Colton came out for a potential repair for a busted pipe. Although I did not have him fix the repair, which turned out to be an issue with the A/C unit, he used the utmost professionalism and is a kind soul. I’m sure his expertise could have let to total customer satisfaction had I used him for the repair. He was very thorough and I would call Stewart Plumbing again.

Richard & Wayne done a excellent job installing my water heater, Richard explained all the work they performed in a way I could understand & took special care not to make a mess by using drop clothes & shoe covers. Tim F. was called upon for a follow up visit to remedy a loud knocking/rubbing noise, metal on wood, which started shortly after the installation of a 75 gal. hot water heater the week before. The new heater was moved several inches to allow more clearance from the top of the heater to the wood roof rafters. This was to comply with the new code. The move caused the 3/4 inch copper pipe to shift to one side of the hole in the flooring deck. Tim F. cut open the decking to survey the pipe and too see if the only rubbing was on the entrance through the decking. Once again Tim F. correctly identified and fixed the problem with my full consent. The sound disappeared and we are grateful for the quiet use of hot water in our master bathroom. Stewart Plumbing quickly responded to our concern even as it sounded trivial and professionally handled the situation. Thank you for your service after the original installation. Service after the sale is so important!

Have a Navien Tankless Water Heater that needed repair. Water Heater was very expensive but has worked flawlessly for 5 years. I opened it up and realized it was beyond my ability to troubleshoot and repair. I searched the internet and decided to give Stewart Plumbing a try. They were very positively reviewed on Angies List but I was hesitant, as I have never used them before. Travis, the dispatcher was friendly and knowledgeable as was able to schedule a technician to come the next day. Justin appeared at my house on time and impressed from the beginning. He listened intently as I described the problem, and methodically and quickly diagnosed the issue. I now have a permanent plumbing company that I know I can count on whenever a plumbing issue arises, Stewart Plumbing. They earned my highest recommendation!

Jamie came out to identify why the ground under my house was staying damp. After a inspecting all the plumbing inside the house to be sure the source of the water wasn't there, he crawled under the house. He reported that there were no leaks in any of the plumbing and that it all looked good, which was a relief. He also show me a picture of a small hole in the cinder blocks at the entrance under the house which probably accounted for the moisture at the entrance and that the rest was dry. What a relief. He was very polite, professional and we felt very comforable with him entering our house. Thanks Jamie!

I was impressed by their customer service. They said they would give me a 45 minute courtesy call and they did which was very helpful so I had time to get home from work. Tim Fancher was the service technician and he was so nice, helpful, took his time, and gave me time to call and discuss things with my landlord. I will say the price was higher than I was expecting but overall a very good experience. No worries about a gas leak tonight.

We had to reach out to Stewart Plumbing following a leak January 1st. They have been prompt every time they have come out to the property. They've provided great service each time they have been here. This particular visit they had to dig up the front year and replace the clean out valve. They kept the hole as small as they could and they did a good job of filling it back in. During this visit they even did a test outside of the work order to help determine our long going issues with a leak inside the house. They've been easy to schedule with and I barely notice they're even working around the property when they are here because they stick to the task and get it done right and well. Because we have extensive plumbing issues I will continue to work with Stewart Plumbing specially with Joe L and Danny. They had to provide me with bad news, not their fault of course, but they did in a way that made me feel better about knowing what the issue is and the steps we will need to take to solve it. Will highly recommend their services every time.

Michael did a great job fixing our issue. He identified our problem and gave us a quote before he did any further work. He also gave us useful information about the plumbing in our house.

Josh was a very polite and candid technician, he looked at one problem and found there was no leak at the toilet, but did explain why we may have seen some water. This consideration saved me money when it would have been just as easy to replace the toilet seal. I love this kind of respect and honesty. He looked at my water heaters, which I knew were 15years needed replacement, he confirmed by careful examination and explanation of potential areas of failure in the future. All-in-all I was very pleased with the service and chose to proceed with water heater replacement with Stewart Plumbing.

This whole experience could very well have been an absolute nightmare. I had 100 different scenarios about what the problem could be, if I could trust who was doing the work, if this could, potentially, be a reoccurring problem, etc. However, from the moment I called and spoke to Mr. Larry, I felt like I was going to be, not only taken care of, but that everything was going to be fine. The Technician, Daniel, was incredibly courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely proactive. He immediately put me at ease, directed me of the next steps I should take to get the ball rolling with insurance, and resolve this mess in the quickest, least painful way, possible. My only complaint in this 5 star rating is that I can’t rate them 6!!

We own a home that was built in 1949. Needless to say, the pipes are in the crawl space under our home and are all metal. A few of them had rusted out and were leaking badly under our house. Scott and Ricky came in, were extremely professional, worked hard and had them fixed in one day (we were expecting at least 2 days because of the extent of the damage). As they pulled pipes up, they showed the problem to us and explained the damage. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and especially Scott and Ricky. Good job!!!

Work was completed in workmanlike manner on time as scheduled. Since only one of my two water heaters had burst, the piping was temporarily bypassed around the bad unit to restore service until the new equipment could be installed the next day. That’s good customer service. Every one of the workers that came through on the job were great and really seemed pleased to be working at Stewart Plumbing.

