Best Plumbing Issues in Louisville KY

I contracted Glanz Buffat to install a complete HVAC system for me including a York 2 stage variable speed furnace and an York Affinity 2 stage A/C condenser along with a new line set from the furnace A coil to the condenser. I'm pretty particular when it comes to workmanship and I can't say how pleased I am with the skill level and quality that Bobby and his crew did on the job. They also completed the job in just one day. I am also very happy with the performance of the new York system. I can feel air movement through the house that I have never felt before and the temperature is more consistent throughout. I had several estimates and Glanz Buffat was the lowest but knowing what I know now I would select them even if they weren't because of the quality job they did. Jason, the owner who did the estimates, worked with me for several days answering questions and helping me decide on which system I really wanted. All in all a great experience. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Do not use this company!! They showed up never walked in the house to look at my sump pump. I was told by the individual while in route that the pipe attached wasn’t covered and they would just take my 100 dollar deductible from my home warranty company. The gentlemen shows up again never looks at my sump pump, takes my credit card info/charges me 100 dollars, glances at the discharge pipe which is the problem, calls my insurance company and leaves!! A total of 8 minutes, WOW!! I call the insurance company and they say to me we don’t understand the diagnosis either sir, I said how can you when he didn’t even look at the problem for more than 3 minutes!! We live in a world that money doesn’t grow on trees and I don’t just give 100 dollars away everyday! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

In March I had a water pipe leak. My insurance, HomeServe, enlisted United Plumbing to replace the bad 70' pipe. They declared it repaired. Two weeks later there was another leak. I called United immediately and they said that I was not their customer, HomeServe was. Several days later, United was back, saying more pipe must be replaced. Several days later they were back to replace this pipe. They promised to come back to level the ditch and plant grass seed from the March dig. I called in May and Kim said they would be out when they could. Never showed. I have called HomeServe twice asking them to get United out to finish their job. Each time they would lie and say they would be out in a few days. They still haven't come. My front yard is an unsightly mess, embarrassing. I will never recommend United Plumbing. They have no sense of urgency and will lie to their customers.

Horrible customer service and then lied when I tried to talk with management. Didn't correct the problem at all and then can't get anyone on the phone for two days. When finally spokee to someone was treated badly.

The very first time we used our gas fireplace this season, it went out on us after running for only a couple of minutes. We made many phone calls to find someone to service it, but almost everyone we called was booked up well into January. We called New Circle Mechanical, and they were able to come out within 48 hours.

Griff was the NCM technician that came to service our gas fireplace. He was very professional, personable and thorough . He explained what he was going to do to determine the problem. He performed some safety checks, and he had our unit serviced and running within 15 minutes.

We highly recommend NCM!! Give them a call!!

He came up with a creative solution for getting out my old water heater without having to cut existing water lines. Great quality work, fair price. Quick installation, and they kept my home/carpet clean. Very happy I called!

After speaking on the phone, they gave me a rough idea of the cost. After coming out and talking to me and assessing the work, I was given an estimate. They then did the work in a very professional manner. I had all of my questions answered and am very happy that I chose Tom Sondergeld to replace my old water heater with a tankless system. Highly recommended for anybody needing plumbing work.

Literally saved mine and my child's life.
That sounds like I am exaggerating, but I am not!! I can not even begin to explain the issues I had with my nearly 50 year old water heater (it wasn't 50 but close!) It was so dangerous and after talking to plumber after plumber and being told I was being ridiculous or treated like I was stupid. I was so terrified every time I heard it rattle or watched it shake. Living without hot water for almost 2 weeks... I have been terrified to be in my own home and to have someone actually verify that I was not as stupid as other plumbers led me to believe. He really relieved a lot of my anxieties and again... literally saved mine and my child's life from carbon monoxide poisoning and who knows what else with a broken gas valve?
