Best New Toilet in Louisville KY

Very professional and friendly got me hot water in 2 days i would recommend this company to any one you will be very happy with there service.

We called Vessels at 11am, and were in need of extremely fast service, just so happened they had a tech nearby leaving a job and got here in 15min. He ran through all the work, gave me a fair price and was extremely friendly. I won't go into a ton of detail but it was in a real time of need and they understood that and squeezed us into the schedule, I can't thank them enough for the help.. they really saved us that day. Till next... and next time I wont waste my time calling around, this will be my first call.

Just wanted to get an estimate on having a emergency sump pump replaced. Will did an excellent job on explaining all the options that involved having it done . Very professional and courteous.

I’ve used them for close to a decade on commercial and residential plumbing issues.They will do large commercial installs most plumbing companies are scared of to vertical office buildings to Shopping centers, down to the headaches of dealing with running water and clogs in my homes. They are multi-generational plumbing and trade family. They can tell you 150 years of building methods and how Louisville was built.

Kinda dropped the ball on our project

Do not do business with this company! They are scammers. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. They are the bottom of the barrel!
I had a gas leak at my house. The gas co. turned off my gas til I got it fixed. They gave me a window of 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon to be here to fix my gas leak. They did not show up, and they did not call.
About 1:00 p.m. I called them to ask them where they were. They said they were stuck on another job. I told them I had taken the day off work, and I needed my gas line fixed.
About 1:30 pm they still were not here. I called my home warranty company. They called the plumber. Without my consent, he cancelled service to my home. Said he was overbooked.
So it's afternoon already, and I still don't have a plumber to work on my gas line. And the home warranty people says that it may be up to 72 hours before they can get another one.
This is a scam. Stay away from this business.

The gentlemen who came were everything I'd hope for in a business. I called TODAY and got a toilet installed TODAY, but would have been willing to wait for it, merely because I could tell he was respectable on the phone. I love that he communicates with realistic and reasonable time frames. It's refreshing to not be tossed around or never responded to. Very pleased with the cost. I'm not a plumbing pro, but it seemed very reasonable to me. The whole experience was actually quite refreshing! I got a glimpse of what service used to be! Very pleased and will hire this business again, no doubt, though I hope I never need to 😆