Dakota and Tripp saved the day. They did their job and did it well, could not have asked for better service. I will use again if I have any future problems.

I called Stewart Plumbing Tuesday morning to make an appointment to have someone unclog a toilet.Appointment set for Thursday morning=Rod showed up in the time frame given and proceeded to try to remove a sponge from the toilet. He did not give up, he pulled his surgical tools from his truck- a camera,forceps and gloves.After quite a battle he pulled the blue sponge from the trap cleaned his tools and left a happy customer very grateful.

We had an unknown water leak that caused damage to a bedroom wall & carpet and bathroom wall, so our homeowners insurance said, call a plumber and get a leak detection test.
I went with Stewart Plumbing because of the high reviews and I'm glad I did. They sent me the NICEST guy! Danny Royle, originally from England, but his heart brought him to us. We are lucky to have him.
He arrived right on time and after pleasantries and getting the low down he got right on the job of doing the leak detection test, but it was negative. So then was the hole in the wall cutting time. (Don't worry, the wall was already ruined by water damage.) Wala! It's an inside problem.
After a wait for the insurance he was able to come back and replace some tub parts. Now the leak is fixed and I have a beautiful new tub spout lol. Better than it ever was.
I enjoyed the little time of conversation I had with Danny and so did my dog Adele. I wish him well. I highly recommend him as your plumber.

Hard to be excited when I was charged a little over 600 to run a snake down a cleanout and not even clear the clog. Granted, part of that was supposedly for also running a camera, which the tech said he was going to try and get free, but then just did it anyways when he couldn't and didn't let me know first. But even still, 600 for a snake that didn't clear the clog and a camera is still an insane amount. Then I was qouted about 7500 to replace the sewage line in the front yard or 4500 to just dig up and repair the one spot. I'll dig that hole myself tyvm. The tech that came out was super nice tho. I can't blame him for his company's pricing. He just could have communicated the camera cost a lot better if he couldn't get it done for free like he pitched to me at the start.

Edit:. Thanks for the reply and I'm glad you're going to look into it. I do understand that in the end I only paid a little less than 300, but if I'm writing a review, I need to be real about the initial charge I was given. This will be what others will experience. I only paid that much because I complained about the price and spoke with someone on the phone about it. If 600 if normal for the work performed, then that's still really high and worth mentioning. I do appreciate you responding quickly and it shows you at least care about your business :)

He dtsyed with service until it was perfect. First time I requested service as a VIP customer. It is well worth the extra fee. Repair cost seemed high, but guarantees were worth it. Steward Plumbing replumbed my rental house from water meter to sewer at the street. Also all the Gas lines and Installed a new Wall Furnace. Seems I had the oldest water heater too. After encountering a clogged toilet in my master bath water closet on Saturday , I called Stewart Plumbing and someone actually answered the phone—on a Saturday! Noah was dispatched to my home that afternoon. While the problem could not be resolved Saturday after trying to clear a clog deep in the waste pipe, Noah came back today (Monday) and used different equipment to reach much further (30+ feet) and the clog was cleared. This is the first time I called upon Stewart Plumbing to come to my aid. The dispatcher was pleasant and professional and very responsive. Noah, the plumber, was pleasant, professional and very thorough. Noah explained each possible solution and it’s cost so that I would understand the work that may be required to solve my problem. He was careful when removing personal items from the area in which he would be working, and he put everything back in its proper place afterwards. He also used shoe covers and wheel covers on the equipment to make sure no dirt was tracked in, which I really appreciated. Just so glad to have my problem resolved by such professionals. I will definitely call Stewart Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs.

Plumber Colton was highly professional and went above/beyond in terms of my expectations. Services rendered included pulling and resetting 3 toilets (one of which required a floor flange replacement), replaced two outdoor spigots, helped to unclog my upstairs bathroom with recommendations to avoid recurrence, switched out my kitchen sink hot/cold (which was installed backwards), and replaced a water line to the sink in my pool house. Will definitely consider using Stewart plumbing in the future should we decide on a bathroom remodel or replace my water heater. Highly satisfied with my experience!

Stewart Plumbing is well deserving of 5 stars. Initially, I was met at the door by Stewart's Plumbing representative Cole, very courteous and professionally dressed. Cole has great customer skills and very knowledgeable of his profession. He explained the process before hand to ensure I was comfortable with the process. It was obvious he was very experienced knew exactly what to do. He trouble shot and made an assessment of the situation in about 30 mins, something the previous company failed to do. To make along story short, Cole and Noah discovered a perfect rounded piece of treated wood in the pipe, which cause a massive blockage. With a little ingenuity, they were able to retrieve the object, regained natural flow in the pipe, put on new caps as needed, and left the area better than how they found it. I am very impressed with Stewart Plumbing and their great staff members Cole and Noah. Cole and Noah are definitely an access to the company, and they do an excellent job promoting the company's mission. Great Job Guys!!

The service guy spent 30 minutes looling at eveeything but the drain that i needed cleaned Then he went to his truck and wrote fo 15 more minutes He came back with a price of$679 to clean the drain with a snake ..This would have taken 15 minutes . Simple job, but since my husband is not 100% due to health issues we decided to hire it out. Over 200.00 to replace a flap in hall bathroom toilet. Like tge parts were made of gold or the job took hours. I shudder to think what it would have been if it had been a big job. Disappointed, because I used them before to remove an old garbage disposal and put pipe in its place once before- I think that was also 250+, but seemingly a job with a bit work work to it.

