Mark Key, #517 came to analyze A/C problem. He was friendly, professional, took care to wear slip-on shoe covers inside, explained what he was checking, very thorough, explained results of his analysis, advised control board failure and blower motor problems. Provided estimated costs, need to order parts and that once new board installed with power to unit, other issues could arise.

Ken w/Ken Dunlap was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain, show what was causing the problem, & what needed to be done. We had a newborn at the home & considering the Covid-19 epidemic he was still able to provide a safe service experience.

Unquestionably endorse! There was a serious problem with the plumbing that needed fixing. Not only did they have reasonable rates, but they were also quick to respond and really helpful. While other businesses I contacted estimated a week or more before they could get to me, Louis's crew recognized the urgency of the situation and arrived within a few hours to give me a quote. Fixing and rerouting our home's interior and exterior plumbing lines was a massive undertaking. Louis, Diego, and the rest of the crew knocked it out in a single day. They performed admirably! I would strongly suggest using their services. They came out for a modest service involving our radiator and thermostat, and they were prompt, professional, and helpful. I've used them exclusively for 23 years, but they recently replaced a water heater for me and the entire experience has been a bad one. They cut a hole in my ceiling and didn't tell me they wouldn't replace it until after the new heater was installed. Then, when the office staff called to schedule the code inspection I was given a date and waited all day with no code inspector arriving. I called the plumber the next day and was told they called me (no call or message recorded on my phone) 2 weeks ago to let me know the code inspectors don't do water heaters on Mondays or Tuesdays (my appt. was on a Monday) and it was really hard to get an appointment made for an inspection. I called the inspector's myself and they laughed when I told them the excuse I was given and said that was absolutely false, they do inspections on water heaters Mon-Fri. So I asked if I could make my own appointment and cut out the plumber. They gave me the permit number and other information to schedule an appointment myself and I did it in under 5 minutes with no problem whatsoever. Needless to say, I will not use Ray Baker again. They lied to me and were inherently inept at the way they handled the situation. It's disappointing, especially after 23 years of good service.

Donnie came up to provide a ACtune up. He was professional and very considerate of my home and circumstances in which I needed fast service. Conway also installed my water heater.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up through Home Depot. The first company scheduled an appointment and then never showed up and never called. Home Depot then had Best Care contact us and they were great. After coming out to our place the man noticed major issues with our current furnace...it was installed upside down in order to fit it where it was in the attic. He showed me the arrows on the unit that were supposed to be facing up and pointed out that was the reason I always had a tough time getting the filter in and out as well. We scheduled the installation of a new one 2 days later. They came on time, were very nice and professional and got it replace in a few hours. I will be going back to Best Care for any future needs whenever possible.

I had NEP come out in June to fix a leaking toilet. Gus came out and was very unprofessional. I let him know we have an elderly in the home so please wear a mask and he laughed in my face. I thought he fixed the problem but it leaked within a few weeks. They sent another person back to try to fix it and still couldn’t leak. I’ve been trying to get them to come out and fix the issue. The Secretary was suppose to order a part. I called every week to see progress for the gasket because they had been working on the toilet and I didn’t want to have someone else touch it. 6 weeks later, I got a hold of the secretary again (she was never there when I would call) and she told me she never ordered the part because there’s no part to be had. When I asked when did she know there was no part to order, she responded that she knew when she was trying to order the part 6 weeks ago. I would not use this company. They don’t stand behind their workmanship, have unprofessional plumbers, and will put you as the last priority when they have to come back to fix things they didn’t do properly in the first place.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
