Oops Plumbing And Drains

Dedrick came out to complete the job did a good job. Told me one price, but it changed when he finished the job. He charged me extra money because he said it took him an extra 15 min to do the job. I always give a cash tip to contractors I work with so I'm happy I had the extra money to give. I had another situation in the home and he recommended a product I could use. I appreciated his expertise but I couldn't find that product online so I texted and called him several times to get help with locating the product so that I could buy it for my tenant to use and he has never responded to my text or called me back. Good service, not so good communication.

Called, and they came out in a very timelymanner. Fixed my kitchen sink pipes and garbage disposal. Worked quickly and was very informative always answering my questions.

I purchased a water heater to replace my old one and some companies said they only replaced ones purchased through them. I called Oops and they said they would replace mine the next day. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after working, hauled off the old water heater and the box the new one came in and they charged a fair price. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Some people think customer service is a lost art. I had a couple of minor plumbing issues to take care of and I happened to see an Oops van in my subdivision. I called and spoke to Didrick, sent him some pictures of what I need done, he arrived at my house the same day and repaired my lssues at a very reasonable price. Dedrick is very customer service focused and I highly recommend Oops plumbing.

I used him ones for mrepairs. In Bartlett. He was on time and completed work. Based on my experience called him again to take over the work that was messed by the other plumber. He refused because he wasn't comfortable completing that job. Completely understandable. Would still high recommend him for your plumbing repairs. Good luck!

This young man and his assistant were phenomenal!!!! We had been having an air conditioner leak for three weeks!!!!! Our warranty company had sent 2 supposedly professional HVAC companies out to assess the situation and they both stated it was an AC drain issue which is considered to be a plumbing issue...we called and requested same day service with oops plumbing and they came to save the day..Very prompt and honored scheduled times..came to assess the situation and it wasn’t even a plumbing issue...they were gracious enough to fix the issue and replace drains...I really appreciate these young black professionals doing what they said they would do!!! Will most definitely use again and spread the word!!! Amazing job!!!!

I spoke with Deadrick Carter yesterday about installing a new garbage disposal in my home and his company came out today. He was on time, professional, informative and he did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Mr. Deadrick arrived at the time that he promised. He arrived with a mask on and ready to work. He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and also explained what he did to fix it. I was referred to his plumbing company and happy that I was. I will definitely call his company again in the future! I also will refer his services to family, friends and others!!

Oops pluming was great. Our plumber Derek is the the best. He came and looked at our problem told us it wasn't as serious as we thought and even went out to but the part that day. Our plumbing problem was taken care of that day. I know not everything is that simple but his personality was just as awesome as his good news and hard work. Definitely will call again in the future.

Picture it: it’s Friday of Halloween weekend and you wake up to a disheartening glugging sound when your toilet flushes and a leaky faucet. You have 30-40 people coming to your house that night. There will be costumes. There WILL be drinking.
We’re blessed enough to have two bathrooms at our house, but I knew one toilet wouldn’t be enough to sustain the quantity of guests, so I hopped on Google and started calling plumbers. Pretty much everyone was booked except for two companies. I booked with one company but something told me to dig a little deeper. That’s when I came across Oops!! Dedrick answered the phone immediately. It was so refreshing to speak to an actual human being and not an automated system or answering service somewhere out of town. He was in my house within two hours(he tried to come sooner but we weren’t home yet), and 3 hours after that I had clear pipes, a working faucet, and a new toilet. He had to work extra long because of how shoddy the work was from the people who owned the house before.
Oops!! is incredibly punctual, responsive AND reasonably priced! The work was solid, as well! I’m a realtor and have LOTS of experience experience working with plumbers and Dedrick has catapulted his way to my first call spot for future jobs. I 10/10 recommend calling him if you have plumbing issues!

I had a garbage disposal that was jammed. I called and they were out within an hour. They handled my problem promptly and professionally with a fair and minimal fee. When something plumbing related comes up again I will call them.

Dedrick really saved my butt. I bought a cheap, on sale kitchen faucet from Lowe’s. I assumed it would be good enough. I then tried to install it myself and made a huge mess. We had a leak, I damaged a pipe. Dedrick installed the faucet and actually went beyond that and kinda tweaked the new faucet to work better than a cheap faucet actually should. On top of all that he identified a mistake the plumbers made when the house was built and fixed that. Turns out they never connected the hot water to the dishwasher. The original owner never had hot water in their dishwasher!!! Too bad they never called Dedrick. Definitely recommend!

I called Mr. Dedrick early morning, and he was at my home within 1.5 hours. He did a professional job. I called for a different job, and he fixed that as well. Came on time, even asked if ok to come early. I felt secure in his ability pre and post job. I would hire again.