Customer service and knowledge of technicians (especially Raymond) are great! However, pricing with Stewart Plumbing is extremely high and that will prevent me from using them again. I called around to other plumbers after I was serviced and I could have saved over $350 bucks. Pricing is why I give it 3 Stars!

I have used Stewart Plumbing for likely 3-4 plumbing jobs over the past year or so. Michael has been a great help in understanding what the problem or issue is and then helping to develop a solution. Last week I thought I had to replace a 20 year old kitchen faucet. I was so sure of the need of replacement that I had already purchased a replacement, etc. It turns out Michael solved the problem and I was able to return the $230 replacement kitchen faucet!

Travis has always been very responsive in terms of scheduling the repairs. It is very helpful to be able to e-mail him or text him.

I had no water so they worked me in earlier than expected. The man they sent to house was very courteous and professional. He explained my options and how he could fix problem. The job looks great, I would recommend them, as a matter of fact already have. We didn't even talk about our dogs untill after he finished the job. Also he completely cleaned all his mess up.

While they were friendly and timely, they charged $301 for about 5 minutes of labor. Would have been more if not for a coupon and discount. We already turned the water off, located the leak which had direct access and in plain sight at the water heater. No material was used save for a single crimp on clamp. The technician was very nice but seriously, 5 minutes and a clamp for $300. I need to start a plumbing company and make my fortune.

On June 26, 2015 Tim F. reset my upstairs bathroom toilet with a new seal and supply line for $357 and replaced the PVC toilet flange($274) for a total of $631 plus 7% sales tax.

Workmanship was excellent, total cost of the job was a little pricey for approximately 2 hours work even including parts. I agreed to the price, however after doing some more research, I found out that most other plumbing shops charge for a service call plus an hourly rate plus parts and do not FLAT RATE at a seemingly high rate.

3 STARS MAYBE.

The service was exceptional! They came out the same day and fixed the clog in the shower. They were up front about the cost and it was well worth it!

Just absolutely superb. I was running late and I called them and the Plumber showed up a few minutes after I got home. He was professional-he wore booties while in the house and kept me appraised of what was going on the entire time. He did a great job. I just moved into the area and liked the reviews and so gave them a shot. I will continue to use them-it’s nice to have a good plumber.

My situation was really tricky. The plumber assigned to me (Shane) was absolutely amazing at handling almost every aspect of this crazy scenario. I had a couple of small issues but Shane's moral compass and excellent customer service is why I can still leave a great review!!

We’ve always had great service from Stewart Plumbing, but when we needed our sewer line repaired due to tree roots, they went above and beyond. They got the job done fast and even added a new water pressure valve that we were not charged for. They have been our plumbers for over twenty years and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!

I can’t say enough about the service that Stewart Plumbing provided to my parents who were away dealing with a medical emergency. Travis, the dispatcher, couldnt have been nicer moving up the appointment time to accommodate our schedules and then the technician, Daniel Avanzi, was exceptional. He went to great lengths to answer our questions and left our everything cleaner than it was when he got there. My sewer line was clogged and started backing up in my basement Saturday. I called Stewart at 8:30 this morning. A tech was to come out this afternoon but called me back that they would get someone over this morning instead. Robert arrived about 30 minutes later. He analyzed the situation and advised me of the costs of service. He also advised me of the cost of different services if they were required before he started working. Fortunately my problem was just roots. He removed them and made sure everything was cleared before leaving. Couldn't be happier with Robert 's professionalism

I don't know what I would have done without Stewart Plumbing! We recently purchased a home that almost immediately was found to have multiple areas of broken plumbing/leaks beneath the slab foundation. The anxiety that comes with the disappointment and magnitude of such a repair so soon after purchase was overwhelming. Tim, Adam, Wayne, John and others helped us get through this massive repair project and not once did I lose confidence in their abilities. David Cummings from Stewart Plumbing knows his information and shared it well. We had a leak somewhere but didn’t know where. David checked all faucets and sinks and toilets and the water heater. Be careful with this company. I got quoted a price of $600 to fix two outside faucets after I told the technician there was no way i would pay that, someone from the office called back and said they would do it for $200. I said no thanks I dont do business with companies that try to rip people off and they should have quoted me that price from the beginning.

I called them between 1-2 am on 02/11/20 to have someone come to my home because their website said they are available 24/7. Someone answered and said they needed my information. I gave this lady all my info including my full address and she said that she would have customer service call me back with quote. I hestintly said ok, and expected someone to call me back at least within the hour, since the lady never gave me a time frame to expect a call back. No one has contacted me till this day 02/25/20.
It has been 2 weeks since I called. This is unacceptable and had me thinking if this is a scam company, who answers calls and get people's addresseses and personal information and compile it for I don't know what...I was home along with my daughter and all I could think of and still do, is that this company has my information on file and why did they need it if they were not going to contact me and still haven't. They are deceptive in my eyes and unprofessional. I had to wait until business hours that morning to get my problem fixed.

