Best New Installation in Louisville KY

Parker installed a new water heater in my rental property during renovation, it lasted 18 months and stopped working. I called to have him look at it, hoping it might be under warranty. He contacted me and said it needed a new thermo coupler and gas valve, $450 cost to me, no warranty coverage. I thought that was worth a second opinion, so i contacted a different plumber. He called from the rental and i told him what parker said. He informed me that he should have replaced the thermo coupler first at the cost of $50 parts and labor to determine if the gas valve was bad before quoting it all. At any rate, he couldnt tell what the problem was because Mr parker had taken the valve, coupler, and burner assembly with him when he left. New plumber said there was no reason for him to take any parts with him, but maybe it was an accident and we just needed to get it back for diagnostics. After several threatening phone calls, my renter finally found their office (all the listed addresses are wrong) and retrieved the parts. New plumber said the good news is the gas valve is under warranty! Bad news is Mr parker broke your gas burner so you still have to spend $250 with labor. So, 1, tried to charge me $450 for a warranty repair, 2, stole my water heater parts, (thats larceny people) 3, broke the stolen part before returning it just for spite. All in all not only a crappy plumber but apparently a bad person as well.

The workmen were efficient, neat and professional however, the price was excessive. I am partly to blame as I did not get a price prior to them showing up for the job but $1400 is excessive by about $300 for the installation of a standard 55 gallon water heater. I had three other companies over to bid a floor drain problem and each one stated I'd been taken advantage of. DO NOT let them in without a firm price! If they will rip off an old widow lady they will take advantage of you for sure!!

I love the professionalism from customer service up to the techs. Always friendly, and trustworthy. One particular thing I adore is, if something else is wrong elsewhere in your facility and that you have no clue towards, they can include it in the same service that day. Two men came out to inspect and reinstall a Numi toilet. First they said they had no experience with that type of toilet and took longer than expected to finish. The bill stated that they made all wiring connections for toilet features but it only needed to be plugged in, which I can do! The bill was $325.83 which is higher than any plumbing bill we've ever received for anything! I called the company to speak with the owner/manager to see if they could make an adjustment. The receptionist took the call and said she would have Bob' get back to me. He never returned the call. I called again and still no response.

Described problem on phone . Sent out repair man to repair I thought instead he confirmed the problem and charged 117.50 problem not fixed. Said they could come back and repair. What a rip off.

Use this plumber! He is honest, straight-shooting, and fair. He will come out on a weekend and not charge extra. He's just a good ol' boy who likes what he does.

Find/fix leak in the house, installing water heater, installing new bath tub and faucets, and today I had them install a new dishwasher.
