Had a busted water heater in the attic, that was spilling water into the ceiling of a bedroom, the fellas (Trey and Alden) came out quickly and assessed the situation and removed the suspect water heaters and installed a tankless water heater - thank you for the great and quick service! Repair man was prompt and courteous. He could not find my clean-out, so he had to call another man and they went down through my roof vent. Shortly after they left, I flushed a toilet and it ran over. I called and they were back here quickly. This time they ran the cleaner line further and pulled out roots. Everything works fine now.

Both men were very polite and courteous, and did not waste any time.

I will definitely call Roto-Rooter next time I have a problem.

LOVE this company! The service is spot on, they’ve replaced my lines to the street, replaced toilets, fixed my leaky shower head, and most recently completed an entire bathroom renovation for us. No other plumbers were willing to respond for an emergency repair. Roto-rooter said they would have a plumber there within an hour, but about 15 minutes later their plumber was at my house. German (the plumber) was very friendly and had the issue fixed in about 20 minutes.

John Eddings was very knowledgeable and very proficient. He explained everything he did and showed me a video for an option to remove mildew from the coil chamber.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
