Well, Josh Wright came out on a Saturday to take a look and the whole experience from the text and phone call beforehand through the installation of a new garage motor was first class. Josh conducted the inspection and was very forthcoming and honest about his assessment. Once we decided we wanted a new motor, the work was finished in a timely and efficient manner. Not happy. Came out to give estimate on plumbing prob and was charged $178 for the 15 min. visit! The estimate was way higher than others, so they did not do the work.

The receptionist, or whoever answers the phones here was rude towards me multiple times when I called. They interrupted me several times as I was speaking to them and always had an attitude when I would just ask them simple questions. I got an estimate for a $4,000 job. I was ready to hire them and to get the job going right away, but they were completely unprofessional and rude. I asked them if they could break down the estimate to show the cost of labor separate from the cost of materials. You would think this would be a simple request, however it was not. They refused to provide us with that, I am now paying another company $4,000 to get the job done. Thanks for wasting my time, PlumbRight!

Andy did great, he always does. We are well pleased with his service. He always has the tools he needs and gets the job done quickly, he doesn't mess around.

Best plumbing service in the Louisville/Indiana area. Had a leak that flooded our whole basement coming from a sump pump that had been tripped off. He reset the pump and we were able to drain the water out. Later, the pump had failed and the water had came back but deeper. He came back out and installed a new sump pump and drained all the water out. This was the only plumbing service that we could ever get ahold of in an emergency that was willing to show up, and they actually knew what they were doing. All of our things could have been ruined had we not called them.
