However, he works closely with the technicians and in making sure that every customer is satisfied and any issues are solved. His goal is making the customer happy, and he stands behind his promises. I am a realtor in Jackson TN and have used Tim Ferguson for a long time. I know they are a great company! Oct 26th was my first chance to work with the Memphis location. From the first phone call they exceeded expectations. My husband's 97 year old aunt had been without hot water for almost 2 weeks while fighting with a home warranty company. Finally she agreed to let me help. I called Ferguson at 3:30 to get her a hot water heater - thinking Saturday at the earliest and more than likely Monday. The person who answered said I am dispatching now. Within 20 minutes Jared called to tell me he was on his way. By 6:00 her new hot water heater was installed. They did in 2 1/5 hours what a home warranty company has had almost 2 weeks to do. Jared thank you! Tim Ferguson is forutante to have you as an employee!

These guys are my go to for not only my traditional heating and ac units, but also for my very very very ancient midtown boiler. They are super fast to respond, reasonably priced, but most importantly every tech they ve sent has been polite and extremely knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on. I am so happy to have found Baker!

Noah was very nice came in the alloted time. Discussed everything he did and explained the paperwork. Told me that my system is still in very good shape.

The technicians did a great job replacing the pipes under my home, & they were extremely courteous! In addition, they came a day ahead!

Ask for a part & they said they wouldn’t sell me a part so how do they match them up very quickly,,, I’m a father with kids & see said this is not a parts warehouse

This business/ company is horrible. You ask for appointment for service. They tell you something and do what they want. And lie about what they say to you. They made me loose work to come and wait for someone who never came. We work hard to make a living and can’t afford to miss work for playing games with a company we needed service from. Fred the owner wouldn’t even return our call and Their receptionist hung up on us. And they left us without water for the weekend. Don’t use this company if you’re serious about getting stuff fixed. We got a better company and apologized for this horrible company and situation. I had to rate a star to make a post. But don’t deserve it. After seeing other costumers comments? I see the same thing happening to many people from this horrible company and when they make a mistake they abandon you. I am out of water for the weekend because of their mistakes and abandoned their duties because of their mistakes. Don’t put your trust in them.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
