Great work by the technician, but the scheduling was a huge problem; my window for service was 100pm—400pm, but my technician did not arrive until 520pm; he apologized and said he would make sure that doesn’t happen again, and that the customer would be informed if the technician was running extremely late

Tim did a great job. He called ahead, arrived on time, explained the problem with our water heater and provided us options to consider. We've used Greenwell before in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Do not do business with this company! They are scammers. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They are the bottom of the barrel!
I had a gas leak at my house. The gas co. turned off my gas til I got it fixed. They gave me a window of 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon to be here to fix my gas leak. They did not show up, and they did not call.
About 1:00 p.m. I called them to ask them where they were. They said they were stuck on another job. I told them I had taken the day off work, and I needed my gas line fixed.
About 1:30 pm they still were not here. I called my home warranty company. They called the plumber. Without my consent, he cancelled service to my home. Said he was overbooked.
So it's afternoon already, and I still don't have a plumber to work on my gas line. And the home warranty people says that it may be up to 72 hours before they can get another one.
This is a scam. Stay away from this business.

I have used this company before. I had a cast iron pipe in a drain in a rental unit badly clogged. Brian Kelty was the plumber they sent out, he got the system working, was very fair on pricing. Some companies would have charged several times what he charged. I would use them again.

We have used A&S multiple times for repairs on our home through our home warranty. They are always kind, honest, dependable, and communicate with us from beginning to end. We've never felt like they treated us differently for going through a home warranty company. They've never exaggerated repairs or tried to talk us into things we don't need. They have repaired a leaking shower head, blocked drain, broken shut-off valve, and washing machine drain for us. I would highly recommend A&S!

We purchased a new dishwasher and washing machine at Lowe's 3/21. When delivery came, found valves corroded, could not turn off. Never used plumbing, here 15 yrs. Justin came and gave us info. We also asked re the dishwasher so 1 trip could cover all possibilities. Justin said the washer valves were not leaking and in order to update would require major wall cutting much work. Upon cking under sink for turn off. It was tight so we said, fix, so no issues later. Justin was very direct in what steps we could take. Also advising what we needed to do. It was a very satisfying experience and we felt trust in the whole trip. Thanks for the response and customer service. Cooper is one of the kindest, humblest, smartest people I have ever met. His knowledge and dedication to his craft is inspiring and I am so grateful to him as a person and a plumber. In 2020 I bought a 100 year old brick building with the hopes of renovating it into my live/work space. After getting into it I realized just how much work the building needed. I couldn't have done it without Coopers help. He cared just as much about the building as I did and project after project I am happy to say the building is running like new!
