We decided to put in a tankless water heater, the newest technology, which will save significantly on our gas bill. Richard returned and was joined by two other Glanz-Buffat techs, and together the three of them installed the new heater within a matter of hours. We are extremely satisfied by the responsiveness, expertise and motivation of Glanz-Buffat to provide the best and fastest service in town. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

I have used them 3 times now...the 1st job resulted in a leak that the owner came out and fixed at no charge. the 2nd job a new shower set replacement, started leaking and got worse. when i called i was told the tech would be out to fix it. I was not told that it would cost 145....he said my new delta cartidge either was defective or there was debris from my water preventing the cartridge from seating properly. there was debris...he removed it and put everything back together. not 20 minutes after he left it started leaking again. I took it apart myself and used a qtip to clean the area and found more debris that he did not clean up. I put it back together. NO LEAK!!!

Jimmy Shanks from Greenwell Plumbing replaced my sewer line from the house to the road, and replaced my water line from the house to the meter. Jimmy did a great job, communicated well with me during the process, and was thorough. He left my yard in as good a shape as possible after all the digging, and cleaned up the sidewalk and the street. During the course of his work, he needed to remove my mailbox to repair the sewer line. He re-installed the mailbox before he left. We're super happy with his work.

Provided rough in and fixture install for new bathroom. Did great job and very easy to work with.

It's always an unfortunate thing when you discover your water heater is leaking just out of its warranty. This company was Amazingly fast and professional. They came same day, and were very thorough, and cleaned any mess up from water dripping. Took steps to be safe not to damage the floors in our house while removing the old water heater and installing the new. I 100% recommend them! Couldn't be happier.

Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.

Not happy. Came out to give estimate on plumbing prob and was charged $178 for the 15 min. visit! The estimate was way higher than others, so they did not do the work.

Called, no answer.