What a rip off to do nothing

Had a backed up sink beyond the s pipe and had to keep draining water every four hours before sink filled up again. Contacted angies list recommended Stewart plumbing and dispatcher recommended Turning the ac off to reduce further backup from condensation drainage. It help a lot. Technician arrived with boot covers and mask and assessed and provided options and solutions to the issue resolving the clog and explaining and documenting the issue. I have a better knowledge of how the house works and it’s intricate connections after he walked me through the issue. I would high recommend and will call on them if any issue should come up for plumbing

I will not say anyone was rude or anything like that but the prices here are completely outrageous. They quoted me $840 to replace control valve and burner unit on a hot water heater. This is the quote for labor only as the parts are under warranty with the hot water heater company. I was quoted $250 for the same job by a different company. I am now out the $70 for a diagnostic site visit from Stewart. The technician told me it was a 2-3 hour job and you’re charging me $840??? Friendly workers and staff but that is just taking advantage of people.

I would recommend you look elsewhere unless you don’t mind dropping $600 extra.

Asked for an estimate. Tech was a young gentleman named Daniel who was friendly and polite. Knew what he was doing. Studied and explained the challenges involved with our project. We agreed that the complexity of the project rendered it too expensive to be practical. We will choose an electric solution. Quite satisfied with the visit.

We contracted for completing a small addition, which involved putting in a kitchenette and a small bathroom. It turned out that Stewart was the best choice due to its ability to focus on full coverage: installing and connecting and correcting sewer lines, elaborating and installing kitchenette sink, pipes, cabinet, as well as bathroom shower, sink, toilet facilities. They had extensive experience and expertise in all these areas on projects we saw them implement with partner companies. This enable Stewart to provide us a 10 year guarantee for the work. For an elderly person, this was a key point. It enables us to rely on having to contact just one person or one firm to resolve any eventual, unexpected problem that appears.

I contacted Stewart Plumbing for a broken water pipe after the company I previously seemed more interested in their money than service to me. That was a huge plus for me. The lady who answered Stewart's phone was very nice and helpful. She made me feel my call was the most important thing she had to do at the moment. The service technician, John S, was polite, friendly, and professional. He explained what he would do and gave me an estimate of cost before he started any work. He even showed me what most likely caused the pipe to freeze. Unlike many service people I have had, he kept the work area clean and neat as possible. And, he left it clean and neat. Considering the situation and that someone was going to be working in my house, I thoroughly enjoyed having him here. This was my first time using this company, and I decided on them because of their google rating. AND I WASN'T DISAPPOINTED! Awesome customer service! Tripp was my technician, and he was great! He came and tried less costly measures first, but this didn't work. He diagnosed the issue and delivered the news that I didn't want to hear ($$$) but know I needed. He took ownership of the issue and stayed until it was fixed. They will definitely be my go-to for all/any plumbing needs!

Customer service is good. They are prompt and will be there when they say they will be there. However they are way over priced. Wanted to charge me 1200 that another plumber fixed for 150. They charge for estimates so you cant shop around. Also they want you to sign up for a membership.... i just want my problem fixed i dont want to join a club for better deals. Just charge everyone the membership amount. Cant recommend because of price alone.

I got a quote from Stewart Plumbing to fix a clogged pipe in my kitchen/laundry room. They quoted me three prices for different treatment solutions ranging from $550-1200. We knew that was a very high price for what we needed done, so we decided not to go with Stewart, but we still had to pay the $70 fee for the quote. The plumber walked in our door and my husband told him what the problem was and we got charged $70 for that. My husband and my father attached an $8 attachment to our garden hose and ran it through our pipes and this resolved the clog. For $8! Stewart Plumbing was going to charge us $550 for something we fixed for $8. I am thankful for a company that works on the weekend (that is why I gave them 3 stars), but their pricing is insane. I would only recommend them if you had an emergency and could not get anyone else to come out on the weekend.

I called Stewart’s plumbing for my water heater and they were able to send someone out the next day! The technician, Colton was extremely professional, courteous, and explained everything to me, including my repair options. He even called to see if my parts were still under warranty and was able to get my parts sent no charge. The service was done within less than 2 hours and my hot water works perfectly! I would definitely recommend Stewart’s to anyone!

They replaced my old toilet. Their plumber, Justin Christian, was very professional. He took out the old toilet and installed the new toilet with-out leaving a scratch or drop of water on the floor. He even hauled away the old one instead of putting it on the curb. I have NO complaints.

These guys are awesome! They came to what was supposed to be an easy snake of my kitchen drain, found out my pipe was busted and gave me great advice on where we need to go forward. I did not get the same experience as others have, unfortunately. I agreed to an extremely high bid because I needed work done quickly and the company has great reviews. The tech was friendly but rushed me into a payment plan and talked me into work on both my working toilets. I was trusting and now regret it.
A different, new technician came out to do the work. I came home to the guy complaining about the amount of work, dry wall screws hanging out from the wall which he advised could be covered with a poster (not joking), a dented and upside down trim kit on my tub. I was promised the best trim kit you can't find online, but got the cheapest kit you can find on amazon.
Called and talked to the owner. He was very apologetic and redid most of the work with another tech. However, just found that they left my siding cracked when replacing an outside hose bibb. And he only upgraded one shower kit, not both as we discussed. Also, I just started to have issues with a toilet that they proactively fixed.
Plumbing issues can be daunting, so be smarter than I was. Get several bids and don't agree to unnecessary work. If you go with this company, ask for an itemized quote, confirm who will actually do the work, don't let the tech rush you, and if he runs to your toilets before he knows your name, politely ask him to leave. Don't rely solely on the online rating.

