These guys came out to fix our a/c because our home warranty uses them. First time they said our a/c fan was broken & they fixed it. They tried to upsell us on a bunch of other, uncovered services. A/C was not fixed. Came out 2nd time and said freon pressure was too high. When the guy left he told me the temp would come down in about an hour. It's 3 hours later and my house is the same temp as when he left. And he turned my upstairs unit to heat & i didn't know, so now I just went up there, and it's 90 degrees. Duh, I'm not stupid. And I'm not having them come back a 3rd time.

Since I see rhe business asked for my address, I will reply by saying that I will not put my home address on Google. How stupid do you think I am? I left this review in response to the invitation and QR code on the invoice your employee left at my home today. Please don't imply this is a fake review. It's very real and your business is very unethical. I have since learned that after leaving my house assuring me that the problem was fixed, your tech told the warranty company they couldn't fix the problem. Shady and shoddy work.
