I was having a bit of a plumbing emergency. I called two different companies who told me they couldn’t address my issue for at least a few days. I found River city Plumbing on Facebook and then I called them in a bit of a panic. The operator sensed the desperation in my voice and had a plumber at my house within the hour. The plumber did a fantastic job and the price for his work was more than reasonable. Highly recommend!!

August 2012 - When I found my carpet soaked with water and needed a plumber on a Thursday night, I called Roto-Rooter Memphis. I promptly heard back from Joe and he arrived at my house quickly. Little did I know that my job would be one of the most difficult broken pipe jobs he had ever faced. But he, and later another plumber named Billy, worked together to fix everything perfectly. The entire time I was completely impressed with their work ethic, professionalism and true concern for the situation I was facing. They made me feel better by doing an excellent job. I really can't say enough good things about working with Roto-Rooter Memphis. If I EVER need a plumber again, I will always call Rooter-Rooter Memphis!! Thank you all so much for the work you did. After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