I have been having issues with my toilet. I called Stewart Plumbing this morning and they were able to send someone out this afternoon. Colton was very helpful in helping me solve my issue. His manager also did some research on a product that would help. Great experience. I will not hesitate to use this service again!

Though I appreciate how courteous their technician was, I am still floored by the estimate I was given to install a dishwasher. I was quoted $475 plus tax. There was no need to run any new lines, just upgrade to a new hose. The dishwasher did not cost $500 so why would anyone expect to pay more than the cost of a new appliance for a standard installation?!

We ended up replacing two 75 gallon water tanks for tankless watet heaters. They operate really well and what I like most about them is that they keep the entire family very conscious of our water usage. I highly recommend Stewart plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Ethan came out today to do a VIP Inspection. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He identified items that are small annoyances right now that could turn into larger problems. When I had to have a repair done six months ago, I had the same positive experience.

I called this company because my elderly aunt (whom I'm temporarily caring for) had used them before to have a hot water heater replaced after a lightning strike, and then again (at a different time) to have leaky toilets replaced. I was not present during either of those repairs so I can only guess how harshly they gouged her on price. Now my aunt is recovering from major back surgery and needs a bidet installed on her toilet. I called Stewart and made an appointment for the next day. The young man who arrived came in and I took him right to the bathroom and showed him the bidet I had purchased (it had all installation parts included). He diverted and immediately started asking about other plumbing in the house. He wanted to see the hot water heater and talk about plumbing jobs they had previously done and asked about the plumbing in general in the house. When he was seemingly disappointed by my aunt not having major plumbing issues he could upsell me on, he wanted to talk about a service plan (charged monthly). This was ALL BEFORE he talked about the bidet installation. Once he finally addressed the bidet, he said he would need to go outside and call his manager/office for a price estimate. He spent 10 minutes outside and came back with an over $200 (+$89 svc fee) price tag. It should be noted here that he had inspected the bidet. It's a straightforward installation that would have taken the 10 mins he and his office spent drumming up the gouging price estimate. I have installed the same model on several different toilets in my own home. (The reasons I didn't do this installation here is due to a stroke I suffered a few years back and lack of tools at my aunts house.) Appalled, by the way his company was going to blatantly rip-off my aunt, I handed him my credit card (to pay for the $89 service fee) and declined his services. He had the gall to say they just couldn't do the work for free! -- while I had my credit card extended to him! I was not expecting a free service -- at all! I would have happily paid a fair amount for the simple job that needed to be done. He left after some apologizing and ultimately did not charge me the service fee. In the end I scrounged up enough tools to install it myself. Sad. Sad!

Speedy and effective service; helpful and courteous technician.

I called Monday evening to schedule an appt for Saturday and was told I would be the first appt of the day. Plumber should have been to my home by 9 am or so. A little after 10:30am I called and was told that my confirmed appt was only entered in the notes and the dispatcher must have thought I was open all day and could rearrange the appt time. The plumber eventually arrived just before noon and we showed him the job (which by the way was a VERY simple vessel sink install and reconnection of pipes about an hour job and we had all the parts to supply for the job). The guy looks up the job in his book and quotes$625 for the job. I almost fell over. He calls his service manager, confirms its a really simple job that might take an hour (but probably only because the plumber walks and moved as slow as a snail), then hangs up and says his manager said $375. Needless to say, we paid the $69 trip fee, said no thank you, and sent him away. We just moved from Chicago and have never had a plumber charge $600 or even $300 for an hour of work with all parts supplied. This company is price gouging so beware when you call and they show up with their price book it isn't even going to be in the ballpark. They should be ashamed of their pricing and business practices.

Stewart's guys are professional, informative and not pushy. Wish all our service techs were like that!

Ginger who answers the phone is amazing and so friendly, she is an example to be followed when it comes to customer service.
Both of the plumbers that came out were also friendly and professional but spent the majority of their time here trying to upsell us or trying to give us a number of other reasons why the shower valve they installed was squealing after only a month instead of just admitting the part was likely faulty and just replacing it (which they did eventually do free of charge). It was extremely annoying because I know the plumber knew exactly what the issue was, just like we did, but he wasted a ton of our time looking at the water heater, checking the shower head, testing the acidity of our water, poking around in his truck for a long time to see if he had the part (even though they knew the issue and what part they had installed before coming) and trying to tell us the noise could be coming from somewhere else. He FINALLY replaced the valve and no more squealing!! Hallelujah!
They are very responsive, do great work and stand behind it, but I personally won't use them again simply because of the high pressure sales tactics and amount of time spent focused on everything except what we needed.
Also I could have sworn on my initial call that Ginger said the $89 standard trip charge would be deducted from the price of the job but it wasn't. All in, I paid $643.26 for them to rebuild a shower valve (twice due to the initial valve being faulty).
They are really expensive so prepare yourself. I had a couple other plumbing needs, in addition to the dripping shower, and they quoted $750 to install a new kitchen faucet (that I had already purchased) and over $1200 to install a new toilet. I chose another company to do this work.

