Wouldn't recommend. Tried to get a bathroom remodel quote but couldn't get a call back from Eric. Called multiple times but no return call for nearly a month now. Very unprofessional.

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. I've remodeled many homes and worked with a host of plumbers, some good and some not-so. After a couple of bad experiences here , I happened to see a CLMS and stopped next to me at an intersection a couple years ago and called them for a simple job. Woke up this morning to no hot water!
Called B&D on a Saturday morning, and got a recorded message, wondering if I faced two days of no hot water!

I called another well-known plumbing company and scheduled and estimate visit. Meanwhile, I received a return call from a B&D technician in less than fifteen minutes! The technician was at the house, preparing the removal of the old leaking unit less the 30 minutes later. He and a helper came back with a new 50 gal, gas Lochinvar, and had it installed and working in about 3 hrs from my initial call!

To be honest, we have used Blackburn & Davis for many years for plumbing & HVAC, as had my mother-in-law. I shouldn't have worried when I got the standard office recording, as the owner checks the machine every morning, I was told.

A clog that turned into a broken line that turned into an entire day project - hard to say you are happy when you start in the $200's and end up with a one before that - that being said the issues were the house not the work, tech stuck with the job the entire time and did not try to hide the fact that a new issue was created, he was happy to show me the line and it was obvious it was thin and would not have lasted the month.
