Amazing amazing and kid the top. Friday our motor on AC blower in attic blew and needed to be replaced. I knew Ruvi could get the job done and yes he did I was sad to have called another company choates at first who came out and gave me a crazy quote. They charged me 120 bucks and did not even do the work. Choates garbage snd screwed up everything in my attic so had to have Ruvi fix it all. Amazing service and at 1/3 the price choates quoted. Always go with small business and always Gibber service

Allen was very good. I would recommend service expert to my friend and family. Allen was also very nice and helpful.

Called for emergency they took all my information never called back even though they advertise 24 hours. Not very good business. I realize it was 2 pm the Friday after Thanksgiving. But don’t say you will call back and don’t and don’t say you are 24 hours. Found someone else was here within 45 minutes of calling.

Roger came in and took care of everything asked. Even went above and beyond explaining what was going on while answering other questions. I will be calling again if there is another issue.

My upstairs running toilet was repaired by Cordova-Hiller plumbing. The technician replace the defected part in 10 minutes without giving me an opportunity to accept or decline the service. The labor was $199 with a 2 year warranty. I feel as if I was overcharged and should have been given the option to accept or decline the service.

On Tuesday we woke up to water pouring out of our ceiling because our hot water heater had burst overnight. We called Conway services and they had a representative out that same morning.Conway representative Mr. Joe Moody came out looked at the problem and went over options with us. He was VERY professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.After making our selection, a very professional installation crew showed up early the following morning and made the installation.However the next day I smelled a gas smell in the attic. I called the regular service number, after 5pm, and was treated very pleasantly by the young lady who answered and explained my problem to her.Within 30 minutes, Mr. Joe Moody was at our home and resolved the issue. Again Mr. Moody was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.Conway is lucky to have guys like Mr. Moody working for them. I would use their services again based solely on my experience with Joe.

Service was rapid and resolved boiler heat problem on first trip. Service personnel were polite. Priced fairly.

My AC wasn’t cooling, so AHS called them out to check it. The guy came in and tested my AC and found the problem, it was a leaking coil line where the freon goes through. And it was out of Freon. Before he left, since my unit was over 25 years old, he wanted to replace my entire unit for $9000. This company is horrible and they over price you. I went with another company that fixed my issues every time I called them, and they were professional, friendly and lenient unlike RYA. The good company also replaced my entire unit eventually and they only charged $1800. DO NOT USE RESCUE YOUR AIR. The workers are rude and unreliable and useless.

After speaking with three different people, explaining the problem with the WINDOW unit AC, waiting on a tech to respond for 15 hours, I was finally told they don't repair window unit air conditioners. Dumb asses could have told me that in the first phone call. Total waste of time talking to stupid people. And the website says they are open 24 hours, they are not.
