From start to finish, Smith's plumbing was a pleasure during an unpleasant time! The customer service was friendly, helpful and responsive! The technician arrived on time with prior notification and not only figured out my plumbing issue but was able to explain everything as they worked! Will, the plumbing and leak detection expert and Lars were so friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I understood the process and issues along with the resolutions. They were also very respectful of my property (cleaning up along the way) and of my time . I will definitely use Smith's plumbing for any issues going forward that I hope I don't have!! A++++

After service technicians confirmed my old system was badly in need of replacement, Ben came by and throughly discussed our options with my wife and I. We made our choice and that ended our business. It was a pleasant experience.

Very nice guys and super responsive! They put in a hot water heater for us the same day we called and they were hundreds less than competitors.

WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND. Every experience I have had with these plumbers has been terrible. They are not on time to emergency calls, when you call to follow up you are hung up on. Completely unprofessional and 10/10 would not recommend. Installed incorrect parts, unreliable, unprofessional, rude to customers.

Nothing but good things to say about the guys working for Crowe. They were knowledgeable, professional, and respectful with the kiddos running around. I believe the job turned into a bit more than they and I initially thought. They bent over backwards to get it done and done right, while honoring the original quote. Tech did a great job. Did season checks on both a/c units.
Went above and beyond to get my tankless w/h warranty work kick started after 4 months of inaction.

Tankersley came out to our church to do a simple change...they sent two plumbers and only needed one on the job... they were working with the city and granted the city complicated the matter... but after talking to other plumbers we are definitely sure they way over charged the church. Their original invoice was for $1900 and they lowered it some to $1370.

If you do use them... My advice is to get a bid from them for sure before they do the work... I feel like they tried to take advantage of our church. I wont call on them again and neither will the company that recommended them to us.

I have read the response from Tankersley... very interesting... First they were not out there 7 hours... they did even work 4 hours. The city managers verified this also I came and went on the scene four times and they were not present at times as they had left for a while ... Bottom line they took advantage of us and I will run before I take it back... I have discussed this with several plumbers in our city who are reputable and they all agree. Even the company who sent them to us has discontinued using them and referring them to people. Just take our word and be sure to have everything on paper and keep track of their work.

Also there is no main Central Church ... there are many Central Churches all over...
