Best Plumbing Problems in Louisville KY

Very nice people, but the first time I called them out, they replaced the wrong part of my toilet. 6 weeks later, my toilet was out of commission again due to the original broken part that was never fixed. They did come out again and fixed the original issue, but I spent a small fortune considering I had to pay for the extra visit, when it should have been done right the first time. I’m not sure why the original issue was not addressed, as it was explicitly stated, but paying twice for the same problem doesn’t sit well.

Rick Lewis helped us choose furnace & a/c options that would work for us in our home. He also walked us through the financing options & made everything super stress free. Dalton & his crew that installed the furnace, a/c & thermostat were on time, very professional & did a great job!! I would highly reccomend this company & their employees for any jobs you need! Highly satisfied!

Called this company after doing research. Brandon called me back and set the appt for this week. He was precise, comedic and was very knowledgeable and personable. What was suppose to be just an estimate turned into them fixing the issue at no charge. He'd just so happen to have exactly what we needed in his truck for the issue to be fixed. They were done in less than thirty mins. He also told us a couple of tricks. We're having him back in a couple of weeks for a bathroom remodel. He will also be our number 1 for any all our plumbing needs. Definitely A1! Their service is precisely why we always choose local instead of mainstream. You don't get the same quality and experience. I had a situation where water was collecting around the bottom of my toilet. United Plumbing sent Dylan out to service it. Dylan is very polite and respectful. He quickly assessed and repaired the problem. Cleaned up the mess and he was done in about 20 minutes. I asked him if I needed them again could I specifically request him, and he told me yes. I will definitely use United Plumbing again and I will request Dylan!

Jerry once again came through with great service. Ist time I was out of town and he came out when the basement had started to flood from water off a leaky hot water heater. He was so gracious to my wife and spoke to me after it before and after being repaired. This time it was a Sunday, and the second unit failed. One again Jerry and his son made the trip on a Sunday afternoon to get us the other Hot Water heater replaced. I recommend Jerry to anyone who asks for his professional service.

Very bad company. Took advantage of the elderly. Seems to be proud of it. As you can tell by other reviews you really need to stay clear of companies that borderline criminal and are definitely unethical. Owner seriously lacks any moral fiber.

I have used New Circle Mechanical for years. They are always prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair and everything works great afterwards. I definitely recommend them. They are the best in town.

Got a few quotes around louisville, they were the most competitive. Scheduled to come out on a Thursday but never showed. Email from them said I was correct and it was a mess up on their end. A bit upset because I took a day off work for no reason. They apologized and deducted $25 off the bill. They came on Saturday and Roman was a wonderful plumber, very professional.
