Best New Plumbing System in Louisville KY

Had a clog in the bathroom sink that I couldn't fix myself, they were able to come out within 2 hours and fixed the clog in 20 minutes. Price was fair and overall very happy with the experience.

I called and they were able to give me some options over the phone that worked for me. I spoke with Tanya who was very friendly and professional. I'll definitely be using them for any future needs.

Jay Judson was a pleasure to work with he was very very detailed and professional. He made sure that we understood what he did asked us several times. Do we have any questions? I so appreciate his service. He is an excellent worker.

Very dependable and prices are reasonable.

I work for a non-profit and we used them to replace a ac unit. The unit they installed had issues from day 1, and they would charge us to fix the unit they installed. The finishing straw was when they quoted us $3k to replace an hvac line that wasn't broken (second opinion confirmed that). Stay away from these guys.

We have used this plumbing service a few times always excellent service and price.

My home warranty company sent them out. I called on Monday. On Wednesday I still didn't have use of my water so I called Plumbright as I hadn't heard from them. They told me they would come Monday. My warranty company talked them into coming Wednesday. The guy who came out kept talking about emergency fees. He knowingly put the wrong cap back on my pipe and used electrical tape to secure it. He brought my recepit upstairs to me, told me it was fixed and left. When I called back to advise that it was leaking I was told I would have to pay again and that he was just being nice the night before by fixing my flooding issue incorrectly. I was told a manager would call me but no one did. They set an appointment then didn't honor it. I called another plumbing company who arrived at my house within the hour. They looked at the job and said that I had been screwed and whoever taped the pcv cap on a cast iron pipe knew that wouldnt work but still took my money. Sadly disappointed.

Eric Lopez and Wyatt did a fantastic job installing a water heater for me. They were also very professional and personable. I would recommend them to any one . Great job guys

The owner Anthony came out personally. He drove 45 minutes out of his way to get my hot water heater lit and didn’t even charge me. 10/10 highly recommend! Two thumbs up.