We are remodeling our kitchen after 32 years. We got new countertops and a new faucet and sink. The plumbing underneath had to be completely redone. Joe did an excellent job and we are very happy knowing it’s all done correctly!

The gentleman came actually earlier than his scheduled time. Very pleasant aura about himself, discussed what needed to be done ,the cost and got right to work... Thank you for coming out when needed, with out any hassle like we have experienced many a time before.

Cole installed a utility sink in our laundry room that had cracked and was leaking. As always, very professional, neat, and they stand by their work. We have had Stewart here many times as part of home ownership. Just look at anything they do, and one realizes this was done by a professional who is experienced and well trained. About a year ago they did a tankless water heater...super professional and installed to last. I do not call any other plumbers and have never been disappointed by anyone from Stewart.

These guys came highly recommended from a friend, and they did not disappoint! Robert did a great job! He carefully evaluated his options for unclogging our main line and, when the first attempt failed, rather than bringing in more expensive equipment, he figured out a way to approach it from a different angle. The were timely and the price was more than fair. In fact, I signed up for their membership, and I never do that!

***Update: They had to come take care of some other issues, and David did a great job assessing the source of our stopped up plumbing. He also assessed our current hot water heater and gave us a great deal on replacing it with a tankless system. I highly recommend Stewart Plumbing!

This company is great! I have used them twice recently with Tim out the first time and Ray the next. First time they came in and fixed in 2 hours what Greenway had been out 4 times for. They were very professional, send an email of who is coming to your house before they get there. Worked in my yard and it looked like they had not been there, couldn't tell my yard had been dug up!!! Ray and Tim at separate times were VERY courteous and professional, explaining every detail so that I understood the work they were about to do each time!! Will use them from now on and recommend to everybody! Installation of our new toilet was quick and efficient.

We called Stewart Plumbing to come out due to a slab leak. The slab leak was able to be fixed by rerouting the line overhead and all went well. During this process, we decided to change our current system from a 2 tank (50 gallon tanks) with a recirculating line to a tankless system with a built in recirc pump. Unfortunately, the tankless system was not ideal for our house on a recirculating line. Mr. Tim Stewart (the owner) contacted us because we were not happy with the new system. He wanted us to be satisfied, so we ended up removing the tankless and reinstalling 2 tanks. He was very accommodating and understanding with our concerns. I contacted Stewart Plumbing because I was hearing a strange noise coming from my water heater. (As homeowners, we know anything related to water heaters, hvac, etc. will make you shudder!) I was able to get a same day appointment. Customer service is a dying art, but the lady who took set up my apointment was so pleasant-even when she called to let me know that my technician was on the way. Danny Royel was fantastic! He took his time to research the problem and kept me updated on each step. I also received a thorough check of my plumbing system and Danny was able to give me a detailed explanation and cost breakdown for each concern he noted. My water heater was still under warranty, but I signed up for the VIP Service- all because of the service provided by Danny!

Ethan showed up and solved our problem in a relatively short time. He was professional, informative, and patient with our sewage catastrophe. Colton came out and first introduced himself and asked about concerns or issues. Having agreed to replace it I later contacted the technician Randy S. and more or less told him I probably wouldn't be satisfied with the agreed upon heater because of the amount of space it would take, but since he already had his truck loaded and fixing to head my way I would accept it. Later he called and said he was able to find the heater that was ideal for the limited space I had. He and his helper were very pleasant and did an excellent job of installing it. I appreciate him going out of his way to see that I would be satisfied with the installation.

The folks at Stewart have saved us more than once! We have been very pleased with their sincere interest in taking care of us. When our water heater busted, they got there immediately. When our sewer line clogged this week, they were there within a couple of hours - sooner than they promised. It is very hard to find service companies that are as commited to customer service as these guys. Mr. Roderick W. Sr. came to save us this week. He was very professional, explained what needed to be done, worked with the office to get the best price and did a great job. He really went above and beyond. And he was a real pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again. Nice to have SOMEONE you can count on these days!

Paid the 90 dollar trip charge and sent them away. The average national average price is 1500 to replace a gas water heater. Ours is in the garage, not the attic so it is an easy replacement which I would have done myself before becoming handicapped. Their estimate for a middle of the line water heater was double the average at $3351.00. The person even criticized my often complimented 2019 Ram 1500 Limited as he was leaving. I would never recommend them or consider them again regardless of what type of work they do as they are way overpriced. I got a top of the line water heater and a pipe leak repaired for a thousand less from Home Depot. The entire process was handled over the phone, I didn't have to go to the store.

We needed a wax ring to be replaced on our master toilet. I called Stewart Plumbing and they were very friendly and courteous. On the day of our appointment, we received a text notification with an arrival time frame of 30-45 minutes. Our plumber, Jaime, was friendly, informative, and thorough in his work. This has been one of the best experiences with a plumber! Excellent customer service and communication!

The customer service I received from Stewart Plumbing prevented a major plumbing repair from being a homeowner’s nightmare.

