; my husband valued how well she communicates, like a long term friend. We would DEFINITELY utilize their services again should a plumbing issue arise, and we also would DEFINTELY recommend their services to other homeowners with major plumbing issues. They responded quickly, even AFTER HOURS, and made good time, were ON TIME, even coming from their main office in Mesa, and their road trip across Phoenix and the Valley to west/rural Peoria; a 45-50 mile EACH way trip. The techs arrived on time were extremely knowledgeable, went right to work and explained what they were going to do at each step. I trusted them and will use them again and would not hesitate to refer them to friends and associates. Overall a nice comfortable experience

I just needed them to replace the filters and membrane on my reverse osmosis system. Tyler was great, courteous and personal. He was here about 40 min. But even though I had already purchased the filters and membrane, it cost $200 to just change them out (and that's their family plan pricing!!). Great quality but the price is extraordinary.

This is the second time I used Mason Pro Services for electrical work and both experiences were great. I called them and they were able to come out same day. Jeff was the gentleman that came out on my most recent visit and I was very impressed with him. He knew exactly what I needed and gave me very fair pricing. He was
professional, efficient, knowledgeable and just a really nice guy. I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies with up selling and paying way more for services than reasonable. I will continue using Mason Pro Services in the future. They come and get the job done with reasonable pricing.

Not only late and, but incredibly incompetent. I was assigned Air & Water Factor from my home warranty company, Republic, for a garbage disposal tripping the circuit breaker issue. After 50 minutes past the scheduled service time (which was 7AM, first service call of the day), I had to call the dispatcher which went to voice mail. I got a call back at 8:05AM telling me that they had issues with the driver picking up the truck. No problem, I just expect a courtesy call when you are going to be an hour late.

When they showed up, he plugged in the garbage disposal and it tripped the circuit breaker. He told me I have a bad switch. I said plug another garbage disposal into the outlet and see if it works... he said he doesn't have a garbage disposal. I asked 'Why would you show up to fix a garbage disposal without one in your truck?' else in and see if the switch works? He said he isn't an electrician he doesn't diagnose electrical problems. I told him it's not an electrical problem. I plugged in a high horsepower air compressor to the outlet for the garbage disposal and turned it on / off to demonstrate it wasn't the switch. He said he had to call Old Republic to get the work order reassigned for electrical.

I think the plumber was just hoping to turn the hex wrench wrench on the bottom of the garbage disposal, reset the breaker, and get their $65 fee. He knew the disposal was bad when he left. He was either lazy, or incompetent, either way I am glad Republic sent another plumber out to replace the broken disposal.

The repair and maintenance rep. from Minuteman Home Services was on time, friendly, very professional and explained the full service in plain English, so that a person outside the industry understood what the service was all about. I will call this company again.

I will never use this service again. The tech broke my shower pipe with his tool, and I paid him to replace it. I called the company was assured she would call me back never happened. Called again, my son called no response. A less than a hundred dollar service call went up to over 500! Never again!

Sammy is totally knowledgeable and fast! He removed a tank water heater and installed a tankless water heater, which meant he had to maneuver and remove the old water heater . It was amazing to watch him work with such specific order for job completion. His work is perfection as is his work ethics and personality. Our new water heating system looks as though it was installed by the professional that Sam has proven to be. Great Job, exceptionally priced and well worth the money! Hot water forever and ever!

Jay Monday is outstanding! I met him in 02' and I could tell he was a good man, he's x military so I can appreciate his attention to detail. He's got great work ethics, doesn't quit until the job is done and done right and he never says something can't be done. I've had him service and repair my home and business since I've known him. I refer him to everyone, including my family who all love him! As a business owner, I have enough on my plate so its good to know I can call on Jay anytime and he'll be right there for me and my family. There's not a lot of people with these work ethics around anymore, thats for sure!

Not upfront with pricing. They sent a technician out and was quoted $289 for a standard clogged toilet. Sent them away after paying a trip charge of $29. Called another plumber 5 minutes later and got upfront pricing of $99 with no trip charge (same day service). My own fault for trusting them on fair pricing. Should have called 1-2 other plumbers.

The tech that came out fixed my AC within minutes. He was so nice and professional. I feel bad I didn’t get his name to mention it. I’m so thankful because working from home with a baby and not having AC on a day that has an excessive heat warning is less than ideal. Isely’s is amazing!
