Best New Water Heater Installation in Louisville KY

Called them to get an estimate on hooking us up to Sewer and possible Setic Tank issues. They came out really quickly and advised that they would email us an estimate Two weeks have passed, and I have left several messages with the lady that answers the phone(I gave her my email address again) and I also left a message for Tim. To date no one will respond. I would never hire them as contractors tend to be bad after they are hired and not before!!!!!!

Very good customer service. I called them after business hours for help with my furnace. They diagnosed the problem over the phone and I was able to get it working right away. They even gave me a follow-up call to make sure the problem was resolved. I would use Vessels again for furnace service.

Overall, we like the finished product. I especially liked how they framed the shower window. We work away from home, so I only met the technicians once. They were nice enough, but on the first day, I was told they would arrive between 8-9am. They arrived after 9am, no explanation, no apology.Since I didn’t have face-to-face contact after the first day, I asked for a call/text when they left for the day, never received one. I did get a text when they arrived. A daily update would have been nice: what was completed, what the plan is for the next day, etc.I had to ask about the plan for debris pick up, maintenance/care/cleaning of flooring and shower. I had to ask when the shower/tub would be ok to use, and was told 24 hours after completion.The bathroom which was remodeled was upstairs. There was quite a bit of debris in the bathroom and laundry room downstairs. The trim between the new bathroom floor and our hallway carpet was not cut to fit the door frame and looks cheap. They are supposed to return and re-cut that.The vanity cabinet has no hardware to open the drawers or door, and there’s no notched area to assist with opening them! I have grandkids, who will be the primary users of this bathroom when they visit, so that will be interesting. The showroom has a limited selection of vanity cabinets, and I selected this one, so I’ll take responsibility for my selection. I should have examined it more, but who would have thought there would be no easy way to open doors and drawers?!Kendrick, the sales manager, was responsive, but overall, the communication from the remodeling team was poor, and disappointing.Update - A different team, led by Matt, came back on 7/3. They draped the floor from front door to bathroom. Within less than 2 hours, they fixed the vanity, the shower shelves, the threshold trim. They offered to clean up the debris downstairs, but we had already done that. All is well.

One of few companies that doesn’t take advantage of a women, must be because it’s part women owned. Bought a flipped house with everything new wasn’t getting warm water at kitchen sink, the first year my old plumber said I needed a new faucet and hoses. I paid, the next year the same thing happens. Im thinking this will be the third faucet which didn’t seem right, Wilman cleaned calcium from the hot water heater out of a screen filter at the end of my water line and that’s all the problem is was. It was nice to know the true source of the problem and not get taken advantage of and talked in to running up a tab. Thank you Brooke and Wilman team for your help. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Kevin was absolutely amazing. Same day service and we have hot water again. I am blown away from the friendly customer service to a two hour time frame of arrival, to installation of our water heater. We couldn't be more pleased. Give Kevin Cole a raise. He deserves it. Very dependable and prices are reasonable.

I have used Blackburn & Davis for 30 years for all my plumbing and HVAC needs. I recently had Daryl out to get my A/C working. Per usual, the repair was made in a timely manner and at what I feel to be a reasonable cost. For me, a good Plumbing/HVAC company is as important as a good auto mechanic, electrician and carpenter. Blackburn & Davis is the ONLY one I need to call. Thanks guys!!

I can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with at Venhoff. We had a very large project and they were so helpful in getting the work done extremely well at the lowest price. From Mr. Venhoff who did the estimate himself, the office manager, and the 2 gentlemen who did the actual work at our house, we could not have asked for more professional work. Thank you!

These are the only people 2-10 works with to fix plumbing issues. I have had difficulty with a leak and now a hole that is still in my basement. I was told by both the tech and the office that 2-10 would patch my wall back up after the tech cut it open. However, I called the office to get some clarity on the status and the girl I talked to on the phone talked down to me and was pushing me off the phone. I asked her to specify what they gave to 2-10, so I could talk to 2-10 later and she spouted off some info (which I later found out was from the invoice). I asked her what all that meant and she got sharp with me asking, What else do you need? I should have responded, I need some good customer service! This is a lousy office. I believe the tech did what he was told, but I got talked down to and felt like I had no business trying to figure out what happened. I'm sure there are better plumbers in Louisville.

Alex came out to my house on a late emergency call and was able to fix my problem within a matter of 1-2 hours. He was very professional and easy to work with. Very good at educating me on the problem and what to do in the future. Would recommend him to anyone.

502 Plumbing recently completed a plumbing job for me and will be my go to for all future plumbing needs. Just as the other reviewers mentioned, they didn't try to rip me off or oversell me anything. These guys were trustworthy and fixed my issue quick. I'll definitely recommend.

Had some communication problems to start but work seems to be good quality.

Vendor was contacted through my insurance policy company. Upon arrival, they would not put their mask over their nose despite rising COVID cases in the area. My suggestion is to look into other types of masks where they feel they can breath while still protecting others. Did not complete service as I would not let them into my house without proper mask wearing.