The plumber, Joe Little, was able to earn my trust quickly. He was very courteous and friendly. He confidently walked me through what needed to be done, explained how he would do it, and provided me with a timeframe for completing the work.

Joe and Cassius were on time every day. Each day they showed me what they were doing and explained the next steps to be taken. Both of them worked very hard to see that things were done exactly right, and with all the digging and dirt, both inside and outside of the house, they were remarkably neat. I really felt that they took the time and care with my property that they would have with their own.

Stewart Plumbing was awesome! I've been dealing with another company for almost a month and was extremely frustrated. Although they are a bit more expensive it was worth it. Paid Initial Stewart Plumbing Technician $1200 to hydro jet the lines due to drains backing up.

Tech#1 left clean out cap off 4 line in crawl space and It flooded when The main line clogged 3 weeks later.

Next, Technician #2 quoted $8100 To replace all 4 Cast Iron in basement, as he claimed it was all rotted and leaking, and thus the cause of the flood under the house. (Did not mention that Tech #1 left clean out cap off)

Paid another local company to give me a quote for repair, and they reinstalled clean out cap Left off by technician #1 from Stewart plumbing and concluded Cast pipe is in good shape with no need to replace. Main sewer just needed to be cleared.

Edit- Owner reached out and apologized for the misdiagnosis/mid work. Tim made every attempt to make things right. I appreciate the candidness and willingness to accept fault. Mistakes happen and they owned up and agreed to use it as a training opportunity to prevent this from happening in the future.

We recently had a water leak resulting from our original hot water heater. I called Stewart Plumbing and received a friendly response and prompt service. Jamie arrived and diagnosed the problem. Jamie returned with Paul to remove the old water heaters and install a new tankless water heater. They both did an excellent job-working hard until the job was done. Jamie was very thorough, he explained everything and answered our questions. This was our second successful installation project completed by Stewart Plumbing. I don't usually complain but I felt I should. I called to asked about getting service/repair for my septic system. I explained the problem and the person I spoke with even asked someone else about the work before they sent someone out to look at the issue. I understood there would be a charge if I didn't follow through. No problem, I understand how business works. But, when the person arrived and he called back to the company, they are even licensed to do septic work. No problem. But then ask me to pay $95, that's a problem. Not happy at all.

I am editing my review because I think it's important. After posting the above I was contacted by a CSR. We talked about what had transpired and each of us felt like there was miscommunication involved. The charge will be reversed. The importance of this edit is to discuss how too many times nothing gets done when things go bad. In this case it was important enough for them to make an uncomfortable call to see why, and what could be done. Mistakes get made all the time. It's when steps are taken to correct or solve the issues that the quality of a business is shown. Well done.

Phenomenal service! I had a toilet that has had plumbers look at it three times in the last 9 years. Yet, the persistent blockage continued. Stewart plumbing resolved the issue and the service was impeccable.

After seeing my review below Stewart Plumbing reached out to me. Stewart Plumbing has satisfied the issues I had with the service I received from them by refunding some of my money and repairing my main water supply pipe/valve. While I appreciate the fact that a portion of my money was refunded and repairs were made to my satisfaction I still can't in good conscience recommend using this company. I can't be 100% sure but I'm pretty sure nothing would have been done to correct the concerns and issues I had with this company after my initial contact with them before I posted this review. I had reached out to them on three consecutive days to get my issues resolved before posting a review but I was ignored basically. It's certainly possible that my experience with Stewart Plumbing was the exception and not the rule but I think I'll go in a different direction the next time I need a plumber.

Stop now and find another plumbing company before it's too late. I've never had such a horrible experience as I did with Stewart Plumbing. Their work was subpar and I paid a small fortune to have a pretty simple repair made. It started with a leak in my wall at home which led to water getting under my carpet and wood floor. At the time I wasn't sure if it was a slab leak or a pipe leaking in the wall. The plumber cut away about 2 or 3 foot section of drywall and the leak was right there coming from my main shutoff valve. I ended up needing about a 14-inch section of CPVC replaced which included my main shut off valve. The leak was discovered at noon on a Tuesday but I was told it was too late in the day to start a repair like that and that the repair would need to be made the next day. Funny enough the plumber came back the next day at 2:30 which was even later in the day than the previous day when I was told it was too late to start a repair like that so I had to go without water for over 24 hours. Now I could understand not being able to make the repair right away if some special parts were needed but we're talking about common parts like 1-inch CPVC, a couple couplings, a ball valve, and some 1-inch 90's which can all be found at your local Lowes or Home Depot. So the next day when they showed up to make the repair they still didn't have the correct parts to make the repair and had to leave to run to a parts store which almost made me late for work because I was still without water. By this point I could of made the repair myself by spending at the most 50 bucks on parts and that's being very generous. Instead I got a $1600 bill for maybe 2 to 3 hours worth of actual labor, $50 in actual parts cost, and doing without water for over 24 hours. To top it all off I noticed on the invoice that I had been charged for replacing all of the water shut-offs and their supply lines in my home for individual faucets and such even though they were never looked at much less touched. I thought well that explains why I was charged so much because of a billing error. So I contact their customer service and they tell me they are going to get to the bottom of this. So after three days of calling them and them telling me they are going to call me back as soon as they get it straightened out (which they never called me back) I finally get an updated invoice through my email. Guess what!? Conveniently for them now the invoice reads correctly for what they actually did but it costs exactly the same amount for replacing the one valve that was leaking as it does to replace all of the other valves in my home along with their supply lines that they originally charged me for. To top it all off the pipe that was repaired now protrudes from the studs by about 3-inches so there's no hope of hiding the pipe inside the drywall ever again.
I apologize for this review being so long but if it helps just one person pick a better plumbing company it will be well worth it. Typically I don't leave negative reviews like this but I couldn't let this one go. Save your money and peace of mind and STAY AWAY FROM STEWART PLUMBING!!!

