Wonderful company to work alongside with. Owner is one of the most honest peoples I've had the pleasure of working with. Goes above & beyond to do the right thing no mater the cost to himself. One of our guys had some tools go missing off a job-site, convinced one the HVAC guys stole them, went to the owner to complain. Without blinking an eye Reuben pulled out cash and asked and paid our employee for the missing tools. Our employee found his tools in the trunk of his car where he had left them for safe keeping during lunch. I've personally watch fist fights occur on job-sites caused by those accusations. Mind blown to how 3G handled that situation. 15 years I've been in the trades, First time I have ever witnessed such class. One of many small things they do to go the extra mile. WOW!!
Technicians are dressed presentably and are respectful and patient with clients. Dealt with many HVAC companies over the years and by far 3G Heating & Cooling continues to blow me away with how customer friendly they are.

I had an excellent experience with service tech ,Denzel Rias, who had been call for AC maintenances. He determined my unit needed to be replace. He advised me of possible options. He show concern for my situation and requested a salesman to call me .The salesman,Terry Gaines , called and came and sold me a replacement unit. He answered my questions and did his best to have unit replaced as soon as possible. He was very professional with making sure my new unit would work with what I have.

Tim Ferguson is the best HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Company here in the Memphis area. They have always been responsive and inform us of everything that needs to be done when they do work. We have used them for many services. 5 stars and more!!!

I've used Conway in the past. Actually bought the HVAC system 5 years ago we currently have in our house. But I will never use them again. Set up an appointment with them with a 4 hour window (12-4) They never called. So I called them at 4 inquiring whether they were behind or if our lines got crossed. The person answering said that they would escalate this to dispatch and I could expect a call in 5-15 minutes. They never called.At 5 I called back. This time the person who answered told me that the techs were probably backed up but if I wanted, I could either reschedule for Thursday (it's Tuesday) OR wait. I told her that I was going to wait. She assured me that I would get a call back with more information in.....5-15 minutes....I got that call at 5:30. They told me that they couldn't get to my house that day but they could reschedule for tomorrow or the next day. Now, why would I reschedule a 4 hour window with a company that didn't honor the 4 hour window in the past? Why would I give my money to a company that has that little respect for my time that they couldn't bother calling within that time frame to reschedule or even before?As the saying goes, if you fool me once, shame on me....but fool me twice... Goodbye Conway.
