Best System Issue in Louisville KY

We are a home renovation company here in Louisville and have been using Glanz and Buffat as our HVAC company for many years. They are fabulous!! They are customer focused and provided excellent service and equipment. Their extensive knowledge and experience with HVAC helps me feel relaxed and cared for --- a very valuable feeling! The installation and repair crews are top notch and attentive. The office staff is knowledgeable and ready to help. As a renovator I look for price comparisons on occasion and Glanz and Buffat HVAC win every time! Great service, great products, great customer service, great pricing!! A definite yes!

Mike and Paul took excellent care of me! They went above and beyond, did some detective work and noticed some issues I didn't tell them about, and took care of it! These guys are too notch and will be who we use going forward! These guys care, full stop.

Quality work at a friend's price! And the most honest of any plumbing company have used!!! Worth the first and last call for the job! Nothing to big or to small for them! Professional!!!

Adam at Greenwell Plumbing came to my house during a snow storm to fix what another quack plumber did not. He was on time, very friendly, and the cost was on par. I was really happy with his service & will keep Greenwell's information on hand in the event this old house needs them again. Thank you, Adam, and thank you, Greenwell!

Did a great job of replacing pipes to correct leak. I am able to get a refund from HomeServe, but I need an itemized bill from Josh. Please have josh email me an itemized bill

I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but what matters is how the company fixes them and Plumb Right is refusing to fix their mistake. We have gone with this company for 3 years, they are a small company and we wanted to support them but that has come to an end.

I’m unable to reply to the owners comment; it seems you have the wrong person. It’s very upsetting to hear I’m not the only one going through this… do better plumb right. Also, very strange you’re publicly sharing your customer’s appointment for everyone to see. I’d advice calling them with appointment info!!! Google’s not the appropriate place.

We bought our home and quickly noticed high water bills. Come to find out there was a huge leak in the waterline in our front yard. United came out and quickly made the repair needed. What’s more, they even came back for a second repair, which technically they weren’t responsible for fixing. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to...now that’s the definition of integrity within a company!

Charged $100 for 1st hour $80 after that. Ran a snake through a drain pipe and it seemed unclogged. That took them 40 minutes and they just charged me the $100 which seemed fair, but they had accidentally knocked a pipe loose which made water drain under the house for days until I noticed the smell. NOT HAPPY.

Exemplary Plumbing installed our tankless water heater for us and did a great job! Communication was good and they arrived on time. Very professional work and good clean up when the job was done. Thanks so much... we are satisfied customers.

Their website says they're open 24/7. I called them on 2 occasions, both after hours, and both times were emergencies. All I got was an answering machine that says We're closed for the day. Leave a message and we'll call you tomorrow. I had to get other people to address the emergency.
When I have used Blackburn and Davis (during business hours) I was satisfied with their work. But they are NOT available after hours, regardless of what their advertising says.

The service man was very nice but service is over priced u get a free estimate but if u choose to use the service the free estimate now is part of the arrival time so if they get there at 10 am and at 1020 u agree to their quote u are now charged by the hour starting from 10 am so you lose time to fix the repairs not worth the free estimate

I was at a loss as to what plumber to call to clear a sink drain. I decided to call Daniel Brown Plumbing. I am so glad I did. They were all very nice and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them and I will be contacting again for any future plumbing needs.

Mike showed up on time and got to work. He did all the inside maintenance then check on the outside unit. He said they don’t ususally clean the coils during the winter visits but mine were so dirty that he wanted to take care of it even though that is usually done when it’s warmer. He took care of it all even though I know he had to be freezing out there working with the water in the cold. I appreciate his professionalism.

We had a leak in the expansion tank on the water heater which flooded the basement. After calling 7 other plumbers, they were the only company that answered their phone. They scheduled our service right away. The service men that came out were great! They were very efficient and professional. Because of this, we asked them to get us some quotes on other work we need to have done. We will only use Tom Sondergeld Plumbing as our plumber from now on.

Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new! I couldn't recommend Cooper's Plumbing more highly!

Very friendly and down to earth. Didn’t try to upscale me, at all! He was also quick and cleaned up after himself. Great experience.
