At a time when folks all over town are dealing with burst pipes from the extreme cold, E.J. Willman office manager got my house in earlier than anticipated. The guys who came out worked hard to fix the problem. Pipe repair made and water on again, despite how difficult the job was. Great guys who got the job done and kept me informed. Would definitely use this company again!

The guys that came to fix my plumbing issue were friendly, courteous and professional. They were very respectful of the house and even explained what the problem was in detail. I know it's not fun to crawl under an old house, especially in a mask with a pandemic. I appreciate the customer service.

Great job! They replaced a water heater for me that was not in a very accessible place. They had to move washer and dryer. They were on time, friendly, and did a great job. I have no complaints, would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

This company is awesome. Our water heater went out and flooded our basement. The home warranty company referred us to a company that only had a 1-star rating and horrible reviews. My husband and I did not feel confident in the referral. We had heard good things about E.J. Willman & Sons Plumbing. We reached out for their services, and they did not disappoint. My husband mentioned how professional they were. They took their time to make sure the job was done right. I'm very thankful for a company that still believes in giving the client the quality of service that they would want to receive.

I have used several different plumbers and nobody fixed my problem. I called Willman brothers, and they were very nice, and fixed my problem within and hour! I highly recommend their services!!!

During heavy rains our “upper flusher” in the basement failed (with relatives due to arrive same day!). Plumbers were at our hone within an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it repaired before guests arrived. Professional and experienced. Thank you Willman Plumbing!

Plumber. was called at 8:05 in the morning with a backed up sewage grinder system and EJ William had his crew on site in 4 hours. The crew showed up by 11.30 and determined the grinder was bad, failed and water was seeping into my basement. It had to be replaced, which I was ready to do. Ms Brook gave an estimate right up front. Explained they use Zoller septic grinders (#1 rated) because they are faultless & built in the USA- best quality. They drained and removed the old system and used extreme protective measures to protect any further damages. They Installed the new grinder, replaced the PVC connectors and sealed the catch pan. The job was complete - !00% - to my satisfaction by 1:00. Mike and Brooke (Owner and Office manager) patiently answered all of my nit-picking questions and was very polite. The crew was exceptional;, wore masks and shoe booties to keep the the area clean. I would recommend EJ. Williams plumbing to ANYONE!! in and around Louisville & Southern In, they are by FAR THE BEST I've experience Plumbers anyone would want to hire. Exceptional service, price, and prepardness in handling any situation is #1.

Unbelievably BAD business! First of all, they came to our home after our basement was flooded with 18 inches of sewage/water. Our gas water heater was sitting in this mess for several days. The plumber turned it ON and said we were ready to go. It was, according to a google search and several plumbers I spoke with (and an inspection by another plumber) later that day, a serious fire and explosion hazard, and should NOT have been done. I reported this to MSD (with whom we have a claim), and they sent the company back out to replace the water heater. After the job was done, I was told by a woman at the office (over the phone) that she would be getting in touch with me to give me a number to call to arrange the city code inspection. I never heard from her. I called back several weeks later and was given the information. I asked why no one never got in touch with me, and she said, I don't know. Maybe something was misplaced. What? It seems to me that this company is not at all concerned with their liability. First they do something that is extremely irresponsible. (I was told by several plumbers that the old water heater could have caught fire or exploded after it was turned back on.) Then, they don't make any effort whatsoever to arrange the code inspection. I don't trust them at all.

This company was so easy to deal with, friendly and courteous from Brrok in the office to the plumbers who installed. The water heater they brought was too big for my space so they called the office and one of the owners,(Mark Willman) brought them out a smaller one. They installed it quickly and efficiently and were mindful of my property!! I can't say enough about this company. Oh and yes, they had the best price I found around town. Thankful and greatful ! I’ve used them for close to a decade on commercial and residential plumbing issues.They will do large commercial installs most plumbing companies are scared of to vertical office buildings to Shopping centers, down to the headaches of dealing with running water and clogs in my homes. They are multi-generational plumbing and trade family. They can tell you 150 years of building methods and how Louisville was built.

One of few companies that doesn’t take advantage of a women, must be because it’s part women owned. Bought a flipped house with everything new wasn’t getting warm water at kitchen sink, the first year my old plumber said I needed a new faucet and hoses. I paid, the next year the same thing happens. Im thinking this will be the third faucet which didn’t seem right, Wilman cleaned calcium from the hot water heater out of a screen filter at the end of my water line and that’s all the problem is was. It was nice to know the true source of the problem and not get taken advantage of and talked in to running up a tab. Thank you Brooke and Wilman team for your help. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.
