When my HVAC system went out in the heat of the summer, Ruvi and his team rushed over to work on the system that same day. They worked late into the evening and determined the system needed to be replaced, and that I would have to wait a few days for the replacement parts to arrive. Late that night, to be sure my family and I were comfortable Ruvi brought over a window unit so we would have some relief from the Memphis July heat. Gibber services goes above and beyond for their clients. I highly recommend them!

He corrected the issue and even though it was time for him to be off he took the time to show me how to shut the water off to my house should I ever need to! We returned from out of town on Christmas Eve. During the weekend there was a power surge that fried the transformer and motherboard of our furnace, leaving the house a chilly 50 degrees. We called Hiller around 7:00pm on Christmas Eve who immediately dispatched a technician, Patrich. Since we have newborn twins and a dog, it was important to restore power to the furnace. Patrich worked extremely diligently to restore power by replacing the transformer. However, they do not carry motherboards, so we had to wait until the day after Christmas until the parts were available. Patrich and an electrician came over first thing in the morning the day after Christmas and had the furnace up and running by 9:30 am. I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and work ethic of Hiller and would highly recommend them.

First off, I called them on a Saturday morning to fix our heater that wasnt kicking on. The Technician came, the same day at around 4pm and swapped out a faulty gas valve. It was a bit pricey for the part ($1000), but I was happy to pay for it for same day service and fixing our heater for good. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable, thanks Bo! Couldn't be happier