Sick of getting the runaround from the plumber that was recommended on social media? Look no further! The service from Stewart plumbing was exceptional. Our plumbing technician, Devon, was absolutely fabulous. He was very knowledgeable and honest which are rare traits to find in the service industry these days. The scheduler emailed and called when the technician was on his way. The quote was given within the hour after being shown the problem. The work was even scheduled and completed the next day. I 100% recommended Stewart Plumbing!

I called Stewart plumbing to install a faucet, that I had already bought, and to unclog my bathtub. The service man came out and quoted me $700!! That was just to install the faucet. He said he would do the tub for FREE! Needless to say we told him we would pay for the service call, but that we would not be using them, since they charge 3 times what than an attorney would for 1 hour of work. He said nevermind and left. We called Rooter-Man and they came did they work , provided excellent service, and I only paid $345! Watch out for price gouging.

Expensive, and I called an requested for a Senior Technician for the second job, instead I got the same Rookie from the 1st one. He appears to have been 21 years old, and had to be on the phone asking for steps on how to complete the job the whole time...

After a nightmare week of dealing with our home warranty company and being given the run around we took matters into our own hands and called Stewart Plumbing after seeing their great reviews on Angie’s List. Shelby came out a few hours after my call and could not have been better! He was so pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and his price was totally reasonable. I am so pleased we found Stewart Plumbing- they will be our only call for Plumbers from now on.

I was having new flooring put down in the kitchen, laundry room and half-bath. Daniel Avanzi came to unhook the gas stove and remove the toilet so the flooring could be put down, and then returned to re-hookup the stove and install a new toilet. He arrived promptly and did the work in an efficient manner plus cleaning up all traces of his work. I am very happy with the work done by Stewart Plumbing and Daniel Avanzi and the cost.

The fact that you are reading this review means you are looking for one and the plumbers you may have used in the past are not worth calling.

That was me too, 2 weeks ago. No longer.

Everything this company does is superior, starting with the office staff (Veronica is amazing and worked through all the plumbing issues I had) and ending with the most talented, master plumber I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with, Justin.

Justin is courteous, super knowledgeable and provided us with multiple solutions to our many plumbing issues, listed below. I don’t know anyone else that could have gotten the multi faceted job done as quickly and thoroughly as he did. He also was kind enough to do some extras for me. What great service!

He also had a wonderful plumber with him, Noah. Both were professional, well dressed, knowledgeable and patient (our little dogs were constantly barking). They answered all our questions and explained everything. The quality and quantity of the work was just outstanding. What a great team.

My first contact with Stewart plumbing was on the phone with Veronica! What an angel. I called with multiple issues, the main one being a major leak somewhere. My Water bill had doubled. I had to start turning off the water when not using it, because I didn’t know what damage it might be causing…

Justin sleuthed the leak and found that it was in the foundation of the house. This is a homeowner’s nightmare. Believe me, You do not want to Jackhammer into your foundation. I have had to do this in the past and it’s horrible. Plus my foundation is not the best to start with and would have been risky. Justin provided an impressive option of bypassing the leak by running a separate pipe. Perfect.

…this led me to my second issue: the inside cut off spigot to the house was wonky and difficult to turn. I was afraid it was going to break! Thus, I was having to turn the water off at the street. Not fun. I wanted to get that fixed as well, as I figured it was a time bomb.

The third issue was that my shower was not getting as hot as it used to get. I thought it was related to the leak and it might be in a hot water feed, but Justin, the plumbing whisperer, determined that it was the shower cartridge and the hot water heater (thank you, Justin). My hot water tank being 14 years old was not heating water as well and this compounded the shower issue. It was way past its life and so we decided to add a new water heater to the list of work (issue 4).

So I spoke with Veronica about all the work, options, costs, VIP program etc. She worked all the angles, discussed it with the owner, and got an amazing price for all the work. She ended up saving me a ton of money! Note: Stewart Plumbing has a VIP program available for customers. You pay like a tiny monthly fee and you get discounts on work and have priority service, among many other benefits. Too much to write here but ask Veronica about it or Ginger (she’s awesome too).

One last point I observed during this process: Every single employee I spoke with had something exceptional to say about the owner. It’s obvious that they really like him. That impressed me. Happy employees make for happy customers. The owner is obviously a leader and a smart business owner.

If you are still reading this review, you are a thorough individual and probably skeptical. Go ahead and call them. You won’t regret it.

At the most recent service, they repaired and got our tankless water heater back up and running properly. Quick and timely service and repair. Appreciate how they stay on top of things and see it through to completion!
